I’m starting to really think Lindsay Lohan MUST have some serious mental health problems.

Lindsay Lohan went before a judge only yesterday and was found guilty of violating her probation. The judge came down on Lindsay pretty hard, and ordered Lindsay to report this morning for community service at the city morgue.

Guess what!? Lindsay didn’t show!!! At 8:45am – just about half an hour ago, Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told reporters Lindsay was a no-show on her first day — and now, she’ll have to face the judge’s wrath.

Lindsay Lohan is going to be turned away from the L.A. County Morgue today, because she was late.

Sources at the morgue tell TMZ … Lindsay was scheduled to be at the morgue at 8 AM. At 7:40, Lindsay’s assistant called to say they were 10 minutes away. By 8:20, she was still a no-show.

So officials at the Coroner’s Office have decided if Lindsay eventually shows up they will turn her away.

And it gets way worse for Lindsay. We’re told the Coroner’s Office will notify Probation’s Volunteer Center — which monitors her probation — that Lindsay screwed up again, and the judge will then be notified.

It’s not a violation for her not to show today … the judge only required that Lindsay put in 16 hours at the morgue by Nov 2. But it’s awful for Lindsay and her lawyer, who will try to convince the judge that she’s not thumbing her nose at authority.

Lindsay, Lindsay, Lindsay. I read yesterday that a particular “expert” said she’s a habitual criminal who cannot be rehabilitated. I’m starting to think he is right!

Lindsay smiled for the Los Angeles police officers yesterday when she took her FIFTH mugshot after her probation was revoked. According to Judge Stephanie Saunter, Lindsay didn’t follow the court’s orders to serve community service at a women’s shelter.

Her bail was set at $100,000, which she paid after being led out of the courtroom in handcuffs.

A new hearing is set for November 2, when Lindsay will learn her fate. Will she be sent back to jail?

Lindsay Lohan is quite possibly going back to jail. This morning the judge didn’t stand for any of her excuses, and promptly revoked her probation.

Lindsay is due back in court on November 2, where she’ll be sentenced.

Today bail was set at $100,000, Lindsay thought ahead and brought her bail bondsman to court with her.

Lindsay must complete 16 hours (2 8-hour days) of community service between now and November 2. She’ll do this at the city morgue.

This just in!! Lindsay Lohan got the book thrown at her in court this morning!! Judge Stephanie Sautner has decided to revoke Lindsay’s probation – and had her cuffed on the spot! She set a new hearing for November 2, when Lindsay could end up getting as much as a year and a half in jail!!

Judge Sautner said Lindsay Lohan was completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation.

The judge concluded Lindsay violated her probation, scoffing time after time, incredulously reading from the Probation Report — the section where Lindsay told the Probation officer she didn’t find the Women’s Center “fulfilling.”

The Judge also doubted Lindsay attended sessions with her shrink once a week, as the Judge required.

The judge dismissed Shawn Holley’s argument that Lindsay had to leave town to work, and that’s why she missed a number of community service appointments, saying, “She’s supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.”

Judge Sautner recalled all the screw ups Lindsay has had in her court cases, reminding Holley that “Probation is a Gift.”

As we reported, Lindsay’s bail bondsman appeared in court and will be bailing her out shortly.

The judge could barely contain her contempt for the Probation Dept., which gave Lindsay a glowing report. Judge Sautner said the Probation Dept. had no authority to send Lindsay to the Red Cross to do her community service and said Lindsay would not get credit for the time she served there.

Before Lindsay was taken away in cuffs, the judge said Lindsay must complete 16 hours at the morgue before the November 2 hearing.

Although Lindsay could get sentenced to nearly a year and a half in jail, a frustrated Judge Sautner noted new laws and overcrowding would make such a sentence unlikely.

Lindsay Lohan has caught another break (of course she has). When she goes before the judge this morning, she’ll have the Probate Department on her side. According to TMZ, they do not believe she should be thrown in jail.

