Leonardo DiCaprio has fueled rumors he has split from girlfriend Bar Refaeli after he was overheard telling pals he was “definitely single”.
Reports the couple had broken up surfaced last month after the Israeli supermodel allegedly grew tired of DiCaprio’s reluctance to commit.
The pair shot down the rumors by putting on a united front during a Los Angeles shopping spree just a few days later.
But the Titanic actor has again hinted he has split from Refaeli, by reportedly hitting the the town in London claiming he was a single guy.
A source tells The London Paper, “There was a queue of ladies trying to get near Leonardo – he even had a special security guard with him, just to keep them at bay. Leonardo was telling people he was definitely single, but he wasn’t interested in any of the women trying to get his attention.”

The story of two U.S. marshals, Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo), who are summoned to a remote and barren island off the cost of Massachusetts to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a murderess from the island’s fortress-like hospital for the criminally insane.
Shutter Island is directed by prolific filmmaker Martin Scorsese, of everything from Taxi Driver to Raging Bull to Goodfellas to Cape Fear to Gangs of New York to The Aviator to The Departed. The screenplay was written by Laeta Kalogridis, of Night Watch, Alexander, and Pathfinder previously. This is based on Dennis Lehane’s novel of the same name. Paramount is bringing Shutter Island to theaters on October 2nd.
CREEPY!!

It’s Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio’s fourth film together, which officially makes them Hollywood’s hottest couple after Brad ‘n’ Angie. But Shutter Island is not just exciting because of that; it’s also shaping up to be something of a stylistic shift for Scorsese. And here’s a shot of Scorsese directing DiCaprio (as Teddy Daniels) and Michelle Williams as his wife.
Co-star Mark Ruffalo, who plays a US marshal alongside DiCaprio, said, “This could be one of [Scorsese's] great films. He gets to do everything he loves about film: noir, dream sequences, suspense, tough urban stuff. It’s absolute madness, twist upon twist.”
Scorsese himself has likened the film to Orson Welles‘ take on Kafka’s The Trial, or Hitchcock at his weirdest, which sounds pretty darn promising to us. The film’s out on October 9 in the UK and October 2 in the US. Next year’s Oscar race starts here.

Kate Winslet has credited Leonardo DiCaprio with helping her get over her weight issues – after he confronted her 10 years ago on the set of their film Titanic.
The pair teamed up for the first time since the 1997 blockbuster for new movie Revolutionary Road.
Winslet is adamant DiCaprio’s pep talk on the set of the disaster movie helped her come to terms with her body issues.
But she admits she still struggles to deal with superstardom, more than a decade after the pair first teamed up.
Winslet says, “I’m still coming to terms with (fame) to be honest. I knew from when I was very, very young I wanted to be an actress. I certainly didn’t think it meant making films because to me that was something Judy Garland did.
“As a child, I was overweight and I was very chubby and I was always the wrong kid at the audition because my hair was wrong and the shoes didn’t fit. I did loose weight very sensibility when I was younger but those says are very much behind me.”
Turning to DiCaprio, she adds, “I remember you saying to me one day, ‘You’ve really got to let the whole fat girl thing go’. And that’s the truth, you’re right.”
