When Kim Kardashian stepped out on July 19 with red marks on her calves, bloggers were quick to point out the strange spots — which looked like bug bites — covering the reality star’s legs. But Life & Style has exclusively learned that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star actually suffers from psoriasis. “I’d heard of it before because my mom has always had it, but she didn’t have red flaky dots all over her,” says Kim, 30, about the skin condition.

Mom Kris Jenner was diagnosed with psoriasis when she was 30, too. “There’s a large genetic component,” Dr. Jordana S. Gilman, assistant clinical professor of dermatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in NYC, tells Life & Style. But Kim, who makes an enviable living showing off her skin during photo shoots, worries about the diagnosis. “People don’t understand the pressure on me to look perfect,” she says. “When I gain a pound, it’s in the headlines, so imagine what the tabloids will do to me when they see all these spots.”

Not to worry — Dr. Gilman tells Life & Style that Kim’s condition is completely manageable. “There many treatment options, ranging from creams to pills to injectable medications,” she says. “If managed properly, it can be kept under control and she can lead a perfectly normal life.”

Kim will learn all about her condition on the July 24 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, airing Sundays at 10 p.m. on E!

There is only ONE Kim Kardashian — and now she’s declaring a legal war on Old Navy for using a Kim K look-alike in a recent ad campaign … TMZ has learned.

Kim is filing a lawsuit against the clothing giant — claiming they intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to dupe the public into thinking Kim was affiliated with Old Navy.

We’re told Kim is especially furious that Old Navy has been tweeting to her page about the look-alike — in an effort to gain even more publicity.

One of those tweets read, “@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy’s Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?”

We’re told Kim believes the copycat campaign has damaged her wallet somewhere in the range of $15 to $20 million.

Kris Jenner wanted to look her best for daughter Kim Kardashian’s August wedding, so the 55-year-old decided to go under the knife!

Jenner’s facelift will, of course, be featured on an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. “I’ve never had such a stressful morning, honestly, in my life,” Jenner says pre-surgery.

As Jenner begins to tear up, Kim, 30, reassures her mom that everything will be fine. “Don’t cry,” she says. “If you’re scared, you don’t have to do it. I’m sure people are scared all the time.”

Once the surgery is over, Kim visits her mother’s recovery room to offer more support. “Mom, you look fab,” she tells the bandaged reality star. “You look gorgeous.”

The procedure has been a well-kept secret among the Kardashian clan. According to Khloe, 27, the cosmetic surgery took place “about a month ago.”

“She looks amazing,” Khloe tells The New York Daily News. “They say you are supposed to have a lot of swelling for a week or so after, but I didn’t notice.”

The pictures here were taken at the end of June, so they are post-face lift. She absolutely looks much younger! Look at her skin! I wonder if it looks that good without those big glasses on…

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have set a wedding date, according to the New York Post. It’s reported that Kim will tie the knot on August 20 in California – alongside “a camera crew”.

According to the Post, “They’re having separate bachelor/bachelorette parties at clubs Tao and Lavo in Las Vegas later this month.”

A rep for Kardashian would not comment to about the wedding date.

A source tells Gossip Cop that Kim will have her bachelorette party at the end of the month at Tao, while Kris parties with the boys at Lavo.

While Kim Kardashian is busy planning her wedding to fiance Kris Humphries, her sister (and maid-of-honor) Khloe Kardashian is planning her Bachelorette party!

“I’m having so much fun planning the bachelorette party,” Khloé told PEOPLE at a HPNOTIQ Harmonie party in New York City Tuesday.

Though specifics of the bachelorette bash are still under wraps, Khloé did promise to participate in a time-honored tradition: embarrassing bride-to-be Kim.

“My bachelorette party was very embarrassing [with] … penis straws [and] everything penis-themed,” Khloé, 27, said. “Kim is very uncomfortable with all that stuff, so I’m going to go all out and embarrass her, because it’s just fun.”

But will Kim, 30, get revenge on the day of her wedding by picking out unflattering bridesmaids dresses for her sister?

“Kim knows what she wants. She’s someone, though, who’ll put us in cute dresses,” Khloé said. “She’s not going to put us in something ugly to make herself look better – trust me.”

“Penis-themed”? I would think that’s not the most embarrassing thing Khloe could come up with… Isn’t every Bachelorette party penis themed? No? Anyone?

With Kim Kardashian’s August nuptials fast approaching, the bride-to-be has called upon A-lister’s most trusted trainers, Gunnar Peterson and Tracy Anderson to help her melt away an excess 15 pounds and shimmy into a size 2 wedding dress. The extravagant Vera Wang gowns are yet to be chosen and in an effort to find the perfect two – one for the vows and one for the reception – she has tried on over 15 different frocks!

At a curvaceous size 4 and 125 pounds, celebrity instructor Tracy Anderson has her client focused on a total body workout—sometimes twice a day. Tracy tells Life & Style,

“We don’t want to take away Kim’s amazing curves, so we just do specific movements to tighten the skin and to pull the muscles tight against the bone.”

To switch up her work out, Kim turns to Gunnar Peterson who has the star sweating with curls and lunges two to three times per week. Alternating between the two hardcore trainers and upping her visits to Barry’s Bootcamp, where Kim powers through an hour of high-intensity interval training, she’s intent on loosing those last 15 pounds.

Even Project Runway host, Heidi Klum is helping the socialite out. The two went on a 4-mile-run the morning of June 26 together in NYC. “We took a walking break and Kim was the one who pushed us to start running again,” confesses Heidi. She adds, “I don’t think she needs to do much, but I think every girl gives a little extra before walking down the aisle.”

Even though Heidi Klum is a work out buddy and business associate, she still didn’t make the cut for guest list. “The list is very controlled,” admits Kim’s pal. “They had to cut out a lot of people. There aren’t lots of new friends or work associates on Kim and Kris’ guest list.” A-listers like Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez and Heidi Klum may not be the only ones feeling like they’re getting the cold shoulder: even best friends Brittny Gastineau and La La Vazquez won’t make up the bridal party. Kim decided to just have her sisters, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie along with Kris’ sister, Kaela and elementary school friends stand next to her at the altar.
