Fergie announced yesterday that she is pregnant with her first child, with husband Josh Duhamel. The singer posted the news on Twitter, by tweeting a photo mashup of the couple as children.

I hate to say I told you so, (no I don’t) but I was right again! Fergie is with child!

About a week ago I posted some pictures – and called the fact that she was pregnant. I said – wait for it….. Trust me, she’s pregnant. And she is! Fergie confirmed the news via Twitter!

“Josh & Me & BABY makes three!!!” she Tweeted.

This will be the first child for the couple, who wed in January 2009 in Malibu.

Both Fergie, 37, and Duhamel, 40, have been clear about their desire for children – but kept the timeline open.

“Not right this second,” the Black Eyed Peas frontwoman said in May 2011, while her husband added, “We’ll go there at some point.”

It seems the time has arrived.

Congrats to the couple! Now everyone can give her a break on the whole “she’s pregnant!” bit every couple months!

I got early screening passes to see ‘Safe Haven’ last Thursday. I showed up to the screening, AN HOUR EARLY, and there were already 200 (give or take) people in line. The studio over-sold the seats 5-1. I was NOT a happy woman. I ended up just seeing ‘Silver Linings Playbook’ again – and loved it so much more the second time. I wasn’t too interested in seeing ‘Safe Haven,’ but I thought – for free – I can do it.

I haven’t seen any reviews yet for this movie, but if my gut is right – it’s going to be okay. Not great, but okay. It’s Nicholas Sparks. I know a lot of women go nuts for his movies, but other than ‘The Notebook,’ I’ve found his movies to be too sappy.

I’m doing it again – I’m calling this one. I know that Fergie is ALWAYS at the center of pregnancy rumors, but this time, I’m actually feeling it. I saw some candid pictures of her last week that obviously show a belly, but I didn’t want to call it at the time.

Then, last night Fergie showed up in support of her husband’s new movie, ‘Safe Haven’, and she DEFINITELY had a belly. They’re still not saying, but Josh Duhamel didn’t deny the rumors, either.

Reports are swirling that Fergie and Josh Duhamel are expecting their first child together.

But by the look on Duhamel’s face at the premiere of his new flick “Safe Haven” last night (Feb. 5), the actor isn’t spilling any baby news. Duhamel shot down E! News reporter Jason Kennedy as he asked why “everybody is so obsessed” with him and Fergie having a baby right now.

“I’ll let you be … oh, should I save you from this?” Duhamel’s “Safe Haven” co-star Julianne Hough offered before her leading man answered the personal question all by his lonesome.

“I don’t know,” he said, bluntly.

“No new news?” Kennedy asked.

“No,” Duhamel added, with a smirk.

But as the studly star was walking away, Kennedy threw in, “You said it will be your greatest career achievement, so we’re waiting…”

“Greatest life achievement,” Duhamel, 40, noted. Hmmm…

Fergie, 37, was also in attendance at the Los Angeles premiere, supporting her hubby, but walking the red carpet solo. The singer wore a little black Gucci dress, which coincidentally skimmed over any sort of baby bump.

The couple, who tied the knot in Jan. 2009 after dating for four years, have never been shy about their desire to start a family, with Fergie recently telling Rachael Ray in September, “We do hope for children and that will be coming up, but it’s not yet.”

PS: I love Fergie’s red carpet look last night – but I do NOT like her hair. Unflattering, in my opinion.

Fergie dressed up as Angelyne, the model most famous for purchasing billboard advertising of her self and putting it up around Los Angeles. Josh was dressed up at Dennis Woodruff, a independent film maker who makes home movies starring himself.

‘Rock of Ages’ premiered in Los Angeles over the weekend, and all the big stars were there! Tom Cruise (sans wife, Katie Holmes) stepped out – and seemed very tame. For Tom.

Julianne Hough wore an interesting green dress, and I’m not sure what I think about it at this point.

Josh Duhamel walked the red carpet channeling – Slash? Fergie looks cute.

Fergie effectively put all those pesky baby rumors to rest by posting a picture of herself in a colorful bikini on her Twitter page. She looks amazing!

The 37-year-old singer is on vacation with her husband, Josh Duhamel, in Cancun, Mexico.

The couple were spotted at LAX just a couple days before.

Josh and Fergie, who have been married for just over three years, are enjoying some prolonged quality time together after spending most of their marriage thus far apart because of their crazy schedules.

But now that the group are on hiatus, Fergie can now devote more time to her marriage.

During a recent appearance on the Rachael Ray show, Fergie said: ‘Don’t get me wrong – [music is] in my blood, in my veins, it runs through it,
but doing it for eight years in a row, sleeping in different beds, in different time zones, there’s not much of a structure.’

She added: ‘It’s nice to come home and be a wife and get to start to decorate my house and do all of those things.

‘I’m still cleaning out my closet and boxes in the garage of all the things, but it’s cathartic for me. It’s wonderful.’
