Sisters Jessica and Ashlee Simpson are going into the fashion business together. According to E! the pair are collaborating on a juniors’ collection.

“We have a teen line that we’ve been working on together that’s launching in October,” she revealed backstage at the Herve Leger show at Fashion Week today.

So where will it retail?

“It’s going to be in Macy’s,” Ash revealed. “It’s so fun to work together! It’s a family show…it’s fun to have the 15-year-olds come in and dress them up.”

One thing she didn’t spill any deets on is her sister’s upcoming wedding to Eric Johnson. If Ash knows anything about the big day, she isn’t telling.

“Not that I know of…they’re so hush hush!” she said.

Ashlee looks absolutely adorable in that black dress. She was spotted leaving a Fashion Show yesterday as part of Fashion Week. Meanwhile, big sister Jessica was 3000 miles away having dinner with her fiance in Los Angeles.

Jessica Simpson is reportedly so unhappy with her pre-wedding figure, that she’s willing to do just about anything to look thinner. Does that mean she’s really considering downsizing her chest? According to In Touch it’s true (but I’m not buying it for a second). Jessica loves her chesticles, not thinking she’s going to downsize anytime soon.

Most women would kill for killer cleavage. But not Jessica Simpson. The singer is so distraught over her fuller-than-ever figure, she’s telling friends that she’s going under the knife. “She thinks that if she downsizes her breasts, she will look smaller,” a friend of Jessica’s tells In Touch.

The only question in Jessica’s mind, says the friend, is when. “She hasn’t decided if she’ll get it done before the wedding,” says the pal. “She wants to, but she fears being laid up for a week or more so close to the date.”

As In Touch has reported, Jessica and fiancé Eric Johnson, 32, had asked friends and family to reserve November 11, but she’s reconsidering. “She’s in such limbo about what to do,” says the friend of Jessica, who another insider tells In Touch is terrified of being a “plus-size bride” (even though she’s not really even plus-size!). Says the insider: “Jessica wants to waltz down the aisle — not waddle.”

However, despite attempts to slim down, she’s heavier than ever. “Jessica used to never be able to resist looking in mirrors, but now she avoids them like the plague,” says the insider, who puts her current weight at the “wrong side of 140 pounds.”

Even a pre-wedding escape to Mexico (on August 25) did nothing to boost her spirits. Jessica, 31, who packed flowing caftans in place of sexy bikinis, “is at her wit’s end,” says the insider. “If the weight doesn’t come off soon, she might either call off her wedding or get surgery. She’s that desperate.” Predicts the friend, “If she does postpone, breast reduction is on her to-do list.”

Singer Jessica Simpson is introducing her fourth fragrance, ‘I Fancy You,’ which she claims was inspired by love.

Jessica Simpson is no stranger to falling under love’s intoxicating spell, and the feeling is so great, she wanted to bottle it! So the fashion mogul created a new fragrance, I Fancy You, designed to conjure up memories of discovering what it means to be in love.

“I am so excited to introduce my fourth and final fragrance of the Fancy Collection, I Fancy You,” Simpson said in a statement, referencing the theme of amour found in her perfumes. “This floral scent is romantic and feminine and conjures up the feelings of a first love that makes you realize that love can last forever … I Fancy You!”

The fragrance, a collaboration between Simpson and perfumer Cécile Hua of MANE, is a soft, velvety floral musk with notes of juicy pear, savory Fuji apple and bergamot orange. Simpson stuck with the romance motif right down to the bottle design, choosing a pale blue capsule with tiny hearts, inspired by a vintage fragrance bottle in her personal collection. We wonder if she’ll sport this love-themed fragrance when she walks down the aisle!

Jessica Simpson lands another reality show!

Jessica has signed on to bring her fashion sense to the small screen as a mentor on NBC’s new reality show, ‘Fashion Star’.

According to E! Online, Simpson will act as a fashion guru on the reality show, which will follow 14 aspiring designers angling to get funding for their own lines. Elle McPherson will host the program, which will be taped in front of a live audience and allow viewers to buy the winning designs after each week’s challenge.

The winner will receive a multimillion-dollar contract to have their designs sold in three large American retailers — something Simpson knows quite a bit about.

It was recently revealed that Simpson, who is best known for her singing career, is well on her way to making a billion dollars in revenue this year from her own fashion line, the Jessica Simpson Collection.

“Jessica Simpson has built an incredible fashion business and is a perfect mentor to our aspiring designers,” said Ben Silverman, who will produce the show with his company, Electus, along with The Magical Elves and 5X5 Media.

Simpson, who is getting ready to walk down the aisle with Johnson, also just announced plans to create a tween fashion line with her younger sister, Ashlee.

Music star and lifestyle mogul Jessica Simpson is all smiles when it comes to being the bride-to-be of football stud Eric Johnson.

“It’s the best year of my life,” the star told Access Hollywood on Saturday at Tom Everhart’s “Peanuts”-themed new art exhibit, “Crashing the Party: The Arty-Fact Paintings,” in New York City.

“You better say the same!” Jessica joked with Eric, who was by her side at the event.

“Ditto, ditto!” Eric quickly added.

“She’s just a regular, grounded, down to earth person and I like it,” he said of his future wife. “Beautiful, beautiful.”

Jessica – who previously told Access that her wedding dress would “out-do” Kate Middleton’s headline-making Royal Wedding gown – has changed her tune about competing with the Princess.

“I absolutely adore Kate’s dress, I thought she looked absolutely beautiful, there’s no bride that can top a Royal Wedding,” she told Access. “I’m not going to be wearing the same kind of thing, but it will be beautiful in it’s own right.”

In case you didn’t know, Jessica got engaged to Eric, a former NFL player, in November 2010. Their wish is to wed by Christmas 2011!!
