During an Oct. 9 ladies’ night at the Terrace at Sunset Tower Hotel in LA, Drew Barrymore confessed to gal pal Liv Tyler, “I love dating younger guys — I’m a bona fide cougar.”

But the Incredible Hulk beauty presented an alternate dating theory, declaring herself too young to be a cougar. “Aren’t we pumas?” Liv, 31, countered, says the witness. “I think pre-cougar is puma.”

Drew, 33, who recently hooked up with Ed Westwick, 21, and has dated Fabrizio Moretti, 28, and Justin Long, 30, seemed pleased as punch with the label and ordered another round of martinis. “They were laughing so much,” the witness tells Life & Style.“Drew kept joking with the wait staff, inviting them to sit with her, offering to buy them shots.”

Liv Tyler has opened up about the break-up of her marriage for the first time since splitting from husband Royston Langdon earlier this year – confessing she feels lost and “neurotic” since their separation.

Tyler split from the British rocker in May after five years of marriage and admits she’s struggling as a single celebrity mom.

She tells the U.K.’s Harper’s Bazaar magazine, “For the first time in my life, it’s so much harder for me to get up and brush (off) my knees. I am feeling the pain and the loss of everything. I don’t feel calm and collected. I feel neurotic, like Woody Allen. I’m a Cancer and sometimes I just feel like a crab without a shell.”

The actress insists she has no immediate plans to begin dating, adding, “I am trying to just let myself feel it (break-up). I think you have to mourn and you have to feel that pain… I kiss (my son) Milo on the lips all the time but I haven’t had a kiss kiss for a very long time. I’m trying to just take one day at a time and be the best mom I can, but it is a strange time, like walking down the road with nowhere to go… We’ll see where it takes me.”

Liv Tyler is opening up about the breakup of her marriage – a painful experience that she is still struggling to come to terms with.

“For the first time in my life, it’s so much harder for me to get up and brush [off] my knees,” the actress tells U.K.’s Harper’s Bazaar in its October issue. “I am feeling the pain and the loss of everything,” she says candidly about her split last spring with her husband, British musician Royston Langdon.

Coming to terms with the end of her five-year marriage has not been easy for the actress, despite her seemingly serene nature. “I don’t feel calm and collected. I feel neurotic, like Woody Allen,” says Tyler, 31. “I’m a Cancer and sometimes I just feel like a crab without a shell.”

Tyler who lives in New York City with the couple’s three-year-old son Milo, has her own theory when it comes to healing. “I am trying to just let myself feel it,” she says. “I think you have to mourn and you have to feel that pain.”

For now, dating remains far from Tyler’s mind. In fact, the actress says she can’t even remember the last time she had a romantic kiss. “I kiss Milo on the lips all the time but I haven’t had a kiss kiss for a very long time,” she reveals.

On what lies ahead for the actress, Tyler says she is optimistic: “I’m trying to just take one day at a time and be the best mom I can – but it is a strange time, like walking down the road with nowhere to go … We’ll see where it takes me.”

Mia Tyler had no idea actress Liv Tyler was her half-sister when the pair first met at an Aerosmith concert.

Neither girl had been told of the other’s existence, but they instinctively knew they were connected in some way after meeting backstage at one of their father Steven Tyler’s shows.

Mia, who was eight at the time, recalls, “There was this girl who looked like me. I went home that night and I couldn’t stop talking about her, and my mom was like, ‘Wait a minute…’ and I think she started putting two and two together and she was like, ‘That’s your sister.’”

The Tyler sisters have been inseparable ever since, and are now helping each other cope with single life – divorced Mia recently split from fiance Brian Harrah, while Liv is going through a divorce with rocker Royston Langdon.

Mia says, “She’s going through a divorce and I’ve been divorced so it’s a lot of adult conversations.”
