Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are the real deal.

“I think he finally met somebody that he wants to spend the rest of his life,” Timberlake’s long time friend Joey Fatone told Usmagazine.com at the Brother Jimmy’s restaurant opening in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Sunday.

When asked if an engagement was the cards for the lovebirds, Fatone said, “You never know, but I don’t know if it’s the appropriate time right now.”

Fatone added “You know what, I think he is just playing it by ear. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.”

Fatone will have a chance to catch up with Timberlake, 27, when Biel’s former 7th Heaven co-star gets hitched to her fiance Michael Camero.

“We’ve all known Beverly for a long time so we got invited,” Fatone told Us.

According to the L.A. Times, the ceremony will take place in Italy in October and Biel is a bridesmaid.

Biel, 26, is no rush to tie the knot.

“The actual idea of signing those papers and doing all this stuff … I’ve never been someone who’s like, ‘I have to, have to, have to have it,” Biel has said.

Justin Timberlake may be a megastar, but the “SexyBack” singer still struggles to accept his artistry.

“It’s painful for me to either watch or listen to myself,” Timberlake told us recently. “But even when you’re not fully satisfied with the outcome, that’s what makes you hungry. But there is gratification in the fact that you a. make people smile, b. make people dance, c. make people laugh or d. make people make babies.”

Baby-making aside, Timberlake has a very unromantic take on the acting arena.

“Acting is a totally different process than music. Music is a study in the romanticizing of human behavior,” he explained. “I have found that acting is like the un-romanticizing, that’s not a word, it is the opposite of the romantics of human behavior.”

Perhaps JT just needs a good love scene, as it seems the aspiring actor only chooses gritty roles like a drug-dealing gang member in “Alpha Dog,” a disfigured Iraq war veteran in “Southland Tales” and a hairy, Speedo-wearing hockey player in “Love Guru.”

He’s used to being the center of attention, but Justin Timberlake stepped aside Saturday night, letting girlfriend Jessica Biel enjoy her moment in the spotlight at a screening of her new movie, Hole in the Paper Sky.

“Justin arrived in a separate car and met her inside,” says an onlooker at the Palm Springs International Film Festival’s Short Fest. “He was saying how excited he was to be back in Palm Springs to see Jessica’s film.”

Biel, who produced and starred in the film, arrived in a stunning one-shoulder Stella McCartney dress and was accompanied by the film’s director, Bill Purple.

Though Biel and Timberlake snuck out of the theater just before the film ended, the “couple sat together and watched the program of shorts.” They were later seen at the Parker Palm Springs hotel celebrating with a group of friends.

While fans gushed over the surprise appearance by Timberlake, Biel had her own wave of attention earlier in the night. “Before heading into the theater, several of the Marines from the [nearby] base were volunteering and asked Jessica to pose in a photo,” says the onlooker.

Justin Timberlake has denied reports he will team up with ex-girlfriend Britney Spears to collaborate on a song.

Spears is currently recording the follow-up to her 2007 LP Blackout, and her new album was reported to feature a duet with the SexyBack singer, her former boyfriend.

But Timberlake’s spokesman has denied a collaboration, insisting he “is not scheduled to be in the recording studio with Britney”.
Spears and Timberlake split up in 2002 after dating for four years. The former boybander is currently romancing Hollywood actress Jessica Biel.

Justin Timberlake is convinced he made the right decision not to attend college – because a college diploma might have stopped him from pursuing pop music.

The 27-year-old star landed a role on the Mickey Mouse Club at the age of 12 before launching his pop career with 1990s boy band ‘N Sync, and then finding international stardom as a solo artist.

He says, “I don’t (regret not going to college). If I had gone to college, I would never have seen the world. I don’t know that… if I would have went to college, I’d have ended up walking out with a degree. So it’s probably better that I didn’t try.”

Justin Timberlake might end up getting an Oscar nod — to host the Academy Awards, that is.

According to the New York Post, ‘The Love Guru’ star made such a golden impression hosting ESPN’s ESPY Awards last month, that Academy organizers are considering him for the high-profile position previously filled by the likes of Billy Crystal, Steve Martin, Whoopi Goldberg and John Stewart.
