Lindsay Lohan might want to think about getting a part time job that actually pays.
Sources tell Fox411 that while the starlet poured her time and effort into her work with fashion house Emmanuel Ungaro for Paris Fashion Week, Lohan, 23, has not been paid for her work.
“Ungaro is not paying her at all to be a consultant for them,” a source close to Lohan told 411. “Her team is working to get Lindsay some form of payment from the fashion house, but right now they will only give her free clothes.”
And while the line was universally slammed by critics, the legendary fashion house seems to have made a savvy business decision in bringing Lohan on board for free.
“The deal is perfect for them – they have nothing to lose, even though the clothes were not a big hit during Paris fashion week. Lindsay even paid for her flight and hotel in Paris,” the source said.
But to add insult to injury, friends also say that Lohan recently learned that Casablanca records has decided to terminate its professional relationship with her.
“Casablanca has suspended all further recording sessions of her album and put their working relationship with her on hold. Lindsay was committed to making music and has been working on it for 16 months. She is going to go what she can to keep her music career going.”
But Lohan’s troubles could become far worse if she doesn’t find paying work soon, especially with her extravagant lifestyle taking all of her money and casting directors failing to take her seriously. Even worse, Lohan doesn’t have trustworthy people in her corner and feels that even her own mother Dina is exploiting her.
“Lindsay is not speaking to her mom and Dina is telling people Lindsay is so busy they don’t have time to talk. Their problems got worse 6 months ago when she begged her mother not to do something with the Shoe Han idea. She was embarrassed and tried to convince Dina that would only hurt her while she tried to make a comeback. Her career is at a stop and she does not have enough money coming in [to support herself.

It’s been a banner week for Lindsay Lohan: she’s stayed out of jail and gotten back into one of her favorite Manhattan clubs.
The New York Post reports that Lohan, 23, is no longer persona non grata at Avenue — the hotspot that banned her earlier this year, following an incident in which she Tweeted about Justin Timberlake cheating on girlfriend Jessica Biel by dancing with another woman.
“It’s true,” a Lohan pal confirms to Usmagazine.com of the Post’s new item.
The newspaper notes that the star “besieged the management with calls and e-mails to let her back in, and she promised to be on her best behavior.” This past week, she’s hit Avenue twice — laying off the alcohol and, indeed, even refusing free drinks.
Alcohol abstinence would be a smart move. Earlier this week Lohan (mom Dina calls her a “genius”) saw her probationary period extend from three to four years to fulfill the terms of her probation relating to her 2007 DUI arrest. She had risked jail time for skipping alcohol education classes as mandated by her probation.

In recent months, Lindsay Lohan has come under fire for taking her 15-year-old sister, Ali, out for late nights at restaurants and clubs. But Lindsay assures Life & Style her baby sis isn’t likely to suffer the same problems she did growing up in the public eye.
“She’s tougher than I am,” Lindsay said at the VS Beauty Velvet Fragrance Collection launch in NYC on Oct. 14. “She has a good head on her shoulders. Maybe it was different for me because I didn’t know what to expect and it just happened really fast. I didn’t have a big sister.” The Mean Girls star also insists there’s no way that Ali, who’s being homeschooled, is falling behind in her schoolwork. “She’s really good about that,” Lindsay says. “If I’m going out late, she’ll go home early.”
And while Lindsay says she’s looking out for Ali, she sometimes forgets her sister’s age. “When I was with her at home, I was like, ‘Oh, that’s right, she’s still a lot younger than me,’” Lindsay says. “But I think it’s great that she’s mature.”

It’s like three generations of yuck. Taylor Momsen, Linsday Lohan and Donatella Versace showed up looking like three generations of the same person at last night’s 2009 Whitney Museum Gala at The Whitney Museum of American Art.
Gross!

Lindsay maybe relieved to have escaped with just a year more of probation, not jail time, for violating her probation terms, but her father, Michael Lohan, is concerned.
“I’ve just gotten off the phone with the judge and I’m not happy,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com. “She needs to put my daughter in rehab. How could that judge have let her just walk in to court and walk right back out? The least they could have done was give her a drug test at the door.”
Beverly Hills judge, Marsha Revel, extended Lindsay’s probation from 3 to 4 years on Friday, October 16, because Lindsay didn’t attend her alcohol education program as per her probation terms.
“I hate to speak out publicly like this about Lindsay,” he continued, “But it’s for all the parents and the teens out there. I’ve seen what it’s done.”
In his appearance on the Maury show, Michael alluded to prescription drug abuse by Lindsay and graphically expressed what it could lead to. He also expressed concern for his younger daughter Ali, 15, who was being exposed to some of the same elements as Lindsay in clubs.
Surprisingly, Michael had some good words for Samantha Ronson, Lindsay’s former gal pal, whom he had been very critical of earlier.
“Samantha was actually helping,” he said. “I’m wrong. I apologize 100%.”

Lindsay Lohan hits Curve in New York’s SoHo. The lovelorn starlet has reportedly accused on/off girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s producer/brother Mark of splitting them up. Taking to her Twitter account to explain how she feels, the “Mean Girls” actress Tweeted: “Sam Ronson doesn’t repond 2me b/c her family will cut her off if she contacts me. They control the one I love & im incapable of making any sort of difference. I’m in love with her, as she is in love with me….but her loved ones hate her brilliance & resent her happiness”

Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan, isn’t happy about his daughter’s prescription drug use. And he has vowed to get her off the meds.
“It’s not just drinking and illegal drugs that kill you,” Lohan reveals to Radaronline.com. “Prescription drugs can destroy and kill a person and are sometimes harder to stop. Look at Heath Ledger and Michael Jackson.”
And he blames prescribed drugs for her failed film career.
“You know why Lindsay’s not acting in feature films right now? Because she can’t. Because the girl with all the talent is hidden and buried deep inside this fungus that’s grown because of the prescription drugs.”
He adds: “When you hug her she’s, like, vacant inside. When she kisses or holds me I get chills, and not in a good way — in a bad way.”
