Lindsay Lohan surfaced last night to attend an amFar event in New York City. She looked as busted as ever! She looked cracked out and just plain creepy as she walked into the event. (If you don’t believe me, see a closeup … if you dare)

Lindsay Lohan posed for Terry Richardson in a new photo shoot seen in Love Magazine. Tyler has photographed the troubled star dozens of times before, she’s a sort of muse of the photographer.

The Mean Girls star, who has been jailed five times in as many years, recently slammed reports that she was drinking alcohol at the SAG Awards.

Lindsay, who has been in and out of rehab,  claims to be clean of drugs and alcohol.

An insider told TMZ she was threatening to sue over the reports which claimed she was drinking on last Sunday night at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.

She insists she only drank water all night and blamed rumours of her hard-partying on why she gets offered so few acting roles.

Her former neighbours in Venice beach have also come out recently saying she was a nightmare to live next door to, because of all the drama and partying she brought with her.

The actress has not appeared in a film since the 2010 flop Machete. She was recently replaced as the lead in the biopic on porn star Linda Lovelace by her Mean Girls co-star Amanda Seyfried.

She looks really pretty in these pictures. I hope she can stay clean, it would be great if she could have a Britney-ish-comeback.

Lindsay Lohan was back in court this morning for a routine probation hearing.  The judge is reportedly impressed that so far Lindsay is on track. She told Lindsay:

“Keep doing what you’re doing. You appear to be doing very well.”

If she keeps things going like this – she’ll be off of probation at the end of March!  It seems like her probation saga was a never-ending thing!

On the way into court this morning Lindsay was “served” lawsuit papers by a “delusional” man who makes some interesting claims:

In his suit, Green writes, “[Thomas] set out to command [Lohan] to twitter and stated if [Lohan] acknowledges this is an Osoma Bin Ladden op all civilians in past wrong doing will receive  clemency.”
Green also claims he is a former U.S. Marine — who recently spent time in a homeless shelter due to a “depreciated stage of delusion and hallucinations.”

Then, for no apparent reason, he writes, “[Lohan] might be a high end prostitute.”

Green is suing Lohan for engaging in unfair business practices — and he’s demanding $300,000.

Here are some new ads from the Phillip Plein campaign she shot back in September. You guys may remember the candids from this shot – and how she was spotted all over Italy on the arm of designer Plein.

Now we have our first look at the finished product, and believe it or not, they don’t look half bad!

It’s a good thing Lindsay recently had work ($1,000,000 for posing in Playboy!) because she’s gonna need the money here real quick. TMZ is reporting that Lindsay managed to forget to file her taxes in 2009, and she owes Uncle Same $93,000!

Lindsay Lohan had no idea she was so deeply in the hole to Uncle Sam … because she THOUGHT she had accountants to take care of that crap for her … sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story … the I.R.S. hit Lohan with a big, fat tax lien, claiming she failed to fork over $93k in federal income taxes from 2009.

Now, sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she was completely unaware of the problem. We’re told Lindsay actually cleaned house recently and replaced most of her business team.

Our sources say Lindsay believes the debt was most likely lost in the shuffle, but the issue will be handled immediately.

Lohan SHOULD have the cash to get herself in the clear — after all, she just hauled in close to a million bucks to get naked for Playboy.

I’m thinking Lindsay shouldn’t have any problems paying this debt, unless she went out and blew all her money.

Back in June of 2006, Lindsay Lohan was on top of the world. Her career was at an all-time high, and everything was going well for the young actress. In a cover shoot for Interview Magazine, Lindsay posed as Elizabeth Taylor. I’ll give her this – she definitely could pull off Liz. She looks like her – but the buck stops there. To think that Lindsay could pull off playing Elizabeth Taylor is so insulting to me on so many levels. Being compared to Marilyn Monroe is one thing. Marilyn was a hot mess – just like Lindsay. But Elizabeth Taylor? Am I the only one that things this is so wrong!?

After emulating Marilyn Monroe in a series of photo shoots, most recently for Playboy, Lindsay Lohan may be taking on another screen legend, Elizabeth Taylor. I have learned that the 25-year-old actress is in early talks for the female lead in Lifetime’s original movie Elizabeth & Richard: A Love Story, chronicling the enduring love of movie icons Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, whose fiery romance was the most notorious, publicized and celebrated love affair of its day.

The film, produced by Larry Thompson (Amish Grace) and written by Christopher Monger (Temple Grandin), was originally announced as part as Lifetime’s 2011-12 development slate. Lohan, a child actress who successfully transitioned into young adult roles with Freaky Friday and Mean Girls, has been largely sidelined from her acting career for the past couple of years by stints in rehab, jail, court rooms and recently, a morgue as part of her community service. Lohan’s most recent credits include the features Machete and Labor Pains and an arc on ABC’s Ugly Betty.

Lohan has been compared to Taylor. In addition to their physical resemblance, a 2004 Slate story lists a host of other similarities: “Both had domineering stage mothers, little semblance of a real childhood, fame from a young age, substance abuse issues, public emotional outpourings, and copious amounts of tabloid drama. The key difference, though, is that Elizabeth Taylor had a true record of achievement before she became the most notorious movie star in America.”

Lindsay Lohan loves to tattoo phrases on her boday. Just a few months after she got a Billy Joel song lyric tattooed on her rib cage … she got a much smaller saying on her left wrist.

According to our sources, LiLo hit up a tattoo parlor on Friday night to get the work done. The impetus for the new ink, we’re told, was Lindsay’s feeling that she’s at a great point in her life … and she wanted to do something she’d always remember.

Our sources say Lindsay is excited for March 29 to come, because that’s the day she will be done with her court-ordered community service.

Perhaps from then on, she won’t do anything anyone would regret.

It’s nice she has no regrets… I guess? Really? None?
