No doghouse for Joe Jonas! On Saturday, after his highly publicized split from girlfriend on 9-months and Twilight star Ashley Greene, Joe was spotted taking his pooch out for a stroll with his dad at a park in Los Angeles. The two talked for a bit and met up with a male friend before taking off.

So how long will Joe be single? He recently started following ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift on Twitter again, so the rumors about their reconciliation is already buzzing about. Do you think Taylor and Joe should give it another try now that their older?

What is going on in the world! Just yesterday I was posting an article on Joe Jonas in Details Magazine, where he raved about girlfriend Ashley Greene! He said, “It feels good.  I think what works about it is she really puts my feelings first.  She understands my busy schedule.  She’ll fly out to my shows—she’s been to places in South America that I can’t even pronounce.”

But I guess they’re not feeling the love anymore, because according to US Magazine, they’ve already split!

Two sources confirm to UsMagazine.com that the Jonas Brothers singer, 21, has parted ways with Twilight star Ashley Greene, whom he began dating in summer 2010.

Adds one insider: “They broke up shortly before her birthday, then got back together.”

(When contacted by Us, a rep for Jonas had no comment on his personal life.)

Indeed, Jonas organized Greene’s 24th birthday blowout at West Hollywood’s STK on Feb. 18. “He wanted to make sure everything was perfect,” another insider told Us at the time. “He was really sweet and conscientious.”

What a difference a few weeks makes. Explains the second source of the sudden split: “Joe wasn’t that into it.”

Maybe Ashley couldn’t deal with the whole no-sex, wait-until-marriage thing. You think he really stayed celibate? Hmm, I wonder.

Joe Jonas appears on the April cover of DETAILS magazine in a photo shoot with Norman Jean Roy that took place in Los Angeles.  The middle Jonas Brother has moved out of his parents’ house, started dating an older woman (Ashley Greene), and (for now) has left his brother behind to embark on a solo career of his own. “We’re not breaking up, we’re just taking a break,” Joe says.  “I really have a hope for the fans that got older and went, ‘You know what, I’m really not into the Jonas Brothers anymore,’ that I’m able to catch their ear again with my project and they’re able to go like, ‘Hey, this is cool stuff, I’m happy listening to this, I’m not embarrassed listening to this.’”  Is America ready to accept this former tween dream as a grown-up rock star?

On going solo:

“I’m growing up, the fans are growing up.  I’ve gone through a lot of stuff in my life so far.  There are stories I haven’t really been able to tell. When you’re writing with three people, you wind up with a sound that might be—not average—but, you know, expected.”

On his new music:

“I wanted to do something you could hear in a club or something you could dance to, something’s that’s fun—something that’s me.”

“I think all artists have a right to write about what happens to them.”  On his album, there will be songs about “different love scenarios that I’ve been through, breakups, hurts.  Me hurting somebody and feeling bad about it.  I think there’s a lot of scenarios where people might wanna hear my side of the story.”

On his relationship with Ashley:

“It feels good.  I think what works about it is she really puts my feelings first.  She understands my busy schedule.  She’ll fly out to my shows—she’s been to places in South America that I can’t even pronounce.”

On touring with the band:

“We’ve seen every state in America besides Alaska and Hawaii, been all over Europe.”  Sure, there have been times when it’s gotten a little weird, rocking out for little girls.  “We did some things that were like, ‘Really?, We’re gonna do this? Like, go and play for an elementary school, are you serious?’ At the time I was like 17, I wanna go meet girls at high schools.’ And now I’m 21.  I wanna go play my music in a club.”

On Danielle Deleasa, Kevin’s wife:

“Actually, I hit on her first. And after that she and Kevin hit it off, of course.  Now we have a fourth person traveling with us everywhere, so that’s a different thing completely.”

On Saturday night, Ashley Greene celebrated her 24th birthday at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas. The Twilight princess sported a black strapless cocktail dress… and later in the night… a gold Chanel charm bracelet! And guess who gave the glamor piece to her?

No one but boy toy, Joe Jonas.

Ashley describes the gift-giving moment to People:

“The funny thing about it is when I got it, my boyfriend said it’s vintage Coach – and I was like ‘Thanks so much.’ And then I put it on and was like, ‘Oh my god, this is Chanel,’ ” Greene said, letting out a scream.

“It was very cute and sweet and adorable to me because my boyfriend gave it to me,” she said. “Coach, Chanel, [it] makes no difference to him … [But] I absolutely love it because he knows what I like.”

OMG! Joe Jonas doesn’t even know the difference between Coach and Chanel! How hilarious-slash-adorable!

According to People, Ashley’s birthday bash was designed a la Candyland with oversized lollipops and and a three-tiered birthday cake!

Chanel + Candyland + Joe Jonas = best birthday gift ever?

Not for Ashley Greene.

“I know this is cheesy,” she said, “but the biggest gift to me was having my best friends fly in to celebrate with me.”
