Michelle Rodriguez, whose “Ana-Lucia Cortez” character was killed off of the hit show “Lost” towards the end of the show’s second season, will appear again soon on the show, in the show’s flashbacks, Access Hollywood has learned. She was photographed jogging on the beach in a red party dress in Hawaii on the island of Oahu yesterday – and yes, Oahu is where “Lost” shoots. Somehow we don’t think it’s for the exercise! The back half of “Lost’s” third season premieres Wednesday, February 7, 2007.

From Elka: Any definite word yet on whether Matthew Fox is getting killed off of Lost?
I hope you’re sitting down for this, because I have a direct quote from Matthew Fox himself, who (during press for We Are Marshall) told our very own E! cameras: “I’m not on Lost anymore. I’m done with that. I’m not going back. And it has nothing to do with my movie career. They killed me off.” Beep, beep, BEEP, BEEP!!! Do you hear that? It’s the sound of our B.S. meter going off the charts! To put it plainly, if Matthew Fox says he’s getting killed off, assuredly he is not actually getting killed. Unless…crap…Could he be doing a double-flip mind trip on us? Argh. This show is gonna be the end of me!
From Amy: Got anything on Lost?
Matthew also said, “The most exciting 16 episodes of television are coming up in the spring. And there are going to be so many things that happen. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you any of it.” I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Argh.

ABC is moving Lost out of the path of the American Idol juggernaut and will air it at 10:00 p.m. on Wednesdays when it returns on February 7. Lost had previously aired at 9:00 p.m., an hour that will now be devoted to two new comedy shows, The Nights of Prosperity and In Case of Emergency, which will premiere on January 3. The network has not decided what it will air in the 10:00 p.m. slot until Lost Returns. Day Break, the network’s current fill-in for Lost, has generated dismal ratings. Some analysts are predicting that the newsmagazine Primetime will hold down the fort. Meanwhile, CBS’s Criminal Minds, which managed to eke out a small victory over Lost in the latter show’s last two weeks before its hiatus, registered its strongest numbers yet last week, putting it at third place for the week. CBS further announced that the crime show has been given the prized slot following the Super Bowl on Feb. 4.

Elizabeth Mitchell (aka the girl that got it on with Angelina in Gia) has joined the cast of ABC’s hit drama “Lost” as a possible new love interest for Matthew Fox’s character, sources said.
Mitchell next will be seen opposite Tim Allen in the feature “The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause,” which opens November 3. Her other credits include HBO’s “Gia,” in which she played Angelina Jolie’s lover, and a recurring role on “ER.”

Lost has found its new mystery mant! Rodrigo Santoro, best known to American audiences as the hot dude Laura Linney crushed on in Love Actually, is joining the cast this fall. I know what you’re thinking, “Rodrigo… Whatchoo Talkin’ ‘Bout Willis?” That was my initial reaction, too. Well, the 30-year-old actor may not be a household name here in the States, but there apparently is no bigger movie star in Brazil than him. Don’t take my word for it, though.
Read on, as Lost boys Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse proudly discuss their latest find. (more…)

“Lost” co-creator/executive producer Damon Lindelof, executive producers Bryan Burk and Carlton Cuse, and stars Jorge Garcia (Hugo) and Daniel Dae Kim (Jin) attended the San Diego Comic-Con today and talked about the upcoming season three starting on October 4. The presentation was briefly interrupted by a planned protestor, a Rachel Blake, who yelled at them for supporting the Hanso Foundation and told people to go to HansoExposed.com.
I’m putting it all behind the jump, in case some of you don’t want to know. Sooo go here… (more…)
