Is the honeymoon over for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon?

Just two months after their surprise Bahamas wedding, the lovey-dovey couple may be hitting the skids — thanks to Mariah’s demanding diva ways.

With his wife wearing the pants in the relationship, Nick is rapidly gaining a reputation as the most whipped man in Hollywood, something that naturally doesn’t sit to well with him, a source tells OK!.

“He’s basically around to attend to her diva-ish ways,” the source says.

Shortly after arriving in Oahu, Hawaii, where Mariah was filming her new video for “I’ll Be Lovin’ U Long Time,” Nick, 27, diligently played the part of personal assistant. He dashed off to buy her gifts at Tiffany & Co. and Louis Vuitton, and when his 39-year-old bride hurt herself during the shoot, he was right by her side.

“He helped Mariah out of the pool,” an eyewitness tells OK!. “She looked like she was going to cry.”

Meanwhile, Mariah is taking charge of another aspect of her hubby’s life: his career!

“Nick had signed on to perform at a sweet-sixteen party before he and Mariah got married,” an insider tells OK!. “But now Mariah needs to oversee and approve his career moves. There’s no more silly Wild ’N Out, or small-time gigs. She wants him to do big venues and projects. She definitely wears the pants.”

The couple is set to appear at the July 4 opening of designer Christian Audigier’s Las Vegas club. For his part, Christian thinks the duo is still sizzling. “They look hot together,” he tells OK!.

Nick Cannon’s former fiancee Selita Ebanks insists she’s “truly happy” for her ex after he wed Mariah Carey in April.

The actor/rapper split from the actress last year after insisting they took their whirlwind romance more slowly.

The model, who has been romantically linked with Kanye West and New York Giants football star Osi Umenyiora since splitting from Cannon, says, “I have not spoken to Nick in such a long time, but I am truly happy for him. I think it’s amazing when two people find love, and they just know. It’s a very blissful thing, and they are blessed. You can’t hate on love.”

Mariah Carey has blasted reports her newly slender figure is the result of plastic surgery, insisting her weight loss is down to diet and exercise.

Earlier this year, the R&B superstar unveiled a svelte new look when she began doing promotional work for her eleventh studio album, E=MC2, sparking speculation she had gone under the knife to lose a remarkable 32 pounds.

But the Hero hitmaker, 38, is adamant it was an all-natural regime that helped her shed the pounds.

She says, “I know the U.K. is freaking out that I had some crazy plastic surgery done, but… honestly, it’s working out and diet. Look at what I’m eating right now: olives!

“It makes me upset that people think I’ve had surgery, ’cause let’s discuss how annoying the dieting process was. My girls will eat really good fried food, and I also love sweet plantain and rice and peas, but I can’t eat it! If I eat it, it’s small!”

Mariah Carey and her new husband Nick Cannon will stage a $4 million wedding ceremony in New York when they renew their vows later this summer, according to reports.

The pair wed in secret at Carey’s Bahamas retreat last month, and the pop superstar has been desperate to walk down the aisle for an encore.

The extravagant public event will boast a guest list including supermodel Naomi Campbell, according to MSNBC.com.

A source says, “(Mariah) wants over 2,000 guests and the budget will be well over $4 million and she’ll have at least 14 bridesmaids.

“It’s going to be held in New York City in the next six weeks. Picture a wedding on the scale of Liza Minnelli’s (to David Gest) and you’ll be right on track.”

The Hero hitmaker announced plans to host an annual ceremony with Cannon last week while talking to U.S. TV show host Ellen DeGeneres.

Carey married her first husband, music executive Tommy Mottola, in a star-studded New York ceremony in 1993. The pair divorced in 1998.

The honeymoon may be over for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon – but the two are obviously still basking in newlywedded bliss.

Cannon was hard at work Thursday night, playing DJ at an Operation Smile fund-raising event in New York City. And his new bride – wearing five-inch heels and a fitted Ralph Lauren dress – was there to show her support.

So, two weeks after their surprise island nuptials, how is married life going? “Fantastic,” Carey told PEOPLE. Later, she added, “It’s a stone smash!”

(Carey is an ambassador for Operation Smile, which provides surgery to children with cleft palates and other facial deformities.)

Cannon also took time out from spinning to sing his wife’s praises.

“It’s a beautiful thing,” the Wild N’ Out star told PEOPLE of their marriage. “It’s a beautiful situation … carrying on and on each day.”

So has he learned any of Carey’s quirks since they’ve started living together?

“I’ve been doing my research for quite a while,” said Cannon (who recently surprised Carey by renting out Six Flags Magic Mountain for a late-night bash). They dated for less than two months, but, he added, “we’ve been friends for a while.”

Once Cannon’s deejay duties were over, he made a beeline for Carey in the VIP room. They immediately put their arms around each other and began whispering. Before long, the two slipped outside into a waiting SUV.
