Though many actresses are turning to the knife to look better, Kristin Cavallari isn’t one of them. The Laguna Beach “star” opened up about her thoughts on plastic surgery, telling In Touch, “I could never get a boob job!” But Kristin doesn’t knock others who do. “It’s a personal decision. I wouldn’t want to feel my boobs and have them be fake,” Kristin said at the Details magazine Mavericks 2008 party on March 20 in Beverly Hills.

While the 21-year-old is against plastic surgery, she is for laser removal — she is currently erasing ex-boyfriend Nick Zano’s initials. “I highly suggest not to get anybody’s initials tattooed. It hurts to take it off!” says Kristin. “I don’t consider myself hot,” says Kristin.

Love. It’s so temporary in Tinseltown—unless you get a tattoo. Then it’s so long, closure, and hello, plastic surgeon.

That’s the route Kristin Cavallari is taking, essentially putting the kibosh on any possibility of reconciliation with Nick Zano (they dated from 2006 until December 2007) by erasing his initials from her left wrist.

K.Cav is at Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan’s office today, a source tells E!, undergoing a treatment to remove the ink. “It is kind of painful,” says the insider, “but she wants that thing off.”

Treatment is said to take several visits before the tattoo is sufficiently removed. (Until then, we suggest Kristin tell folks she’s rooting for New Zealand in the ‘08 Olympics.)

And in an almost too good to be true twist, Kristin’s seeing the same doctor who did Heidi Montag’s boob and nose jobs.

So, in case you’ve been wondering how Hills producers are gonna introduce K.C. into their show, may we suggest a girlie bonding session between Lauren Conrad’s two sworn enemies powwowing on beauty doctors? That sure would make for some good drama.

Kristin Cavallari & Nick Zano are over. “They broke up,” a friend of Kristin’s reveals to Life & Style. “She moved out of their house. They’re going in separate directions.”

Kristin, 20, just moved in with Nick, 29, this summer. So what happened? “It wasn’t working out,” explains the friend. “She was bored, and I think she realized she was better off keeping her options open.”  So sad, it really seemed like he was keeping her grounded & normal.  But most of all, out of trouble.

“She used to be the ‘It’ girl, and now she sees all of these other girls who would normally be in her shadow stealing the spotlight,” says the friend. “I think she wants back in on the scene.

Ladies, hide your men, this little biotch is back on the prowl!
