Actress Marcia Cross celebrated her 46th birthday by giving a large donation to the Panzi Hospital in East Congo on Tuesday.

She says, “It’s a hospital that takes care of women who have been primarily raped in the course of war there.”

A great deed! Kudos to Marcia, she’s an awesome person for that.

Marcia Cross and Tom Mahoney took some time away from the twins on Easter Sunday to work out in a rigorous Pilates class in Brentwood, CA.

After she finally had enough of the paparazzi taking her picture while she was in the park in Santa Monica, CA and wanted to walk back home, the police officer left his car at the park and walked over a mile with the Desperate Housewives star.
