Kate Gosselin, 35, made and appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly. Kate told Kelly Ripa and guest host Anderson Cooper that she and her ex-husband Jon Gosselin, 32, still have alot of tension between the two of them.

“It’s…you know,” she said. “I do try to keep it as peaceful as possible.” The level of tension “depends on the day.”

The biggest issue, Kate claimed, is the time their eight kids spend at their dad’s nearby apartment.

During those visits, Kate said, “I basically wait for the phone call from how many of them want to come home.”

Jon’s residence, she explained, “is not [their] home; it doesn’t feel like home to them … they want to be at home — in their house” in Wernersville, Penn.

She pointed out that the latest visitation schedule (part of their custody arrangement) is still “new to us. It’s only been three months that he’s actually been spending time with them and taking them.”

Jon Gosselin caught his ex-wife’s TV appearance and lashed out via Twitter:

“As much as I want to respond to numerous LIES recently claimed on Regis and Kelly, I will refrain. I have learned from the past that it’s a waste of my time and energy. I am ‘rising above’, and refuse to engage in any sort of public argument that could potentially harm or upset my children. My children and the people in my life know the truth, and that is what’s important.”

At this point, who knows who’s telling the truth. I think it’s about time Kate and Jon quit fighting via the media.

Hailey Glassman is claiming that her ex Jon Gosselin would threaten ex-wife Kate Gosselin unless she gave him money. Supposedly the threat was that Jon was going to call Child Protective Services on Kate if she didn’t pay up.

One of Kate & Jon’s 8 kids, Mady hurt her arm. And Jon was going to say it was Kate’s fault.

Jon is not having it. He says that Hailey’s accusations are totally false. But Hailey claims to have hand-written notes by Jon to prove her accusations are spot on.

Jon would not give a comment to Radaronline, but did take to his Twitter account to make a statement.

“Radaronline has been duped again by Hailey Glassman, who is apparently without a job and desperate for money,” Jon wrote on his Twitter account.

“This article contains so many lies, they are too numerous to count. It is completely false and without any merit.”

If the hand written notes are legit, this could be a problem for Jon. Hailey says Jon made notes of points he wanted to bring up to Kate during their conversations.

“Look, the documents and the evidence speak for itself,” Hailey told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview on Wednesday after hearing about Jon’s denial.

As for Jon’s allegations that Hailey doesn’t have a job, she says that’s a charge that applies to him!

"I'm waiting for JON to get a job so I can sue him for the money he owes me. HELLO!" she said.

Hailey told RadarOnline.com that Jon often refers to himself in the third person, and the notes reflect that. In one of them he wrote: “Jon giving Kate ultimatums. He privately extorts Kate. If you don’t do what I want, I’ll do this…”

If there is any truth to this, then Jon has really sunk to a new low. I hope these accusations are false.

It was reported today that Hailey Glassman who is the ex-girlfriend to Jon Gosselin, the former Jon and Kate Plus 8 star, wants to sue him, and do so on the Judge Judy show. According to a new report, the executive producer of the Judge Judy show says that she most likely has never heard of Gosselin or is aware of the drama surrounding him.

Radar Online reports Judge Judy executive producer, Timothy Regler saying: “It is highly likely that Judge Judy has no idea who these people are. She is not a performer, she is a judge and she’s a celebrity purely because of the show.”

He went on to say of the unlikeliness that a reality star would be featured on her show: “It’s not something we do. We don’t do stunt casting on our show. Something to do with gossip, she [Judge Judy] would want nothing to do with. We are not looking for that kind of publicity.”

Jon Gosselin’s girlfriend of one month Ellen Ross, 23, supposedly hates kids. Well then, what is she doing with a man who has 8 kids? I think the answer to that is easy. She wants to be famous of course!

There was a photo op of Ellen palling around with the kids on the playground on May 22. But according to sources it was merely for attention.

One person who is not happy with the situation is Jon’s ex-wife Kate Gosselin. An insider claims she is “freaking out” over Ross.

TMZ has learned Jon Gosselin will drop his legal case against Kate Gosselin for custody and child support. Even more shocking … they seem to be getting along.

Sources connected to the situation tell TMZ Jon never really believed Kate was an “absentee mom,” as his fired lawyer alleged while she was on “Dancing with the Stars.”

We’re told Jon and Kate are trying to hash out a custody and child support agreement that is more up to date than the one that is currently in place. Fact is … Kate is making serious money and Jon isn’t. And, he’s shown more of an interest in being with the kids than he did during the divorce proceedings.

Will Kate let Jon appear on her spin-off show? Well, memba the old saying, “Burn me once ….”

Jon Gosselin has fired his new attorney – the one who called Kate an “absentee parent” and who two weeks ago filed legal papers seeking full custody of the kids for Jon.

“Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably,” Jon Tweeted Thursday morning.

And, as for his ex-legal representative? “Mr. Anthony List Sr., Esq., is not my representing attorney; I terminated him on April 15, 2010. He has no legal right to speak to the press or anyone on my behalf.”

List had told People that he was a longtime friend of Jon’s late father, Tom, and promised the elder Gosselin shortly before his death that he would help Jon if ever the need arose.
