Justin Timberlake has landed a new gig: He will produce an American version of the hit Peruvian comedy My Problem With Women for NBC.
The series “follows the adventures of Jose, a thirty-something bachelor who begins seeing a therapist in an attempt to understand why all of his romantic relationships fail,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Justin Timberlake is more than living up to his moniker “Trousersnake” with a role as a well-hung wannabe 70s porn star in a new comedy.
The pop singer sports a dodgy ‘tache, big hair, tiny speedos and little else as Jacques Grande in The Love Guru.
Grande is a professional skater and aspiring porno actor who has stolen away the wife of a rival hockey player whose career has subsequently gone on the skids.
Austin Powers star Mike Myers plays an Indian guru who makes people fall in love and he attempts to break into the US self-help market by resolving this “triangle of lurve”.
Jessica Alba, Ben Kingsley and Jessica Simpson also star in this ridiculous comedy along with Verne Troyer, who played Mini Me in the Austin Powers series.

It is reported that Justin has been spotted shopping for engagement rings at famous New York jewelery store Tiffany and Co., and is planning to propose to his actress girlfriend Biel.
“Justin was really taking his time looking round the rings. He made the staff get a couple out of the cabinets so he could properly look at them,” an onlooker revealed. “He didn’t buy anything but told the manager he would think about it.”
Justin and Biel have been romantically linked since early last year yet remained tight lipped whenever they’re asked about their relationship.
No words from the couple concerning the engagement report.
“Justin could really help,” Bass told Usmagazine.com.
Bass thinks his former ‘NSYNC bandmate – who dated Spears for four years ending in 2002 – should join an extended support system to aid Spears, currently dealing with severe bipolar disorder and a legal fight with her parents after a week in the psych ward of the UCLA Medical Center.
“I hope that she gets good people back in her life,” he told Us. “It would be nice to see those old and familiar faces from back in the day back in her life.”
“Hopefully this is as low as it will go,” he added. “She will definitely get the help that she needs.”
Spears was released from the UCLA Medical Center on Wednesday after being involuntarily committed to treatment for bipolar disorder on January 31. She had been expected to remain hospitalized for another 10 days.
