Jon Gosselin’s apartment in New York City has been vandalized, UsMagazine.com confirms.

The reality star, 32, found his bachelor pad burglarized and ransacked when he returned on Saturday after spending Christmas with his eight children in Pennsylvania, his rep tells Us.

“This is no minor incident,” Gosselin’s rep tells Us. “The police are investigating. He walked into his apartment and it was a disaster. The couch was cut up, his kids’ Wii is missing, his blu ray DVD player is gone, the pots and pans are gone, the couch was sliced up, all of his clothes and shoes are all sliced and torn up. And the knives were left in there.”

According to a source, there was $100,000 worth of damage. In addition, a source claims the word “cheater” was carved into the bed headboard and that a butcher knife was used to slice open the mattress.

Another source adds that there was a note on the counter with a knife sticking through it with the signature of what appears to be that of ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

“Is it convenient that Hailey was just there and moved out this week?” the source says. “Everything was fine, they were friends, talking from time to time, him and Kate are cool and he has to come home to the city to this? Who else would do this? It’s sick, like a case of Fatal Attraction.”

Although it is still unclear if Glassman, 22, ransacked the apartment, she posted her frustration about her living situation with Gosselin on Twitter Friday.

“FYI That apartment everyone calls Jon’s apartment was my apartment as well,” she Twittered. “We split rent! He’s been living off my family and I.”

She also posted that her family “found out a week ago he’s been pocketing our rent money ‘n not paying the rent!”

Hailey Glassman wants her New Year to be drama-free — and that means no Jon Gosselin.

The 22 year-old ex-girlfriend of Gosselin, 32, announced her plans (with typos) for 2010 on her private Twitter account.

“My New years resolution is to finally stand up for myself, not let myself be controled+manipulated by Jon,” Glassman wrote Tuesday, “I wish for him out of my life.”

Glassman has said in the past that she was “emotionally abused” by Gosselin during their relationship and that he had “mantrums.”

As recently as Dec. 8, Glassman told RadarOnline.com that she was furious to learn of Gosselin’s fling with Star magazine reporter Kate Major. “I’m mind boggled and hurt by it,” she said. “And he still lies to me about it and denies it to this day.”

Onward and upward for Glassman: she also notes that she’s moving out of the Manhattan apartment that she shared (awkward!) with Gosselin — and she wants to slim down.

While Kate Gosselin was busy on The Jay Leno Show and not changing her last name, ex-hubby Jon Gosselin tried to trade in his car last Friday — the day the parents’ of eight divorce was finalized. Jon attempted to make a profit by trading in his BMW for a Subaru plus an additional $4,000, TMZ reports.

An employee at Auto Exchange USA in Lancaster, Pa., told TMZ Jon arrived at the car lot wanted to trade his 2005 BMW M3 for a 2008 Subaru STI and the additional money.

However, Jon’s plan to come up with some extra dough failed. His beloved Beamer was not worth as much as he hoped, and Jon aborted his mission sans the Subaru or the $4,000.

The Lancaster, Pa. car lot is ironically the spot where Stephanie Santoro used to work, the babysitter Jon had an alleged affair with.

Jon may be in for some more bad luck when his former mistresses combine forces in a reported TV interview.

Kate Major, Hailey Glassman and Stephanie are currently in discussions to sit down as a group and tell the world their side of the Jon Gosselin story, HollywoodLife.com reported earlier this month.

“I think the truth is going to come out,” Kate, the former Star reporter who left her job after falling for Jon over the summer, told Hollywood Life.

“We are all meeting together for the first time very soon and all three of us are going to publicly talk,” Kate explains. “The interview is being arranged as we speak.”

After a well-publicized and scandal-marked separation, the divorce of Jon and Kate Gosselin is final, TMZ reports. Judge Arthur Tilson has signed the papers, making the Gosselin marriage officially over. Kate calls the process “challenging” and says that the family’s next step will be “restructuring our lives.”

Kate says, “I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children.” Her lawyer adds that Kate “will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home.”

Jon Gosselin joins Funny or Die to make a parody of himself. I caught myself laughing a couple times – but mostly wishing this were true, and not just a joke. Jon needs to go back to the good ol’ days of Kate bitching him out all the time.

Jon Gosselin, or at least his legal team, is going to be spending a lot of time in court.

In addition to his divorce proceedings from wife Kate Gosselin, the reality dad was recently sued by TLC for breach of contract — and now he’s retaliated against the cable network with a $5 million lawsuit of his own, reports Radaronline.

Gosselin, 32, “is likely to argue that TLC is preventing him from earning a living with a contract that is too restrictive,” says Radar. The website notes that Gosselin’s lawyers Mike and Mark Heller have previously argued that their client lacked sufficient legal representation when he signed his initial contract with TLC, the network which broadcasts Jon and Kate Plus 8.

The network’s initial suit alleges that the father of eight has violated his TLC contract by engaging in unauthorized business deals and interviews. In the filing, Radar observes that “TLC is not stopping Jon from earning a living . . . and contends he is always able to go back to his former job in Information Technology.”

The breach of contract suit gets underway in a Maryland court Dec. 14, when Gosselin faces a preliminary injunction hearing. Along with his on-and-off girlfriend Hailey Glassman, one-time date Kate Major and former pal Michael Lohan, Gosselin himself will be forced to testify.

Michael Lohan has been subpoenaed in TLC’s lawsuit against his one-time friend, Jon Gosselin, Radar Online reported.

Lohan, who may be the target of legal action himself in the coming weeks, told the site that Gosselin “did deals with [him].”

“I was working on a deal with him for a Nutrisystem endorsement and a book deal. He got paid a lot of money for different promotions, clubs, magazines, and by a TV network,” Michael claimed. “At times he said what we were doing was OK; at times he said it was a problem.”

Lohan also alleged that his former friend was paid in cash for many appearances. The pair were formerly planning a reality show called the “Divorced Dad’s Club,” which fell apart in recent weeks.

Gosselin is being sued for breach of contract by TLC. The status of his show with the network, “Jon and Kate Plus 8″ (which the cable channel announced in September was set to be renamed “Kate Plus 8″), remains up in the air.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, a judge granted motions for the network’s lawyers to depose Lohan, along with Hailey Glassman and members of Gosselin’s staff.

Gosselin’s lawyer previously told Access the allegations were a “baseless action.”

As for Lohan’s own possible legal drama, daughter Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, previously told Access that reports that the young star would file a cease and desist or restraining order against her outspoken father were “not true.” However, mom  Dina Lohan told Access Hollywood‘s Billy Bush on Monday that her other daughter, Ali, would be seeking a restraining order against her father.
