When Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries get married on August 20th, their wedding cake might look a little familiar! According to sources, the reality star has chosen a 10-tier white cake with chocolate chip icing and black and white decorations, similar to the royal couple’s cake.

Says a source close to the reality starlet, 30: “Kim wants it to resemble Prince William and Duchess Kate’s!”

Kardashian and NBA hunk Humphries, 26, chose their cake — which costs $15,000 to $20,000!! — on a July 29 visit to Hansen’s Cakes in L.A.

When the Duke and Duchess tied the knot on April 29, they munched on a traditional multitiered fruitcake with cream and white piping designed by prestigious British baker Fiona Cairns. The royal sweethearts worked closely with designer Cairns, who told Us Weekly “Catherine wanted a traditional wedding cake with a modern twist.”

As for Kardashian and Humphries royal reality wedding, she tells Us, “It’s all exciting, but a little stressful.”

Is Humphries a hands-on groom? “He knows what he wants!” Kardashian says.

Kim Kardashian has confirmed that when she walks down the aisle with Kris Humphries, she will be wearing a Vera Wang designer wedding dress.

“Vera has been a close family friend for a long time and we had talked about this moment for years,” Kardashian, 30, wrote on her blog. “So when it came to picking my wedding dress designer, she was the first person I thought of. No one designs gowns the way she does!”

The reality star and her sister, Kourtney, were seen at Wang’s NYC store last month, fueling speculation that Kim would be wearing a dress by the famed designer when she said “I do” to Kris Humphries.

Her sister, Khloe, told E! News she wanted Wang, 62, to design her sister’s gown: “Just because I love her, and I feel like when you think of wedding, you think of Vera Wang. I think it would be a perfect fit.”

Kim said she’s excited for Wang to “make my dream come true and create the most perfect gown for my special day.”

“This will be my dream wedding dress!” she gushed. “I’m so excited!”

I can’t wait to see what this dress will look like. I am sure it will be gorgeous!

TMZ has obtained a copy of Kim Kardashian’s wedding invitation, and it has all the makings of a fancy schmancy affair.

The wedding, which will be held on Saturday, August 20, is strictly black tie.

The ceremony will be held in Montecito, California — near Oprah’s mansion.

Kim Kardashian celebrated her Bachelorette party this weekend in Las Vegas. Kim partied at the exclusive Tao nightclub where she had hired scantily clad female dancers and a stripping dwarf, reports the UK’s Daily Mail.

The reality star, who is set to marry NBA player Kris Humphries, partied with sisters Khloe, Kourtney and mother Kris while enjoying a selection of extravagant cakes and champagne. Meanwhile, Humphries was celebrating his stag do at the nearby Lavo club before Kim gate-crashed her husband-to-be’s party at around 2am. She joined Humphries, Lamar Odom and Scott Disick in the exclusive Vip area for around 10 minutes before leaving him alone for the rest of the evening. Kim, who had arrived into Vegas by private jet, donned a beige leather dress with matching heels and tiara for the evening. Other celebrities at the bash included Lala Vasquez Anthony, Brittny Gastineau and her future sister-in-law Kaela Humphries. Speaking on Twitter the following morning, Kim told followers, “Amazing nite! DJVice killed it! The ladies shut down Tao”.

According to reports, Kardashian will tie the knot with Humphries in California on 20th August 2011.

Kim Kardashian ended her whirlwind bachelorette weekend at The Venetian and The Palazzo today by relaxing at The Pools at The Palazzo with a customized bachelorette experience by Azure Luxury Pool, complete with gift bags and cuisine by Wolfgang Puck. The party, including sister Kourtney and future sister-in-law Khaela Humphries, sipped on frozen cocktails and snacked on a three-foot-tall cupcake tree from Sweet Surrender topped with a “Bachelorette Princess” sugar decoration.
