Contrary to popular belief and Lindsay Lohan’s tweets, Justin Timberlake has not cheated on Jessica Biel — and he has proof!

A nightclub owner is defending Justin, blasting reports that he cheated on Jessica. Witnesses saw Justin with a mystery girl, thus setting in motion the rumors that he was stepping out on his girlfriend.

Noah Tepperberg, owner of the club where JT was partying, said, “My partner, Danny A., was with Justin and a few of his guy friends the entire night, and I was within 15 feet of him the whole time he was there, and we know for sure he was not doing anything with other girls.”

He added, “He was having a good time with the guys, and came and left with them. I have surveillance cameras that show this to be the case and anything you are hearing is simply not true.”

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson keep everyone guessing as to whether they have reconciled! Covering up in a hoodie, a very camera-shy Lindsay was spotted entering a salon. However, a camera-ready Lindsay later emerged, happily showing off what appeared to be new, darker red locks. A smiling Lindsay was then driven off to an unknown location, where she clearly met up with on/off/on/off girlfriend Samantha Ronson, as the DJ arrived back at her LA home at 2am with Lindsay in her car. A happy Sam popped out of the house a 2.30am to take pet pooch Cadillac for a quick comfort break before retiring for the evening.

Lindsay Lohan doesn’t turn 23 until July 2, but she’s getting the party started early this weekend in Sin City.

The actress is hosting a Vegas poolside soiree at Wet Republic on Saturday to celebrate her birthday and her Sevin Nyne sunless tanner.

Hopefully, the police won’t be making a surprise appearance, as they’ve done at her L.A. pad lately.

Yesterday morning around 4 a.m., cops cited LiLo for excessive noise. This wasn’t the first time she’s been told to quiet down…

The night Linds was hanging with Ryan Seacrest, X17 reports that police came to her crib around 3:30 a.m. after neighbors complained about loud music.

As anyone who’s ever read one of Lindsay Lohan’s Tweets or blog posts, the scandal-happy star is not exactly an early bird. And we’re guessing that’s probably not news to the actress’ neighbors, who reportedly tipped off the police to La Lohan’s late-night ways.

According to TMZ.com, Linds was apparently playing her music a little bit too loud for the taste of those within earshot of her Hollywood Hills home, because the LAPD were called out to knock on her door around 4:20am on Sunday morning.

LiLo was given a ticket for excessive noise, which is about as harsh as the couple of minutes she spent in prison in 2007.

Ryan Seacrest was spotted hanging out with the Lindsay Lohan on Thursday night and when asked why the two were spending time together, Seacrest revealed he is a mentor of sorts for the 22-year-old.

“I’m trying to, you know, give her guidance,” Seacrest told a cameraman for TMZ. “She wants to sing. She loves to sing. Dude, you know she’s a singer. Come on.”

Seacrest added he is impressed with Lohan’s vocal work.

“She’s good,” he said before jumping into the back of a black SUV after an evening clubbing with the “Mean Girls” star.

A short while later, cameras captured Lohan also diving into the back of the same vehicle, though she remained mum on her relationship with the TV host and radio DJ.

According to X17 Online, the SUV took the two to Lohan’s home, where loud music was heard coming from her house, prompting a police presence.

Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton aren’t getting the attention from the tabloids that they so crave. The two of them, who were once regulars on the covers, have been replaced by Jon and Kate Gosselin.

And they don’t like it one bit.

A source said, “Lindsay and Paris hate not being on the covers of weeklies. That’s why Lindsay has been causing so much havoc and pulling these antics. And why Paris had a big blow-up with Doug.”

Apparently the good folks over at Elle magazine are not blaming Lindsay Lohan in the case of the missing jewelry.

After the photo shoot on June 6th, the jewelry came up missing, with the Dior launching an investigation with the local authorities.

An Elle spokesperson said, “Elle has no reason to believe that Lindsay Lohan was in any way responsible and has no further comment to make.”

The starlet herself is irate at having been blamed for the heist.

“Lindsay thinks it’s a ridiculous story and is happy that Elle is standing behind her,” says a pal, “but she’s really sick of getting blamed for everything bad that happens.”
