Jillian Michaels adopts a baby girl – and then – she welcomes a son as well!?

Jillian Michaels has a brand new family!

The former “Biggest Loser” trainer was spotted out this week with her two-year-old daughter Lukensia, an adorable little girl from Haiti who Michaels and partner Heidi Rhodes just adopted.

But she’s not the couple’s only new child.

Rhodes also gave birth to a baby boy, Phoenix, on May 3 — just days before little “Lu” came to her new home.

“I want to be in the moment and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development,” Michaels tells PEOPLE about her growing family. “I don’t want to rush any of it. I can’t wait for every day.”

She adds, “Parenting is not for sissies. You have to sacrifice and grow up.”

‘Biggest Loser’ star Jillian Michaels adopted daughter spotted for the first time!

Jillian Michaels finally steps out with her newly adopted daughter!

The ‘Biggest Loser’ host has been very open about how difficult the journey was to adopt. Happy to see that things finally worked out!

We still don’t know her daughter’s name, but here she is! She was spotted out with her daughter in Malibu yesterday. The little girl was adopted from Haiti.

“I went over to visit orphanages [in Haiti] and I ended up falling in love with this little girl, and by the grace of God, I got matched up with her,” she said in January. ”So now, it’ just a matter of trying to get her home and anything can happen and fall through or fall apart, so it’s kind of premature for me to say it, but that’s where its at.”

Jillian Michaels: “I Had My Nose Done.”

Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels claims she was teased in her early years. She was overweight and had a big nose. The constant scrutiny led her to go under the knife.

“In eighth grade, I weighed 175 pounds and my nose was the size of a softball,” Michaels, 36, tells the new issue of Parade’s Healthy Style. “Once, I was sitting at lunch and got surrounded by a bunch of kids who let me have it about how ugly I was -— my unibrow, the size of my nose, the fat rolling over my jeans. It was pure hell. My mom had to pull me out and put me in another school.”

“I had my nose done,” she admits. “I felt much better about myself. Plastic surgery is a very personal decision.”

“I was a very anxious kid. I had night terrors. I couldn’t breathe,” she says. “I had a very strained relationship with my father, especially when my parents got divorced. I still try to go to therapy at least twice a week. It has given me the confidence to pursue the things I love, and it’s important that I don’t end up playing out my own pain and insecurities with the people I’m trying to help.”

“I’m hoping I’ll have the motherhood thing figured out within five years. I was an only child for a long time, and it was lonely, so I would like to have at least two kids,” Michaels says. “As long as children have love, that’s all that matters, but in an ideal scenario I’d want them to have a father.”

Sounds like Jillian has overcome a lot. I would have never guessed she had a nose job. It looks perfect.

She has helped many people on Biggest Loser, and she is continuing to make a difference in other people’s lives on her new show Losing It With Jillian, which premiered in June.

“Biggest Loser” trainer Jillian Michaels releases “fat” picture of herself in highschool.

Of being 175 pounds when she was a teen, she says, “Oh, my God, it was pure hell. I spent all of eighth grade in my classroom because God forbid I ever left. I was terrorized. And karate saved my life. It all stopped the day I broke two boards with a kick.”

Jillian Michaels: “I’m going to adopt. I can’t handle doing that to my body.”

There is no doubt that “The Biggest Loser” trainer Jillian Michaels has one of the best bodies in America, and given her childhood history of being overweight, it’s something the 36-year-old has worked ultra-hard to achieve. So hard in fact, that she’s not willing to let it slide even to become a biological mother.

“I’m going to adopt. I can’t handle doing that to my body,” Michaels told the new issue of Women’s Health magazine. “Also, when you rescue something, it’s like rescuing a part of yourself.”

Michaels’ words surrounding pregnancy and her figure have been met with criticism from several experts (who have not worked with her) in the health industry.

“She is teaching people about body image and self-esteem. Women who have children all the time and get right back in shape [sic] particularly if they exercise,” Dr. Leslie Seppinni, a Los Angeles-based Family Therapist & Clinical Psychologist told Pop Tarts. “If this is how she truly feels, she should seek counsel before coaching others on issues of body image.”

And Dr. Mike Bishop, Executive Director at Wellspring health/weight loss camps pointed out that Michaels’s own self-esteem may have too much emphasis on aesthetic.

“Jillian’s self-worth seems to be tied to her appealing appearance, and her appearance isn’t necessarily reflective of overall health and happiness,” Bishop said. “There is certainly nothing unhealthy about pregnancy itself, although many women would argue after childbirth it is challenging to get their pre-pregnancy body back, these are the beliefs Jillian is reflecting.”

TV’s toughest trainer also admitted that she weighed 175lbs when she was just 12 years old, and felt “abandoned” after her parents separated, which could have a bearing on her current feelings toward birth and adoption.

“When individuals have dealt with weight issues in their life, they tend to focus on how they feel in their own skin and their level of comfort. In the case of pregnancy, some of these women desire the experience of being a parent, but do not want to risk the possibility of gaining back previously lost weight/losing the ‘new’ body they worked so hard to achieve,” explained Sloane Veshinski, Doctoral Candidate in Counseling, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & Certified Addictions Professional. “Adoption gives these women the ability to be a parent and to provide a loving home to a child.”
