Leona Lewis has denied reports she is engaged to her childhood sweetheart Lou Al-Chamaa - insisting she is “too young” to settle down.
The Bleeding Love hitmaker was photographed wearing a large diamond ring on her wedding finger during a night out last month, sparking rumors she is to wed.
But she has dismissed the claims - insisting that although she may one day marry Al-Chamaa, she has no plans to walk down the aisle just yet.
The 23-year-old says, “I think I’m too young to think about that (marriage) now. We have a great time together, so we’ll just see what happens. (But) I believe he’s The One.”

Sean Combs is lining up Leona Lewis for a collaboration on his next album - insisting the new LP has to feature the British pop star.
The rapper admits he is a huge fan of the Bleeding Love singer and is convinced his new record won’t be a success unless she is on it.
So Combs will stop at nothing to make sure the 23-year-old agrees to work with him.
He says, “I want that girl on my next album. I’m a huge fan. Not only is she so, so beautiful, she has a great voice. She is extremely talented and its great she is from England. She has one of the best voices I’ve heard. I’m already thinking about my next album and definitely want to make it work, so she’s on it. I had Christina Aguilera on my last album, but it’s all about Leona Lewis on my next.”

Leona Lewis has followed up her conquest of the U.S. music charts by dominating the online charts too - the singer’s video for Bleeding Love has become one of the most viewed promos of all time.
The 23-year-old’s hit single topped the Billboard 100 earlier this year and her debut album Spirit also became a number one seller in the U.S.
And now Lewis’ promo has made its mark on video sharing website YouTube.com, scoring over 55 million hits.
The song is now ranked within the site’s top 10 most viewed videos - making Lewis the only British artist to ever make it into the countdown.
Bleeding Love is currently at number six, behind songs including Timbaland’s Apologize, Avril Lavigne’s Girlfriend and Rihanna’s Don’t Stop The Music.

Leona Lewis and soccer ace David Beckham have reportedly been lined up to star in the closing ceremony of the Beijing Olympics in China this summer.
To mark China’s official handover of the global sporting event to Britain for the London 2012 Games, the L.A. Galaxy player will make an appearance while Bleeding Love hitmaker Lewis will sing to an estimated audience of over 150 million.
An source for the London 2012 Games says, “Leona and Beckham have accepted the invitation to sprinkle some stardust on the show.
“They epitomize what London 2012 is about. Leona is a young global star from London who has risen from nothing. Becks has glamour and a profile around the world. He was also a key figure in the bid to win the Games for London.”

The songwriting superduo behind Leona Lewis’ smash hit Bleeding Love has given new American Idol winner David Cook a big boost by offering to write him a string of tunes.
Jesse McCartney and Ryan Tedder originally wrote Bleeding Love for MCCartney’s new album - but realised the song would be better sung by a woman, giving Lewis, the winner of British TV talent competition The X-Factor, a huge hit.
And now the duo hopes to do the same for another talent show victor.
McCartney says, “Ryan and I are planning to write some songs with him for his (Cook) album.”
Cook beat fellow finalist David Archuleta in the Idol finale on Wednesday.

Leona Lewis was grateful for her poor eyesight when she performed at music mogul Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy Awards party in February - because she couldn’t see the heavyweights in front of her.
The Bleeding Love hitmaker admits she suffers from chronic stagefright before shows - and would have freaked out if she could actually see the big names in the audience for Davis’ annual bash.
She recalls, “I could see Rihanna and Chris Brown, because they were closest to where I was singing onstage. Luckily for me, I’m shortsighted. It’s the only time in my life where I’ve thought, ‘Yes, I can’t see!’”
Now, Lewis only has to control her pre-show nerves: “I get really shallow breath, and that’s just the worst, because I need a lot of breath to hit those high notes.”
