After months of bitter dispute, Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife Camille Grammer have finally settled their custody issues.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the case has officially been taken off calendar.  Sources connected with the former couple tell TMZ … Kelsey and Camille have agreed to joint custody of their 2 kids — 10-year-old Mason and 7-year-old Jude.

We’re told the kids will both continue living in Los Angeles with Camille, but Kelsey will maintain “meaningful contact” with both of them.

The couple had reached a temporary custody agreement last July, but this one is permanent.

As for the couple’s financial dispute, sources tell us … they have almost resolved all of the money issues and it should be settled very shortly.

What on earth will they do for drama on the new season of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ if these two are getting along?!  I’m kidding – I don’t even watch the show to know if they discuss Camille’s kid situation at all?  It’s nice to see that they’ve finally put their personal issues aside and are focusing on the kids.  I can’t imagine how hard it is for them to deal with all that stress.

Kelsey Grammer is going to be a dad for the fifth and sixth time! He and wife Kayte Walsh announced yesterday afternoon that they were expecting and then last night at the Golden Globes, he shared that Kayte is carrying twins!  This is Kayte and Kelsey’s second attempt, as she suffered a miscarriage back in 2010.

The twins will be Kayte’s first children and Kelsey’s fifth/sixth.  He’s already dad to Spencer, 28, Greer, 19, Mason, 10, and Jude, 7.

‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ star Camille Donatacci Grammer says that she’s keeping ex-husband Kelsey’s last name.  The reality mom says she’s doing it for her kids, despite the nasty break up of her 14-year marriage.

“Our children are Grammers and it’s easier to keep the Grammer last name because of them.  There’s so much paperwork that goes with changing a name. We’re still going through [a custody battle] … it’s just easier.”

She is still claiming that Kelsey pushed her to do the reality show:

“I couldn’t understand why he would want me to be on the Housewives, because we were always such a private couple — it was to keep me preoccupied in L.A. so he could have his affair in New York.”

Camille also says that they are still working out the divorce settlement details and some custody issues.  It’s so easy to tie the knot, but not so simple to untie it – especially after that many years together!

Looks like Kelsey Grammer is one lucky man. Starz has officially renewed his new show, ‘Boss’, even though it’s not doing well in the ratings.

Kelsey Grammer may be doing some of the best work of his career on Starz’ Boss but unfortunately, not a lot of folks are seeing it. The drama’s original episode on Friday only averaged 268,000 viewers — down 31% versus the week before, when it lured 391,000.

The show repeated at 10 and took in an additional 131,000, which is down 52% versus the week before when it averaged 274,000.

Starz has already renewed Boss for a second season before the first one started, a move that doesn’t always turn out well. The drama stars Grammer as the surly mayor of Chicago who privately suffers from a debilitating neurological disorder. Stay tuned.

I have Starz, but I’m not interested in this show. Honestly, I have a hard time getting over what a douche he is in real life. Leaving his wife and kids (no matter how broken the marriage is, no one deserves what he did to her) on public TV. Hooking up with another woman while you’re still married – and basically tell your current wife – I don’t want to be with you anymore on NATIONAL TV.

I just think he’s a huge creep.

Kelsey Grammer has a new show on TV, ‘Boss’ which airs on Starz. How’s the show doing?

Kelsey Grammer’s new Starz series “Boss” premiered over the weekend to unremarkable numbers, Starz announced Monday.

The series, which stars Grammer as an iron-fisted Chicago mayor who’s diagnosed with a degenerative neurological disorder, accumulated 1.72 million total viewers over multiple airings over the weekend, 659,000 of them during its initial airing Friday at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

A not entirely discouraging start, but “Boss’s” premiere numbers fall short compared to other recent Starz premieres.

Both “Torchwood: Miracle Day” and “Camelot,” which both premiered in April, posted higher numbers, each racking up 2 million overall viewers over multiple airings on their premiere weekends. “Camelot” was canceled in June.

Perhaps Grammer shouldn’t worry too much, however; Starz has displayed a substantial amount of devotion to the series, renewing it for a second season weeks before this weekend’s premiere.

I’m not sad his show is tanking – I tend to think the guy is a huge a**hole, so his show failing doesn’t pain me.

Kelsey Grammer‘s legal woes with ex-wife Camille don’t look like they’ll be over anytime soon. The pair have been locked in a highly publicized custody showdown and while Camille came to court with her powerhouse lawyer Neil Hersch, Kelsey brought his army of attorneys as well as his new, and much younger, wife, Kayte Walsh.

Walsh wasn’t allowed in the courtroom, and had to wait out in the hallway. Cases involving children are closed to the public, and interested parties are only allowed to attend.

During a break in the proceedings, Kelsey emerged from the courtroom, and gave his fourth wife a big kiss on the lips. An eyewitness said, “It was rather inappropriate.”

Camille and Kelsey and have two children together, Mason and Jude. The two have been battling over where the children will attend school, and how much visitation Kelsey will have. Camille has primary custody.
