Kate Hudson may be changing zip codes from Malibu to 90210! Although her rep denies that Kate will be on the show, an insider tells In Touch that the A-list actress has agreed to make a rare TV guest appearance on an upcoming episode of The CW drama as a personal favor to her good friend, actress Sara Foster.
“Kate’s a movie star and doesn’t usually do TV shows,” an insider tells In Touch. “But she and Sara are pals and have always wanted to work together, so Kate said she’d do it.”
Sara recently joined the cast of 90210 as Jen, the sexy older sister of AnnaLynne McCord’s character, Naomi. Kate was a fan of the original show, calling herself “a total 90210 girl.”

Hollywood’s on-again, off-again couple – Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson – are on yet again.
“They’re back together,” a source tells PEOPLE of the pair, who spent all of Sunday together at Wilson’s Malibu home. Also there: Hudson’s 5-year-old son Ryder.
Hudson, 29, and Wilson, 40, were most recently linked in Feb. 2008, where they appeared cozy at the Academy Awards last year. The two continued to hang out for several months – even celebrating Hudson’s birthday in Miami – before breaking up again in May 2008.
“It was a pretty bad breakup,” a friend of Wilson’s told PEOPLE at the time. “Owen said it was a tough one. He definitely doesn’t want to dwell on it. He wants to put it behind him.”
The two began dating originally in Sept. 2006, after filming You, Me and Dupree together. They later split in June 2007, but remained “friends” at the time, a source told PEOPLE.

Kate Hudson on Stella’s McCartney’s clothes:
“Stella makes clothes that are easy to wear. I find that of all the clothes I have in my closet, when I’m hurrying and want to just look nice and put something on, they are Stella’s”
Stella on Kate’s style:
“Kate comes across as an effortless dresser, I have to say. I’ve seen you get dressed super-duper quick and, yeah, you do just pull things out of the closet in a flash and look amazing. Then I’ve seen you get ready in a more red-carpet kind of way where things are carefully planned out. You’re a real grown-up in that respect. I’m just so not like that. But you make stuff look good too.”
Kate on her own style:
“Sometimes I feel a bit schizophrenic, like I have no idea! When I’m going somewhere and I’m tired and not thinking about it at all, what I end up wearing is what I would say my style is. I like things that are comfortable and flowy – and lots of jewelery”

Kate when asked if she had to choose between clothes or jewelery:
“I’d rather die! I’d probably pick jewelery. I still sneak into my mom’s jewelery box. Mom and I share a lot, actually.”
Kate on her mum getting rid of her old seventies clothes:
I got so upset when I learnt she threw them out. I want them! She wore the most amazing clothes in the Eighties too. She had so much Azzedine Alaïa. And the shoes! I’d walk into her closet and she’d have every color of pumps imaginable. I remember my favourites were magenta and turquoise.”
Kate on borrowing her mum’s jewelery:
“When I was a little girl, there was this necklace she had that was my favorite. I’d wear it around the house. It was a Victorian choker with pearls and a diamond center. Two years ago for Christmas, I opened up a present and she had given it to me.”
Kate on Jewelery:
‘If I’m not feeling good, I load on lots of jewellery,’ (says Kate, who sometimes borrows pieces from her mum Goldie Hawn) ‘It gives me energy and makes me feel kind of happy.’
Kate on Underwear:
“I discovered these great undergarments I can’t live without called ‘Nearly Nude’…They’re so great. And you can wear them under any dress; they’re really thin. Also, Wolford makes a kind of slip that holds you in. It’s a little expensive, but women should invest in that! I don’t go anywhere without Calvin Klein strapless bras, and since I wear a lot of short skirts, I always have…my little boy-shorts to wear under the minis.”

On Girls being mean to each other:
“Most of us have been in a situation where women are very threatened by other women. I’ve been in situations where just being happy was a threat to others. But I’m not like that. I was raised to root for other people. And I think we need that”
On her new film Bride Wars:
“My favorite part about the film was the importance of friendship – that’s really what the movie is about. It was hard to get that into the script because you’re telling a story about two women who are sabotaging each other’s wedding. With all of the pettiness that’s involved, it was so fun to see this movie because it’s a nice reminder that no matter how far you take it with your friends, whether you’re fighting with them or you hate them for two months, you just really need them, because they’re the ones who teach you the most about yourself.”
Kate on being a single mom:
“Being a single parent can be difficult, but I don’t feel I am one. Chris and I are co-parenting and traveling is where it gets difficult. Chris is on the road and I’ve had a busy last year, so I am going to take a break in 2009. I want to soak in every little part of who Ryder is.”
Kate on being single:
“I’m enjoying being single because I really never have been…“I feel good in relationships. I enjoy them, so I feel my best when I’m in something solid. But it’s the first time I’ve taken a step back and gotten a new perspective. I’ve made a conscious decision to try to stay single as long as possible.”
