Here is Lindsay Lohan leaving the courthouse today with her lawyer, after meeting with her probation officer for the first time.
Her probation officer is a female, and while meeting with Lindsay today – they went over which prescription drugs Lindsay was taking – and which one’s wouldn’t interfere with her SCRAM bracelet (which are Ambien and Adderall).
According to TMZ, Lindsay will have to make a call every night to her probation officer to find out whether or not she’ll have to undergo a drug test the next day.

As reported last week, it looked like the arrest of suspects in the break-ins of the homes of Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge had exonerated the scandal magnet starlet from rumors she might have somehow been connected to the burglaries. However, new information says Lindz might have known at least one of the alleged thieves.
According to TMZ, sources claim that 18-year-old suspected burglar Nick Prugo had spent time last year with La Lohan on set of her TV flick Labor Pains, with one estimate putting the two together “at least 10 times.”
Prugo was arrested last week as a suspect in the August break-in of Lindsay’s L.A.-area home. A second suspect, Rachel Lee, was also taken into custody. Security camera footage of the night of the incident shows three people — one male and two female — outside Lindsay’s house.
After a long, very public proceeding, Hulk Hogan and former wife Linda Bollea finalized their divorce and reached an undisclosed settlement on Monday evening. While the terms were not made public, the couple’s net worth in 2008 was believed to be between $26 million and $32 million (as filed in court) and it sounds as though Mrs. Bollea walked away with quite the bulk of funds.
“Linda received an outstanding settlement result and I think both parties had compromised but Linda is extremely happy with the settlement,” her attorney Ray Rafool told Tarts. “It was bittersweet and it was also a relief and as Linda said, in every grey cloud there is a silver lining so I think for both of them, they were very relieved to be on the same page and they were very relieved that they would have this chapter of their life behind them.”
And it turns out that Hulk was the one who reached out to his wife of 25 years to make peace.
“Hulk is the one that originally came to Linda and said lets try to put this whole case aside and lets resolve this, essentially Hulk was the one that came to us with this peace offering which we gladly accepted,” Rafool added. “He said he still loves Linda and he’s happy that they’re forever getting this resolved. These people are business partners now and will be business partners in the future.”
While the divorced duo will still have a professional relationship, the semi-retired celebrity wrestler still wants some sort of personal relationship too.
“Hulk is looking forward to moving on with his life and is very hopeful that he and Linda can maintain a friendship and work together as parents to their two children,” a rep for Hogan told Tarts.

After nearly two years of contentious court dates and bitter feuding, Hulk Hogan (real name Terry Bollea) and his wife Linda settled their divorce Tuesday morning.
“The war is over,” Linda Bollea told The Tampa Tribune after a hearing in downtown Clearwater, Fla. In a sign of peace, she even kissed her ex on the cheek in the courtroom. “I still love him. He’s the father of my children,” Bollea added.
Hogan, echoing his wife’s surprisingly soft sentiment, told the paper, “When you’re married to someone for 23 years … you hope for the best …. We just got torn apart.”
In a statement released Tuesday, the wrestler’s rep said, “Hulk is looking forward to moving on with his life and is very hopeful that he and Linda can maintain a friendship and work together as parents to their two children.”
Bollea also issued a statement Tuesday afternoon, saying, “My husband took the big step of stopping this escalating war by making the decision to put this behind us. I am grateful to him for realizing that our family can be happier and stronger by working together. He and I both love our family dearly and look forward to working together to make it stronger than it has ever been. My family means the world to me.”
Bollea filed for divorce from her husband in November of 2007, just three months after the couple’s teenage son, Nick, was involved in a car crash that critically injured his best friend.
While terms of the divorce agreement were not made public, a source tells PEOPLE that Bollea now plans to move to Los Angeles, while Hogan will likely move back into the family home in Clearwater.

Linda Hogan got into a fender bender in Clearwater, Florida, Friday afternoon, TMZ.com reports. Her 19-year-old boyfriend, Charley Hill, was spotted at the scene shortly after.
The crash occurred less than a quarter mile from her son Nick’s August 2007 crash that left his passenger severely injured, and landed him in jail for six months.
TMZ says Hogan’s white Mercedes suffered minor damage, but the Red Camaro that hit her car was busted up more.
Witnesses tell TMZ.com that it appeared Hogan was not at fault.
