Kelly Brook is “still very much in love” with her ex-fiance Billy Zane - despite splitting from the actor earlier this year.

The British model/actress reportedly ended her four-year relationship with the Titanic star in April after deciding she wasn’t ready to marry him.

Brook insists she still harbors feelings for Zane, but isn’t ready to commit to the 42-year-old.

She says, “We broke off our engagement a few months ago and we’ve gone our separate ways. We did our own thing for a while. But because we love each other we have seen each other a few times. I think we want to make it work. I’m just not ready to get married. I don’t want to rush into something until I’m 100 percent sure. I am single and see myself as single, yet I’m very much in love with Billy - but I’m not in a committed relationship.”

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, “They’re still the best of friends but any romantic spark has well and truly gone. It’s really sad but there’s no one else involved. She’s glad she got back together with him to give things another go. She was desperate to save their relationship but, at the end of the day, it just wasn’t to be. They’re both comfortable with the situation and Kelly seems to be quite looking forward to being a single girl again.”

Billy Zane’s model girlfriend Kelly Brook has been stopped by police after she was caught talking on her cellphone while driving.

The British star was pulled over by cops in Kent, England last week after she was spotted chatting on her phone while she was behind the wheel of her silver SUV.

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, “The officers didn’t treat her differently than anyone else. Kelly became really tearful and seemed incredibly embarrassed. She was apologizing over and over again.”

The act of using a cellphone while driving was outlawed in the U.K. in 2003 and offenders face a $160 fine.

British model/actress Kelly Brook has reportedly turned down Billy Zane’s marriage proposal, after the Titanic star begged her to take him back just weeks after dumping her.

The couple, who was engaged to marry, ended their four-year relationship last month - but have since appeared to rekindle their romance, after they were spotted together out in London last week.

British tabloid the Sunday Mirror claims it was Zane who initially broke off their engagement, after realizing he wasn’t ready to settle down.

However, after spending several weeks away from the 28-year-old beauty, Zane allegedly made a desperate plea to Brook to get back together - and even told her he wanted to press ahead with their planned nuptials.

But his proposal was turned down.

A source says, “Billy has told Kelly they should go ahead with their wedding plans. But Kelly has said ‘no’ - for the moment anyway.

She says Billy had made up his mind that he didn’t want to get married, and so it doesn’t feel right to just suddenly get married after all.

“Kelly won’t wear her engagement ring and is not organizing a wedding.”
