“We both went to the Orange County High School of the Arts and were in the musical theater program together,” Jodie states to Access Hollywood of Matthew. “It’s great to see him doing so well with ‘Glee’ and it’s really fun to see people that you knew way back when.”

Jodie admits that she and Morrison haven’t kept in touch, but she enjoys watching him on ‘Glee’!

In case you didn’t know, Miss Sweetin is engaged to Morty Coyle. The couple have two daughters.

Jodie Sweetin has a lot to celebrate. She is now the mother of a baby girl.

Many remember her as Stephanie Tanner from the popular sitcom ‘Full House‘ with the catch phrase, “How rude.” She has also made more recent headlines with her battles with drug addiction and very public divorce.

Her boyfriend, Morty Coyle, had this to say to People magazine.

“Jodie was amazing and is doing great,” he told the mag. “We are now the proud, excited parents of Miss Beatrix Carlin Sweetin Coyle.”

Beatrix weighed 7 lbs., 4 oz. at birth and was 19 inches long, People reported.

“We’re already madly in love with Beatrix and are so grateful for the support from our family and friends. And we can’t wait for her big sister Zoie to meet her,” the couple told the mag.

Jodie also has a 2-year old daughter named Zoie with her ex-husband Cody Herpin.

After some rocky times, the future is looking brighter for former Full House star Jodie Sweetin.

Last November, Sweetin filed for legal separation from husband Cody Herpin and later faced accusations of a substance abuse relapse, but now Sweetin is looking forward to quality time with her daughter and says “things are going really well.”

“[Cody and I] have managed to work things out a little bit better,” Sweetin, 27, told reporters Tuesday night at the launch party for Op’s new ad campaign at Mel’s Diner in West Hollywood. “We share custody right now and it’s going really well.”

With another court date scheduled for August, Sweetin is enjoying spending time with the couple’s daughter, Zoie – especially by the pool.

“I have my daughter so I’m getting her in the pool and she’s so much fun,” says Sweetin. “She’s 15 months old and she’s just cute and itty bitty and adorable and chubby in her little bathing suit. That’s my summer fun, it’s being a mom, and getting to play with my daughter in the pool.”

In the meantime, Sweetin has wrapped up some more TV and film work and is devoting time to reading more scripts and the upcoming release of her new book, UnSweetined, due out in November.

“I’m really getting back in the business and it’s wonderful. Things are going really, really amazing for me right now.”

As for the single life, Sweetin isn’t too concerned with it. “Right now, my daughter is my main focus, but a girl’s gotta have a little fun.”

Former Full House actress Jodie Sweetin is being sued by her Home Owners Association who says she owes $1, 185 in dues, late charges and fees.

Jodie, however, claims that she moved out of the residence last year when she split from husband Cody Herpin and is placing the blame for the unpaid bills squarely on his shoulders.

A rep for Jodie says: “Jodie moved out of this house six months ago and has been living with her mother ever since. He was supposed to pay all the bills on the house, and he was supposed to get a job, but it looks like he isn’t doing either of these things. He hasn’t worked at all since he latched onto Jodie. He’s like a guy who got married and never worked and now wants money and custody.” 

The former couple – who legally separated in November (08) – are currently fighting for custody of their 12-month old daughter Zoie.
The lawsuit will go to trial on 14 July (09).

Jodie Sweetin is under emergency investigation by an Orange County, Calif., family court for substance abuse, PEOPLE confirms.

“It’s primarily alcohol [abuse] but there’s also concern regarding methamphetamines,” Robert Benavente, the lawyer for her estranged husband Cody Herpin, tells PEOPLE.

Sweetin, 26, filed for legal separation from Herpin on Nov. 19, seeking joint custody of their daughter, Zoie, eight months. Papers filed by the Full House star revealed the couple faced myriad financial problems.

Sweetin has since left the couple’s home and is living with her parents with Zoie.

Herpin, 31, responded with his own filing on Dec. 4, seeking sole custody.

Benavente says that Herpin has only had “sporadic” contact with his daughter since the couple’s split.

Sweetin is a recovering meth addict, having publicly acknowledged her two-year battle with the drug.

A lawyer and a rep for Sweetin weren’t immediately available for comment.

Former Full House star and new mom Jodie Sweetin is splitting with her husband.

Sweetin, 26, filed papers Wednesday in Orange County, Calif., for legal separation from Cody Herpin, 31, whom the actress had once called a “blessing” who helped turn around her life after years of methamphetamine addiction. The couple became parents of daughter Zoie in April.

“I was dumbfounded,” Herpin tells PEOPLE, adding that Sweetin left their home and took their 7-month-old girl. “Over this past month something has been different. I’m concerned about our daughter and I just want (Zoie) home.”

Sweetin’s agent, Stella Alex, says the actress is “absolutely clean” and that the couple have “come to this path in their life and she felt like this is the way she had to go. Jodie says it’s unfortunate but it’s just what has to happen right now. No more detail, only because she says she doesn’t want to be disrespectful to him.”

The pair were married in July 2007 and recently announced they were working on a reality show together.

According to the Superior Court papers, Sweetin seeks joint legal and physical custody of Zoie.

The actress lists the date of separation as Tuesday – the day before papers were filed – and cites as the cause the standard “irreconcilable differenes.” She also asks that Herpin pay the legal costs.
