At Monday night’s L.A. premiere of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, reality star Kendra Wilkinson stepped out on a red carpet for the first time since announcing that she and football-playing fiancé Hank Baskett are expecting their first child, and the petite blonde tells OK! her diet is changing drastically.

“I never ate fast food before I was pregnant,” says the former Girl Next Door. “But every now and then I’ll get this sudden craving for, you know, like Arby’s or Taco Bell. A lot of spicy food, too!

In addition to the baby-on-board, Kendra and Hank are walking down the aisle this Saturday. But unlike most brides-to-be, she says she’s over the stress hump.

“We were stressed last week and the week before, but now it’s really out of our hands now,” Kendra explains to OK!. “It’s up to our wedding planner and everybody to get things done.”

This summer also saw the launch of Kendra’s own, self-titled reality show on E!, and she says that so far she’s very happy with the way it’s come out. “It just makes me feel so good that people are interested,” she says. “I mean, we just shoot it like a home video and we don’t look at it as a show. We look at it as a home video and we’re just happy that people watch it!”

Kendra Wilkinson and fiance Hank Baskett are working together through her pregnancy and he says that he’ll be there for her as much as possible. Awwww..

He said, “It takes two people to get pregnant. You can’t have just one person doing everything. There’s going to be some things I can’t make, but I’m going to try my hardest to be at every appointment, at every meeting, everything.”

He sounds so devoted!

The only thing he can’t help with is her morning sickness. He said, “That’s one of the hardest things, to be across the country while she’s pregnant. I was like, ‘Babe, I wish I could be there to hold your hair.’”

Kendra says that in between all of the pregnancy fuss, she keeps quizzing Hank on childbirth. He said, “I’ve seen more baby television shows since she got pregnant than I have in my entire life. She’s studying up on everything. She’s constantly testing me and asking me questions.”

So cute! You know she better get a copy of “What To Expect When You’re Expecting”, it’s the best pregnancy book ever.

Kendra Wilkinson took to her blog this morning to confirm her pregnancy!

hi everyone!!!! so the rumors are true…i am pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hank and i were beyond excited when we found out the news and ive been dying to tell all of you but we were waiting for the perfect time to do it. im sorry if you heard it first elsewhere…that’s not how i wanted it to happen, but im so glad its out in the open now.

i honestly still cant believe that soon hank and i are going to have a little athlete running around the house. seriously, the first thing this kid is going to see when its born is a football hahahahaha. do you think hank will let me dress the baby in a chargers jersey??? lololol.

this is the best wedding gift i could have ever asked for and i cant wait until the time gets closer when i can start decorating the baby’s room and shopping for him or her…im definitely going to go ALL out! all of you mommies out there are going to have to give me tips on all the important baby preparations…remember, im a first timer here haha. ive been reading all of the books but these books arent going to tell me everything so i definitely would appreciate your advice!

There’s going to be a baby next door. Kendra Wilkinson and her fiancé, NFL star Hank Baskett are going to become parents, she has confirmed.

The Girls Next Door E! reality star told E! News’s Marc Malkin, “Hank and I are thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child together. We are touched by the outpouring of support by our family, friends and fans.”

In February, Wilkinson, 23, told PEOPLE: “We always talk about [having kids]. He wants kids so [badly], and I do, too.”

Wilkinson even went so far as to tell PEOPLE that she and Baskett, a wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles, were already working on names.

“My first initial is K and my middle name is Leigh, so we were thinking of Kaleigh,” she said. “And he’s Hank Baskett III, so of course I’m going to have a Hank Baskett IV!”

Engaged since November, Wilkinson and Baskett, 26, plan to wed June 27 at the Holmby Hills, Calif., mansion of her former boyfriend, Playboy founder Hugh Hefner.

I’m so excited to see this movie! I’m seeing it on Saturday (which is also my birthday!).  Let’s not talk about how old I’ll be.  We’ll call it 25 and be good.
