Kelly Osbourne and Nat Weller, son of singer Paul Weller, spent the night out and about London last night. The pair start their night off at Nobu on Berkeley St. followed by the W Hotel and finally ending with a stop at The Box in Soho before leaving around 3:45am, with lipstick smeared all over her face.

Looks like she was having fun!

Kelly Osbourne’s new boyfriend, Brit rocker Rob Damiani is in for a treat! Kelly was spotted this weekend leaving lingerie store Agent Provocateur with a male friend in West Hollywood with a big bag of goodies!

Kelly and new boyfriend were all over each other at last week’s Coachella music festival, and it looks like she’s back in love!

Agent Provocateur is known for it’s sexy, kinky undergarments.

Kelly’s been a busy girl lately. She’s been co-hosting E!’s Style Police alongside Joan Rivers, and has become the face of Madonna’s Material Girl clothing line.

Lady Gaga’s has transformed her single ‘Born This way’ into what has been dubbed “The Country Road Version,” thanks to help from producer Fernando Garibay, who also produced the original track version of ‘Born This Way.’

The country version will be accompanied by a new music video soon – and the song has some newly added lyrics: “If I wanna make it country, baby, then it’s OK, cuz I was born, I was born, I was born this way. From London, Paris, Japan back to USA/ I was born on the road, I was born to be brave.”

Kelly Osbourne is also not a fan. On her Twitter.com page, she wrote, “As much as I loooooooove Gaga I have to say the country version of born this way sounds like the theme song to Roseanne!”

Osbourne later apologized for offending the singer’s fans, but went on to point out they were acting in a way their idol would be against.

She wrote, “Looks like I unintentionally p**sed some Gaga fans off. I meant no disrespect but I do find it odd that they are being hateful… especially when Gaga dedicates a huge part of her career to the eradication of hate… it’s very sad.”

So, Madonna and her 14-year-old daughter, Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon, put their heads together and created new designs for their fun and spunky fashion line ”Material Girl”.

And Kelly Osbourne is the new face of Material Girl! Yesterday (March 24), Kelly got together with design mogul Nick Verreos to launch the line’s new looks at Macy’s Beverly Center in Los Angeles, California.

Check out Kelly Osbourne as the new face of Madonna’s clothing line, Material Girl! This is Kelly’s first campaign, after taking over for Taylor Momsen, the line’s original spokesperson.

What Madonna had to say on Kelly: “Kelly represents a true Material Girl,” says Madonna in a statement today. “She is edgy, cool and has a unique sense of style that Lola and I love.”

What Kelly had to say on Material Girl and the campaign: “I’m still waiting for someone to pinch me and wake me up. I can’t believe that I’m actually doing this and working with Madonna and Lola. What I like about it is that it’s a brand for every woman, not just for young girls. They take high fashion and make it affordable and they don’t cut corners. And it’s so my style. I hate to call her a little girl, but this girl has the best style and she’s so herself. And she was the most polite, well-mannered, well-rounded, unaffected normal girl in Hollywood that I met. I couldn’t stop raving about her, so when I got this phone call I just had to do this.”

Lola (Lourdes Leon) on Kelly: “I remember exactly what she was wearing: a striped maxidress with a jean jacket and pink blazer and I thought she looked so cool. So when [Iconix] came to us with a selection of girls [for the campaign] and she was one of them, I was like, ‘Oh my God, she’s great and she has great style.’ I just think she’s very individual but at the same time she’s very fashionable.”

Taylor Momsen has been replaced by Kelly Osbourne as the face of Madonna’s clothing line, Material Girl. Taylor couldn’t be happier, according to sources.

She told Bang Showbiz “It’s fantastic, congratulations to her. She’ll have so much fun working with Madonna but just like any other contract it naturally came to a close.

Momsen recently saw the end of her contract with the label, which is run by Madonna and her daughter Lourdes. She was replaced by the 26-year-old star, but she insists she isn’t upset by the move.

“My deal ended and passing the torch has gone on to another great young woman, I’m excited to see the new photos. It was a great experience working with Madonna, I had so much fun doing it.”
