Did any of you catch the Tom Cruise/Oprah interview? I thought it was so creepy at the beginning with Katie. I mean “Kate”. I think she said “I love you” 10 times. Totally sincere, I’m sure.
These are great pictures, though. It’s been a while since we’ve seen the three of them together. I don’t care what you TomKat-haters say… Suri is beautiful!

Tom Cruise has defended his infamous couch-jumping appearance on The Oprah Winfrey show in a new interview with the US chat-show host.
The Hollywood actor was widely ridiculed in 2005 when he repeatedly jumped on Oprah’s couch and pumped his fist in an exuberant profession of his love for then fiancée Katie Holmes.
But in Friday’s interview, the second part of which will be shown on US TV on Monday, the 45-year-old said he would not go back in time to change his actions.
“That was a moment, and it was real, and I don’t know if I would [do it differently],” he said.
“I really don’t.”
But in the interview, recorded at the Colorado home he shares with Holmes and their two-year-old daughter Suri, he admitted regretting his apparent criticism of the medicated treatment of depression in comments made in the weeks after his original Oprah interview.
“When you look at something, it’s an individual’s right to make a decision on what they’re going to do with their life,” he said.
Cruise also defended his Scientology faith to the chat-show host and insisted it allowed for the “respect [of] the religious beliefs of others”.
And he laughed off rumors his marriage was a publicity stunt and that Suri, two, was not his daughter.

Katie Holmes hates the constant media attacks on her marriage to Tom Cruise, insisting it is not fake.
The Dawson’s Creek star has been the centre of media attacks since she wed Cruise in 2005 and had baby Suri a year later.
But she has hit back at the press for printing lies about her family – branding it a load of “s**t”.
She tells Vanity Fair magazine, “I do know what is being said in the press. This is my family, and I do care about them. The stories are not okay. It eats away at me. Some of the crap that’s out there – it’s really frustrating the amount of s**t that’s out there!’”

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes filled a rented Hollywood Hills home with $17,000 worth of fresh flowers and spent almost $5,000 on cakes for daughter Suri’s second birthday bash on Saturday.
The couple ordered personalized cakes from Los Angeles’ Sweet Lady Jane bakery for all 24 guests, and a four-tiered treat was served up to the birthday girl. Cruise also ordered $230 worth of cupcakes from L.A. bakery Sprinkles – wife Holmes’ favorite cake shop.
Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck catered the event, according to In Touch magazine. He also took charge of a later party for the Cruises’ famous friends like Victoria Beckham, who also celebrated a birthday last week and Will Smith.
Must be nice!!

Aides close to Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have dismissed reports that the couple is planning a trial separation as “absolutely false”.
An article in the new issue of In Touch declares Holmes plans to move to Manhattan, New York from Los Angeles with the couple’s daughter Suri.
The exclusive story, which graces the front page of the publication, leads with the headline, `Katie wants her life back’.
As the three-year anniversary of her first date with movie star Cruise looms on April 29th, sources claim the actress is tired of dressing up as Mrs. Cruise and playing the perfect wife in public.
One insider tells In Touch, “Of course Katie still loves him (Tom), but she does often feel like the little wife that has to sit there quietly and smile serenely at everything he says.”
But her representative insists all talk of a broken marriage and an unhappy Holmes is ridiculous. A spokeswoman says, “She and her husband enjoy a close and loving relationship.”
According to the In Touch article, Holmes plans to move to Manhattan with her daughter to pursue her Broadway acting ambitions.
A source says, “She’d love to go to Broadway to show the world she can act.”
