Sundance is on!

The 29-year-old actress is back in the spotlight with her new film, ‘Black Rock’. She’s promoting her new film in Sundance with her boyfriend, director Michael Polish on her arm.

Kate wore a scarlet red Antonio Berardi Spring 2012 dress to the movie premiere at Sundance. You can see that dress here!

Looks like things are going smoothly for Kate Bosworth and her director boyfriend, Michael Polish. The two began dating right about the time Kate broke up with Alexander Skarsgard back in July.

Michael was Kate’s director in Big Sur, which they filmed earlier this year.

She looks really happy – so congrats to them!

Kate Bosworth is finally discussing her 2006 split from 34-year-old actor Orlando Bloom.

Kate, 28, told England’s Sunday Times Style that when she split from Orlando she felt physical repercussions from the breakup.

“Oh, I definitely know the feeling of pain, that’s for sure,” said Bosworth, who recently split with “Straw Dogs” co-star Alexander Skarsgard.

She went on to say that the breakup “sent me into such pain, I think I had actual vertigo. I was like, ‘Is this my new reality? Will anything be normal again?’”

Despite the heartache, Bosworth said that she did eventually figure out how to deal with her grief.

“Then one day,” the “Superman Returns” beauty mused, “You wake up and you think, OK, I’ll never be the same, but I’ll survive and I’ll grow from it.”

As it happens, Bosworth had a chance to test this theory in July, when an Us Weekly spy saw the former flames run into each other on a Los Angeles street.

“They looked cordial,” the witness said. “They were genuinely smiling to one another like friends, but didn’t linger very long.”

I thought they made the cutest couple, I was really sad when they split! Although Orlando and Miranda Kerr make the hottest couple, so he definitely did well for himself!

Kate Bosworth heads back to her car with her director boyfriend Michael Polish in Beverly Hills after having lunch at Lemonade Restaurant.

Kate recently opened up on Chelsea Lately where she opened up about the infamous rape scene in her new film Straw Dogs.

“It was nerve-racking because obviously, this was a remake of the [director Sam] Peckinpah original.”

“I didn’t think too much about it, to be honest, until about three days before and it was blocked out for two days. It was the type of experience that I just wanted to be present in and not think too much about,” she explained.

Kate’s new movie ‘Straw Dogs’ was released this last Friday. The actress recently stopped by ‘Chelsea Lately’ and opened up about the film’s rape scene.

The 28-year-old said, “It was nerve-racking because obviously, this was a remake of the [director Sam] Peckinpah original – everyone talks about the infamous rape scene. I didn’t think too much about it, to be honest, until about three days before and it was blocked out for two days. It was the type of experience that I just wanted to be present in and not think too much about.”

She shot the scene with ex-boyfriend and co-star Alexander SkarsgardShot, who played the rapist. “I told Alex not to worry about me, to just go for it. I said, I need you to lose yourself in this moment. And it was actually violent. He’s a huge guy. When he was ripping off my clothes in front of a room filled with men, even though I knew it was make-believe, it was still incredibly violating and terrifying. The panic you see flooding me in that rape scene is real,” Kate told Blackbook Mag.
