Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is about to add one more title to her résumé: fragrance creator.

Kardashian, best known for her role on the E! Entertainment channel reality series “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” (which also features her sisters, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie, her mother Kris, and her stepfather, Bruce Jenner) and her frequent appearances in the tabloids, has signed a beauty deal with fledgling beauty firm Lighthouse Beauty. Kardashian’s first fragrance is expected to launch in spring 2010.

“Collaborating with Lighthouse Beauty was a really creative, innovative process,” said Kardashian, who also has a beauty and fashion blog, kimkardashian.com, and operates a Calabasas, Calif.-based clothing boutique, Dash, with sisters Khloe and Kourtney. “What’s so different about their approach is that they have worked closely with me on all aspects of my fragrance, the bottle, the juice, and even our distribution strategy so I can develop a product that truly represents me and speaks to my fans. Because of their commitment to including me in the process, the fragrance really captures who I am.”

Despite having breast implants, both Kendra Wilkinson and Kourtney Kardashian still want to breastfeed, the moms-to-be tell the new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now).

“I was so scared that I wasn’t going to be able to nurse that when I saw stuff come out of my nipples the other day, I was like, I can breast-feed?” Wilkinson, 24, tells Us Weekly in an exclusive joint interview with Kardashian, 30. “And I asked my doctor, who said, ‘That’s fine, but it’s not milk yet!’”

Adds Kardashian (who, like Wilkinson, is also due in December), “They say usually you can [breast-feed with implants]. I want to.”

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, who have just announced they are expecting their first child together, shop in Malibu after a romantic lunch at ‘Taverna Tony’s’. The five-month-preganant star, who is currently appearing in the new show “Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami” with her sister Khloe, then stopped for some shaved ice before heading home. She took to Twitter to tell fans: “Shaved ice is the best! What flavors do u guys like? Longggg day, ready to relax! Getting excited for the show tonight.”

The Kardashian clan is known for doing everything as a family. So when the oldest Kardashian girl, Kourtney, 30, happily announced on Aug. 12 that she was around five months pregnant, her sisters were by her side to show their support. “I’m very excited to be an auntie,” Kim, 28, tells Life & Style. “It’s a very exciting time in all our lives.” And 25-year-old Khloé, who’s been on a whirlwind tour with Kourtney to promote their new E! reality show, Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami, has taken on the role of on-the-road mom. “I feel like I have to take care of her more,” Khloé told Life & Style at the sisters’ Aug. 16 party to celebrate the show at Wet Republic in Las Vegas. “She says, ‘I’ll just have a banana for breakfast,’ and I’m like, ‘No, no, no, I have to make you pancakes with bananas.’ I’m a little crazy.”

There will be even more craziness when the baby — whose dad is Kourtney’s on-again boyfriend, Scott Disick — is born in December. “We have a million baby sitters,” says Khloé, who hopes she and Kourt will be able to continue their reality show next year in another city — with the baby. “That will depend on her, though,” Khloé told Life & Style at the Aug. 15 Chicago celebration of their show at nightclub Enclave. “Every time I answer, I say, ‘We.’”

In light of Kourtney Kardashian’s pregnancy, Scott Disick, 25, has changed, says her sister Khloe.

Though the couple split in February after she suspected him of cheating, “he’s always been obsessed with Kourtney,” Khloe told Usmagzine.com Sunday at a pool party at Wet Republic in Las Vegas to promote their new E! show Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami.

These days, “he’s more — well, I don’t know if a man can be maternal, but he’s definitely becoming more maternal,” Khloe added. (“Paternal,” Kourtney, 30, corrected her.)

She said she isn’t sure they’ll wed.

“I feel like there’s just so much in my mind, and I have so much to plan and think about for the baby,” she said. “I will worry about myself later.”

As for her pregnancy, she said, “I feel good.”

She said she hasn’t had any weird cravings. “I have more healthy cravings than my normal eating habits,” she said. “I crave fruit and smoothies. I mean, I definitely eat junk. Yesterday, I laid in bed and ate Pinkberry and Twizzlers and Mexican food. I mix it up.”

Kourtney – who is due in December – said she’s gained about 10 pounds so far.

“I’m embracing it,” she said. “I like when my body changes. I like seeing it. I run around naked all day at home. I think it’s like a beautiful thing.”

She said she doesn’t know yet if she’s having a boy or girl.

Though filming on their new Miami show has wrapped, “we’re taping season four of Keeping up with the Kardashians which we’ve already filmed a little bit for and we start fully taping in September,” Kourtney said.

TMZ has learned Khloe Kardashian underwent a minor surgical procedure early this morning to remove a potentially cancerous mole from her body.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ, “Khloe was at her dermatologist for a mole removal … she has a history of skin cancer and got one removed today.”

The procedure, which took place at the Santa Monica Medical Center, is practically painless and we’re told she’s already back out on a press tour for her new show.

Khloe Kardashian recently spent a week in Africa with her sister, Kim Kardashian and Kim’s boyfriend, Reggie Bush.

Khloe updated her fans on her official blog about their “eye-opening” experience feeding kids.

“All of the children were so adorable — getting to spend time with them was definitely my favorite part of the trip,” she writes of the feeding facility the trio visited.

“We handed out food and played with them and Reggie and former NFL player Ray Crockett signed footballs and gave them out to the kids.”
