A week after Life & Style reported that Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler’s engagement was back on, the 24-year-old reality star was spotted in West Hollywood sporting her 5.2-carat engagement ring on Nov. 29.

While out with friends at Le Petite Four restaurant, “Kristin looked incredibly happy,” an eyewitness tells Life & Style. “She was definitely making a point to show off her engagement ring and couldn’t stop smiling.”

Kristin and Jay, 28, called it quits in July, just three months after becoming engaged. While rumors swirled about the reason behind the split, it appeared the pair were headed for a reconciliation after the Chicago Bears quarterback was seen in the audience cheering on Kristin during her recent stint on Dancing With the Stars.

As Life & Style previously reported, even before publicly donning her Ascher-cut engagement ring for the first time since her reunion with Jay, Kristin was already gushing to friends that the wedding was back on. “Kristin told all of her friends she’s engaged,” a friend of the former Hills star shares. “She’s over the moon with happiness.”

About the nuptials, Kristin’s told Life & Style, “I can’t decide if I want a small intimate affair or a huge one. But, it will be classic and traditional.”

Kristin is currently living in Los Angeles but has been spotted in Chicago recently with Jay and previously said she would move to the Windy City after getting married.

These pictures were taken on the 28th – and she’s clearly not wearing a wedding ring. Either she didn’t wear it to they gym – or she wasn’t engaged yet. OR… L&S’s story is BS. You pick.

Earlier this morning it was widely reported that Kristin Cavallari and ex-fiance Jay Cutler were engaged again.

Alas, it was just a rumor or Kristin planting the story, because they are NOT engaged. She just tweeted: “New week new rumor. I’m not engaged u guys.”

“Kristin is over the moon with happiness,” a source tells Life & Style. “She’s already told her friends that the engagement is back on. They haven’t set a new date yet.”

As Life & Style previously reported, after a whirlwind 10-month romance with The Hills star, 24, Jay, 28, abruptly ended the relationship when Kristin put work before plans with the Chicago Bears quarterback. Kristin, who had been excitedly planning her dream wedding, which was set for summer 2012, was left heartbroken. The pair then rekindled their romance when Kristin began competing on Dancing With the Stars in September.

I wonder if this means that Kristin’s willing to move to Chicago now. Rumors swirled around that Jay called off the engagement after it was clear that Kristin wouldn’t leave Hollywood.

Despite the cheating rumors surround her man Scott Disick, Kourtney Kardashian was all smiles as she was spotted leaving the Barnes & Nobles store in New York City yesterday after her book signing for her latest venture Dollhouse, co-authored with sister Khloe.

Those rumors? That Kourtney’s longtime beau and father of her child, Scott, had been cheating on her with The Hills and Dancing With the Stars’ Kristin Cavallari before she was pregnant with their son Mason. Kristin has flat out denied the allegations.

‘So excited for the pumpkin patch ’ Kristin wrote on her Twitter page earlier in the day.

The blonde reality-star is a busy girl these days! After being voted off ‘Dancing With the Stars’, Kristin tweeted she has much on the horizon. ‘Producing reality tv, working on a shoe line, maybe get back into acting, & talking about getting into the hosting world,’ she said.

She also seems to still have fond memories of her relationship with Jay Cutler despite him ending their relationship earlier this year.

When asked what moment in her life she would relive if she could, the football star was top of the list.

’1 moment is hard to pick but honestly, I’d relive the first couple times jay and I hung out,’ she wrote. ‘Those new feelings are the best.’

Jay apparently dumped the reality star just days after their engagement party back in June.

But he was seen cheering her on during her performance on the dancing show and the pair were seen holding hands earlier this month too.

They also apparent enjoyed a few drinks with friends at the Public House recently.

A source told People magazine that they were not back together, but were on speaking terms.

‘They’re not officially back together but they’re definitely talking and figuring things out,’ an insider told the publication.

And it seems that this time around, the pair, who got engaged after just seven months together, are slowing down the pace.

‘Everything happened too fast when they first got together,’ the source said. ‘So this time they’re taking things slow.’

Meanwhile, Jay, 28, defended his ex-fiancée on Facebook after receiving a number of messages of support from fans telling the sportsman he is better off without her in his life.

Thank you all for the support, but if you talk bad about Kristin I will delete and block you,’ Jay wrote.
