Katie Holmes is reportedly expecting her second child with Tom Cruise.
Rumours began that Holmes, 28, was pregnant after she was spotted with a suspicious bump under her loose-fitting dress in Madrid over the weekend.
The A-list couple were there with their close friends the Beckhams to watch David’s triumphant last game at Real Madrid.
“Katie and Tom are thrilled about having another baby on the way,” a source told The Sun. “She is glowing with happiness.”
The couple already have a one-year-old daughter Suri, who was left in Berlin where Tom has been working on a new film.
Meanwhile, Tom is also getting ready for a new role as marriage celebrant.
The Mission: Impossible star has apparently agreed to conduct his first Scientology wedding ceremony for his close friend James Packer.
The 39-year-old Australian billionaire is set to tie the knot with his fiancée Erica Baxter, a model and singer on the French Cote d’Azur.
After David Beckham’s Spanish soccer team won the national league, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes took their British BFFs out for a final celebration dinner.
“Tom and Katie watched David’s final game with Real Madrid and then they all went out for a late dinner with Victoria,” a family friend tells PEOPLE. “It was a fabulous game, the team won the championship and the meal was brilliant.”
Beckham had three near-goal attempts before being sidelined in the second half with a minor left ankle injury, while his wife, Cruise and Holmes – all in shades – watched the Sunday night match from the stands.

With an ice-pack on his ankle, Beckham, 32, leapt for joy on the final whistle. As the players celebrated, the Beckhams’ three sons – Brooklyn, 8, Romeo, 4, and Cruz, 2 – joined him for a celebratory hug on the field.
“The boys were all wearing identical shirts to their dad,” says the friend. “It was fantastic for them to go on the field after the win, because it was the last game and it was Father’s Day. It was out of a film script.”
Cruise and Holmes, who have been in Germany for several days negotiating financing for a film about an attempt to assassinate Hitler, then took the Beckhams and their extended families out for a dinner of northern Spanish cuisine.

“Their last meal in Madrid was fabulous and Tom was in such good spirits,” says the pal. The Beckhams, who have been packing for several weeks, leave Spain on Monday to go on an extended vacation before relocating to L.A.
Cruise and Holmes, meanwhile, are expected to remain in Europe for the wedding of Cruise’s friend James Packer, the Australian billionaire who flew the Cruises to the Maldives on his private jet for a honeymoon aboard his yacht the day after they wed in Rome.
Perhaps surprisingly, there will not be a big goodbye party in Britain for the Beckhams. “It will be a low-key farewell from England,” says the friend. “But Tom has offered to host a housewarming party for them in L.A. That’s going to be something really special.”
Katie Holmes is having so much fun with her (very polite!) 1-year-old daughter Suri, she’s ready for more kids.
Asked by Entertainment Tonight if she wants to expand her brood, Holmes, 28, replied: “Yes, definitely.” (Her interview with ET airs Monday.)
Holmes and husband Tom Cruise, 44, have spent the year since Suri was born largely out of the spotlight, and Holmes says of their time as a family, “We’re having the best time, it’s so amazing.”
Now, Holmes is back to work, filming the comedy Mad Money with Diane Keaton and Queen Latifah in Shreveport, La., where she’s made a tradition of treating the cast and crew to snow cones, pizza and cupcakes.
Back at home in L.A. with Cruise and his children Isabella, 14, and Conner, 12 (with ex-wife Nicole Kidman), the mood is similarly festive: “We have so many kids in our house, there’s always this wonderful chatter and the great noise of kids.”
Conner and Bella, she says, “are so sweet, they’re so great with Suri and she lights up when she sees them.” The same can be said for their dad: “He’s a great father and so it came to no shock that when we had Suri he was amazing with the baby.”
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’s daughter Suri is not only well dressed, she’s well mannered. After visiting a Shreveport, La., children’s store recently, the 1-year-old (with a little help from her mom) sent the owners a thank-you note – on her very own embossed stationery.
Melissa Dixon, 23, co-owner of the Ladies in Waiting children’s store, tells PEOPLE that Holmes, Suri and two bodyguards visited the shop after Holmes’s assistant called ahead to say she’d be in.
With advance notice, Dixon and co-owner Pam Baker, an artist, got busy and created a special pink picture frame decorated with a princess, butterflies – and Suri’s name across the bottom.
Holmes’s reaction to the frame? “She was really excited,” says Dixon.
Dixon says both Holmes and Suri were outgoing: “Katie was really friendly. When she came in she walked up and introduced herself and Suri. We probably had three other kids in here. She complimented everybody else’s children and said how cute they were. She was really sweet.
“Katie let Suri walk around,” Dixon adds. “One customer had a two-week-old baby and Suri wanted to pick her up. She would wave at the other children and want to play with them.”
During their hour-long stay, Holmes bought Suri a pink dress with white rickrack by Princess Linens, three pairs of rain boots, a blanket, some stuffed bunnies and several games. A few days later, Dixon and Baker received a thank-you note.
“The stationery is cream-colored with ‘Suri Cruise’ embossed across the top,” says Dixon. Read the note: “Dear Melissa and Pam, Thank you so much for the beautiful frame for Suri. It is so sweet and reminds us of our wonderful visit to your store and our time in Shreveport. It was a pleasure meeting you, and we thank you again for this unexpected treasure. Warmly, Katie and Suri.”
