Here he is at the premiere of his new movie, “August Rush” (which looks AMAZING) at the Rome Film Festival this weekend.

“After a non-stop succession of filming (of Showtime’s The Tudors), Jonathan Rhys Meyers has entered an alcohol-treatment program,” rep Meredith O’Sullivan says. “He felt a break was needed to maintain his recovery.” Meyers’s rep adds: “Jonathan plans to resume his schedule following completion.”
