Despite Jon Gosselin slapping TLC with a cease-and-desist order to halt production on “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ last fall, the celebutard dad is reportedly negotiating with ex-wife Kate and the network to resume filming again, Fox411 reports.

So what’s the reason behind the deadbeat dad’s sudden change of heart? One word: money.

“Jon does not have money for the intense lawyer fees and ensuing battle with the media giant and Kate has asked him to reconsider his decision for the family,” a source said. “She is willing to negotiate with him and TLC so that everyone gets what they want.”

Jon is reportedly willing to let his kids back on the show if TLC will drop its breach of contract suit filed against him for making paid appearances on other networks. The suit is not only draining his funds but is also barring him from earning additional income on the talk show circuit.

Apparently Jon was telling one of the guys working there that he was leaving his NYC home to make the move out to Utah.

And don’t think the chatterbox stopped there. Jon was overheard again at the Lia Sophia Gift Lounge at The Lift that he had already purchased a home in Park City to live in “for a while.”

New year, new girl for Jon Gosselin.

A source confirms to UsMagazine.com the reality dad, 32, is dating Morgan Christie, 25, whom he met while snowboarding in Utah — the same place he once cheated on ex-wife Kate with teacher Deanna Hummel.

“They’ve been inseparable,” an insider tells the National Enquirer. “They talk on the phone and text throughout the day, and Morgan flew to New York right after Christmas to be with him.”

The source continues, “Jon is going through a really tough time… He and Morgan are becoming very close, but he’s being really cautious because of everything he’s been through.”

Still, the Enquirer claims that “Jon is so into Morgan that he is thinking about moving to Utah to be closer to her.”

In the meantime, he’s already brought her to his Reading, Penn. hometown, the magazine reports. The couple “crashed at a hotel” there after Gosselin’s luxe New York City apartment was ransacked.

And unlike his very public relationship with former fling Hailey Glassman, “Jon adores Morgan and is trying his best to keep her out of the spotlight while he tries to figure out his life,” the insider says.

Are Hailey Glassman and Jon Gosselin ready to stop their public game of he said-she said?

According to a source, “Jon is in New York and is speaking to Hailey. They’re trying to come to a resolution.”

Things have gotten ugly between the pair in recent weeks. On Wednesday morning, reports emerged that Glassman had filed a formal complaint with the NYPD alleging Gosselin pushed her during a Dec. 20 argument.

For his part, Gosselin has insinuated that Glassman may be connected to the alleged holiday ransacking of their apartment.

Gosselin’s lawyer also spoke out and attempted to discredit Glassman’s claims of pushing, telling RadarOnline, “When Hailey was contacted by police [about trashing the apartment], her legal people decide to come up with this ploy to say he harassed her.”

Meanwhile, Glassman’s camp is defending her allegations. “Yes, that incident took place on the night of December 20th and there is no denying the fact that my client is in fact a victim of domestic violence,” says her attorney Anand Ahuja.

Now, a source tells People that the prickly couple are trying to settle their differences privately. “[Jon] won’t press charges if she returns what he says is his, like the TV, the Wii, etc.”

Glassman’s camp has maintained that she had permission to take items from the apartment.

Things are getting uglier and uglier between once-attached Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman.

Glassman, 22, has filed a harassment complaint with the NYPD, her attorney tells the New York Post. “The document speaks for itself,” Stephanie Ovadia says; the complaint also alleges verbal abuse.

Gosselin, 32, allegedly slammed Glassman against the wall of the Manhattan apartment they share. What set him off? “A picture of her kissing another man,” a source claims to the Post. That third party would be boxing promoter Damon Feldman, who Glassman met when she refereed at a recent event at a Pennsylvania hotel.

The former reality dad has denied the charges via his attorney Mark Heller, who told the Post, “Jon is a lover, not a fighter…He’s been rumored to steal a kiss here and there, but he has never been accused of landing a sucker punch.”

Glassman has been issuing denials herself lately. She has debunked accusations that she ransacked her famous ex-boyfriend’s NYC apartment over the holidays. Gosselin reportedly returned to his pad Dec. 26 to find his pad burglarized and trashed — with a nasty note from Glassman stabbed to their dresser with a butcher knife.

Glassman admitted to writing the note (she called him a “lowlife”) but called the rest of the claims “a huge publicity stunt” through her attorney. “Somebody is trying to frame my client,” attorney Anand Ahuja said in a statement.

As the investigation continues into the robbery of Jon Gosselin’s NYC apartment, the reality star’s lawyer is speaking out. “Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s as simple as that,” Jon’s attorney Mark Heller told RadarOnline.com.

New York Police obtained a security tape from the building, and the only person who has a key to the father of eight’s apartment is Hailey, Heller told RadarOnline.

“The building security tape will not lie and the evidence will speak for itself,” Heller told RadarOnline.com.

Heller felt compelled to speak out after Hailey’s lawyer told RadarOnline that the situation seemed like a “publicity stunt.”

He believes the security video holds the proof revealing Jon’s former girlfriend trashed his apartment Saturday taking his Plasma TV along with her.

Heller also told RadarOnline that former Jon’s favorite Louis Vuitton shoes were shredded with a knife and a Ming vase that was in Jon’s family for 100 years was shattered.

Police have gathered fingerprint evidence from the knife and the handwritten note, Heller told RadarOnline.

According to one source, Hailey has admitted to writing the note which labeled Jon as a “cheater,” and had a knife jammed through it. Hailey moved out of her ex-boyfriend’s Upper West Side apartment last week, right before the mysterious burglary took place on Saturday morning.

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star found his apartment in shambles by the intruder.

The apartment was under both Jon and Hailey’s names.

Jon Gosselin is in yet another he-said-she-said situation – only this time, it’s not with ex-wife Kate Gosselin but with ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

Jon Gosselin, 32, says that his apartment was ransacked and his belongings vandalized over Christmas – and hints that all signs point to Glassman, 22, as the perpetrator. When he returned to his New York City pad on Dec. 26 after spending the holiday with his kids, he was “horrified … to observe his furniture, clothing and personal belongings slashed by a very troubled and sick perpetrator,” Gosselin’s attorney Mark Jay Heller says.

What reportedly clued Gosselin into a possible link with Glassman, who split with the reality-show dad in recent weeks? A note that she’d allegedly written, pinned to his dresser with a butcher knife.

But, says Glassman’s attorney, Anand Ahuja: “Somebody is trying to frame my client.”

And who’s an obvious suspect for that kind of crime? How about an attention-starved Gosselin? “I don’t know anything about any note and I can’t confirm it at this time,” Glassman’s other attorney, Stephanie Ovadia tells People. “This appears to be a publicity stunt.”

Glassman did take items from the apartment, on which she split the rent with Gosselin – but everything she took belonged to her, according to her lawyers.

Gosselin “told her the apartment would be padlocked because he had not been paying rent, and she should go there and take whatever she wanted,” Ovadia says.

But Gosselin’s camp is hellbent on justice. His lawyer, Heller, vows to “vigorously” pursue “felony charges.”

Even so, Glassman’s reps aren’t rattled.

“My client had nothing to do with this,” Ahuja says. “As far as she is concerned, it’s a hoax.”
