I know on my birthday I like to look like an idiot pose in my bikini.

Representatives for Jessica Simpson, 25, and Nick Lachey, 32, exclusively confirm to Us that the pair legally divorced Friday June 30. The former Newlyweds signed documents on Thursday requesting retired Superior Court Judge Dana Senit Henry bifurcate the marriage, meaning that the divorce could become official while the financial details were still being negotiated. The pair were married for three years before announcing their separation in November 2005. Both Simpson and Lachey have been keeping busy professionally. Lachey is currently promoting his new album “What’s Left of Me,” while Simpson just recorded the video for her new single “A Public Affair.”

What scares me is that she actually designs shoes.  Yikes.

“A Public Affair” is the title of her new single.  And yes, that’s Eva Longoria and Christina Applegate in the video.  I don’t know about you, but I’m waiting on the edge of my seat to see the video.

These girls look so much alike these days I can’t keep them straight.  So which one is this?  Jessica or Ashlee?  By the looks of the nose, you almost can’t tell…can ya.
