That’s about as good as it gets, I’m afraid!
Mariah Carey tweeted this picture of daughter Monroe, with a message. “This is baby Monroe saying “no pictures dahhhhling” at 7+1/2 weeks..oh dear
”
Monroe isn’t even two months old yet, and already she’s fed up with having her picture taken!
“Mariah & Nick reveal the names of #dembabies Monroe Cannon & Moroccan Scott Cannon!” a Tweet on her account read after she delivered her twins on April 30.
Nick further explained the couple’s baby names choices in a visit to Access Hollywood Live in May, telling Billy Bush and Kit Hoover, “Monroe obviously is inspired by Marilyn Monroe — who my wife is a huge fan of — and it’s just a strong name for a female.
“And then Moroccan – I got to name our son,” the proud papa continued. “Mariah wasn’t really with it at first, but I thought it was kind of cool because it kind of sounds like Mariah and Nick together.”

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services very quickly wrapped up it’s interview with Mariah Carey this afternoon and concluded there was no merit to their investigation.
DCFS social workers interviewed Mariah (and may or may not have asked for her autograph) and also spent time with her twins. The workers concluded that the children were in a healthy and safe environment.
The initial investigation was triggered by an anonymous source at the hospital where Mariah gave birth to her twins. The source claimed to witness Mariah drinking a Guinness beer while she was breast feeding.
Mariah was informed by a hospital staffer that drinking a dark beer would assist her in lactating. We’re told Mariah informed social workers she simply followed the hospital staffer’s advice and drank the Guinness, never hiding the fact that she consumed the drink.
We’re told Mariah’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, was present during the DCFS interview today.
Our DCFS sources say officials have concluded there is no merit to the complaint.
I’m all for DCFS getting involved when necessary, but this story just seemed so phony from the beginning. I feel bad for Mariah & Nick. Someone obviously looking to make a buck makes an “anonymous tip” and tries to stir up trouble. Thankfully it’s over quickly and Mariah can go back to raising butterflies babies.

Mariah Carey is under fire for reportedly drinking while pregnant. The singer was the victim of an anonymous complaint that she drank a beer while breastfeeding her newborns. According to TMZ, social workers from the LA County Department of Children and Family Services will arrive at Mariah Carey’s home ANY MOMENT!
DCFS launched the investigation after someone complained Mariah drank a Guinness in the hospital after giving birth to her twins about a month ago. We’re told DCFS social workers will ask Mariah about the widely reported incident and interview others in the house as well.
The investigation is curious because hospital workers were closely monitoring Mariah and fully saw what was going on in her room. Sources tell us someone from the hospital told Mariah it would be beneficial to drink a dark beer — like a Guinness — to assist her in lactating.
We’re told Mariah took the advice and drank a Guinness and in no way hid what she was doing from hospital staff — assuming it was fine to do.
Several people connected with DCFS are privately critical of the agency for honing in on anonymous tips against celebrities … and devoting “extensive resources” when the agency should be looking at serious cases of abuse.
I’ll keep ya posted!

It’s been two weeks of resting in bed for new mommy Mariah Carey. The 42-year-old songstress finally left UCLA Medical Center this past Saturday (May 14), escorted by husband Nick Cannon, 30, and twins Moroccan Scott and Monroe. The parents bundled up the babies in blue and pink blankets and drove off in their Rolls Royce Phantom together!
“My wife wanted to make sure that when the babies came out, that they came out not only to a Mariah Carey song, but a live performance from Mariah Carey — her Madison Square performance of ‘Fantasy’ — so they came out to a round of applause,” Cannon said in an appearance on The Gayle King Show last week.
Unfortunately for the first-time parents, not everything about Carey’s two-week stay was as harmonious.
“Child Protective Services actually came to me while I was in the hallway and said that they were here to see me because there had been allegations that there was drug and alcohol use during the stay in the hospital,” Cannon told CNN’s Piers Morgan last week. “I was like, ‘Well, how would that even be possible? How could the hospital even allow that?’”
“It all started when a nurse suggested to my wife that if you drink Guinness, the dark beer, the yeast improves breastfeeding,” Cannon explained. “I don’t know if someone heard that, but then they were saying my wife was drinking beer. People will do anything to try to conjure up a story.”

Well this didn’t take long!
According to Nick Cannon, wife Mariah Carey had an unexpected visitor while in the hospital this week! A social work stopped by, to investigate a claim that Carey was abusing her newborn twins by consuming alcohol and drugs while breastfeeding!
Cannon told CNN that he believes someone is trying to sell the story to tabloids. A nurse at the hospital suggested that Carey drink a small amount of dark beer in an effort to help breastfeed.
“Child protective services were called with allegations that, you know, there was some drinking and drugs and all that going on while in the hospital, which again makes no sense to me,” Cannon told CNN’s Piers Morgan in an interview Thursday night. “Like, how would a hospital even allow that?”
Cannon went on to say that people wanting to sell the story might have been behind the incident.
“I guess someone maybe overheard that (suggestion), and this is a good way to make a quick buck, or call the tabloids,” Cannon said. “It’s kind of sad that people think that we’ll make money off of these newborns.”
Citing confidentiality rules, the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services is not commenting.
Can you believe this!

Though singer Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon have yet to release the names of their newborn twins, but that didn’t stop Mariah from teasing fans on Twitter by posting the initials to the babies names.
“So we r bout 2 reveal the actual names and b4 we tell em 2 our friends etc.,” she Tweeted. “I had 2 C if any of the #lambily wanted 2 guess!!!”
“The game continues!!!! This crew is a lil slow..lil slow…! Coming up next-the initials…I love the #lambily!!!!”
The only hint that the 42-year-old singer would give was:
“Both begin w/M’s!!!!
”
Before she started the Twitter game, she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her fans, saying:
“I wish I could personally thank all those around the world who continue 2 send congrats+prayers for #dembabies! They’re doing great and they are the most incredible gifts we could ever have imagined.”