The Probation Officials will tell the judge in a written report that Lindsay is in “substantial compliance” with the terms of her probation. They do admit that she was kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center for failing to show up, but they point out that Lindsay has a year to complete her 360 hours of community service.

They will also report that Lindsay has been in touch with her shrink, and has gone “regularly”.

Judge Sautner made it clear … if Lindsay violated any court order, she would go to jail. So now it’s up to Herhonner to decide if Lindsay went astray or whether a few missteps don’t count.

Good news for Lindsay?

The judge who could end up sending her to jail has decided she doesn’t have to do any community service, at least for now.

Bad News for Lindsay Lohan: She’ll be sweeping up blood and guts at the L.A. County Morgue.

Sources connected with the Probation Department tell TMZ … Judge Stephanie Sautner contacted Probation officials and told them to immediately yank Lindsay from her current community service assignment with the Red Cross. We’re told Judge Sautner ordered the Probation people to immediately assign Lindsay to morgue duty.

It’s clearly a sign the judge is pissed off — probably at the Probation Dept. for pulling a switcheroo by taking Lindsay out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge ordered Lindsay to perform 360 hours of community service. Judge Sautner also ordered Lindsay to do 120 hours at the morgue, and now that’s taken top billing.

As for pissing off the judge, we’ve learned there’s something in the Probation report that will probably do just that. Lindsay’s probation officer wrote that Lindsay had problems with the Women’s Center, because it was “not fulfilling.” One more time — Lindsay complained the Woman’s Center was “NOT FULFILLING.”

Lindsay Lohan could be in some serious trouble when she faces Judge Stephanie Sautner, TMZ has learned. According to insiders, Lindsay is facing nearly a year-and-a-half for violating her probation!

We’re told the computations are complicated, because Lindsay has had so many cases. But based on the 120 day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and her prior DUIs, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a long, long time.

We’ve learned Lindsay MUST be in court Wednesday to face the judge … and the judge has lots of questions, including why Lindsay was a no-show 9 times at the Downtown Women’s Center, where she was performing her community service. And the judge will almost certainly want to know why Lindsay didn’t comply with the order to spend a minimum of 4 hours at a time when she showed up at the Women’s Center.

TMZ broke the story, Lindsay was booted from the Women’s Center because of all the problems and reassigned to the American Red Cross.

And one more thing. The judge will almost certainly ask Lindsay why she didn’t meet with her shrink every Monday for 1 hour, as required by court order. Lindsay claims she did a bunch of therapy sessions by phone.

Lindsay has taken to Twitter to respond to all these new accusations. She wrote: “I am not to be made an example of anymore. I am working hard and fulfilling my obligations every single day, to the court as well as myself. If I travel, its for work and its been approved. As is anything I do when I leave the state. I’d appreciate it if people will just let me do what is asked of me, so that I can get my life back. Please ignore the reports which have no truth to them. Thank you.”

Can someone have stock in court? Because I’m pretty sure that Lindsay Lohan does, as much as she’s there and as much attention that she sends it. The actress…and I use that term loosely nowadays…will face a judge next week after skipping her mandatory therapist appointments and being kicked out of community service. Lindsay’s “friends” have told RadarOnline that LiLo says she doesn’t have any worries about facing the judge:

“I’m not worried about court, nothing is going to happen to me,” Lindsay has been telling friends RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

“She says she knows that she has a year to complete everything and she thinks the judge isn’t going to be able to do anything to her,” the friend said Lindsay revealed about her upcoming appearance in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner.

Confident that her excuses will work again with the judge, Lindsay has told her friends that she is sure her court appearance will just be another lecture but that she’s not going to be going to jail.

“Lindsay says she knows that she’s not doing what they want her to do now but she feels like she won’t get in any trouble,” her friend told Radaronline.com.

As for her shocking and disheveled appearance Wednesday night, her friend says those close to Lindsay “want her to check back into rehab for a long time to deal with her addictions.”
