Ruh roh. We’ve just heard that Justin Timberlake was spotted out and about by none other than Lindsay Lohan, smooching on another girl!

The woman wanted for questioning in a jewelry heist — Lindsay Lohan — is now accusing Justin Timberlake of swapping spit with someone other than Jessica Biel.

Lilo allegedly witnessed Timber cheating at Avenue nightclub in New York Monday night — something this blog first put together — and LiLo not-so-cryptically Tweeted about it by saying,

“… where’s jb cheater?” (jb = Jessica Biel)

So the question is … you buying what LiLo’s selling?

She’s also updated her Twitter to say:

Why do people cheat? When love is always standing right in front of their face (s) ?? Sr?

Think she’s one to talk? And do you even think she’s believable?

As her name again crops up in the news – this time over a Scotland Yard investigation into some $400,000 worth of missing Dior jewels after a British Elle photo shoot – Lindsay Lohan’s terminally on-again, off-again relationship with Samantha Ronson has now hit an ultimate dead end, a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE.

As it is, the two never officially got back together. And now, after Lohan’s most recent round of partying, they aren’t even friends.

“Sam let Lindsay back into her life as a friend, but now even a friendship seems impossible,” says the source. “No matter how many times she promises to change, Lindsay loses control and starts acting like a maniac.”

Lohan’s antics included Twittering nude photos of herself to the press and long hours of partying in Los Angeles and New York.

“She is telling everyone that Sam dumped her again, but it makes no sense since they never got back together,” according to the source.

While the couple had been repeatedly photographed together recently, any reunion was strictly based on friendship, not romance, insists the source, explaining: “Sam is a nice person and wouldn’t throw anyone out of her life, but it was no more than that.”

Last night, Lindsay Lohan must’ve been extra bored. Especially with all of the fuss surrounding raunchy photos of someone who looks like Miley Cyrus in a compromising position.

She took to her official Twitter page and showed off a topless photo of herself from her Fornarina photo shoot.

And if you think for a second that she wasn’t doing it for attention, think again. While tweeting this photo, she added “Perez Hilton” to the caption to draw attention to it.

Maybe the Fornarina people aren’t feeling like they got enough bang for their buck?

Her Twitter account has been suspended for “strange activity” since. Hmmm.

She may have been the last one seen wearing them, but did Lindsay Lohan steal $400,000 worth of Dior jewels from her Elle photoshoot?

Under investigation by Scotland Yard, the disappearance of a set of diamond earrings and a necklace was reported on June 8. The baubles were on loan for a June 6 magazine shoot.

“We inquired and everyone from the shoot is being questioned,” Lohan’s rep tells PEOPLE. “Hair, make up, stylist … even photographers. Lindsay hopes they find the jewels. She is happy to cooperate.”

A police spokeswoman tells PEOPLE, “Westminster Police are investigating an allegation of theft of jewelry from studios in Brewery Road in Islington. The theft was reported to a central London police station on the eighth of June after earrings and a necklace, believed to be diamond and estimated to be worth $400,000, were found to be missing approximately two days earlier.”

She adds: “Inquiries are continuing and no arrests have been made. As far as who we will be interviewing – we will be speaking to a number of people in connection with the inquiry and don’t discuss the identity of the people we are planning to interview.”

Meanwhile, a spokeswoman for Elle U.K. released a statement exonerating the 22-year-old star. “I can confirm on behalf of Elle magazine, that items of jewelry went missing from an Elle photoshoot … and the matter is now being investigated by the police,” she states. “Elle has no reason to believe that Lindsay Lohan was in any way responsible and has no further comment to make.”
