Lindsay Lohan was spotted in Miami over the weekend, where the 24-year-old actress was posing for a magazine photo shoot.

She was spotted on the rooftop of the Raleigh Hotel in Miami, Florida having her picture taken for an upcoming spread in Plum Miami Magazine.

Hours later, Lindsay was spotted sunning herself at her hotel’s pool and drinking a bottle of water.

Dressed in a black and white bikini, Lilo lounged in the sun with a group of friends and her sister Ali.

But she expressed her frustration with gawkers and paparazzi that gathered to snap her picture.

She tweeted: ‘Cant i just be with my sister @ a pool and have our salad!!!!! grrrrr met the sweetest girl whos 17 and has a child,…’

Just in case you’re wondering, Lindsay Lohan still has room in her heart for men. Yesterday (May 19), Lohan told an Australian radio show that she’d definitely consider dating a guy again!

LiLo went on “The Kyle and Jackie O Show” … when Kyle said, “We’d love to know whether you’re like a lesbian or whether you’re a bi … ’cause boys wanna know if they still have a chance … have we still got a chance?”

Lindsay’s response — “Yes.”

Lohan also opened up about a range of other topics in her life — including her dating life, community service, and that infamous white dress she wore to court in February.

In case you didn’t know, LiLo started her community service earlier this month (May 2) at the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles. On her first day, she went braless with a thin black tank dress (pictured above).

Lindsay Lohan avoided a trial today by pleading no contest in her jewelry theft case. What cam out during the court proceedings today? Lindsay failed an alcohol test in February – one month after being released for the Betty Ford Clinic.

Lindsay’s probation report was released today after her no contest plea was entered.

Remember that whole incident with Lindsay getting into a fight with a rehab employee after she got caught sneaking out of the facility? Turns out she DID drink that night. Interviews with local police and restaurant and club employees confirmed the suspicion.

“The probation officer believes that substance abuse is the root of the defendant’s problems,” the report said but Judge Stephanie Sautner disagreed and ordered Lohan to psychological counseling instead of more rehab. The actress will no longer be randomly tested for drug and alcohol use.

This does not impact the 120-day jail sentence that Sautner laid down on April 22 when she determined Lohan did violate her 2007 probation from a DUI arrest. She will likely serve a fraction of the sentence due to jail overcrowding and may even be placed on house arrest.

The ‘Mean Girls’ star is looking to get back to work on her comeback and was recently cast to play the wife of John Gotti Jr. in ‘Gotti: Three Generations,’ a biopic of the crime family. The film is scheduled to begin production later this year in New York.

Photos (Fame): Lindsay in Los Angeles this afternoon getting a head start on her community service.

Lindsay Lohan will not get jail time in her necklace theft trial, after pleading no contest to misdemeanor theft.

Lindsay wasn’t present in court today, her lawyer, Shawn Holley entered the plea for her.

Judge Stephanie Sautner said during the hearing, she doesn’t believe Lindsay’s problem is substance abuse, but rather her problems are more deeply rooted and she is self-medicating to relieve those problems. As a result, Judge Sautner is not requiring Lindsay to undergo substance abuse counseling.

Lindsay will not get additional time for the theft. She will be required to serve 120 days for her probation violation, and we’ve learned the Sheriff’s Department may allow Lindsay to do the time at home, with an electronic monitoring device.

In reality, the 120 days will amount to 14 days. But during that time, Lindsay cannot leave her home, even to do community service.

Lindsay must complete psychological counseling and a shoplifters alternative class — seriously.

Once Lindsay completes her 480 hours of community service, her probation in the DUI case will terminate, but Lindsay is now on 3 years probation for the theft — so if she screws up again, she’s screwed.

What can I say Lindsay she takes it to another level the way she works is incredible she killed it and she killed Trevino who also I had only met twice before this but what an amazing guy I cant say enough about how great he was in this he left my house bruised and bleeding and loved every moment of it!

Lindsay WILL be part of the upcoming Gotti movie – and John Travolta already has his Xenu hooks in her. It was revealed this morning that the actor has taken Linds under his wings – and wants scientology to fix all that ails her. Good luck with that.
