Jenna Jameson and longtime boyfriend Tito Ortiz are working things out after all. On Monday, Ultimate Fighting champ Ortiz was arrested at their shared Huntington Beach, Calif. home on suspicion of domestic violence. The next day, Ortiz claimed adult film star Jameson suffered from an Oxycontin addiction; subsequent tests proved she was drug free.

Jameson, 36, explains that the incident, which began after her dad called the police, has been “dramatically distorted and misinterpreted.”

Jameson tells UsMagazine.com:

“The events of Monday show how things can get tragically out of hand when people say things in the heat of the moment…my father was trying to diffuse a private issue between two people. Unfortunately, what actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in.”

A couple since fall 2006, Jameson and Ortiz welcomed twin sons Jesse and Journey on March 15.

She adds: “Tito and I love each other and I want him back in my life. He’s a fantastic father and I’m confident we can work through this challenge.”

TMZ has learned former UFC champ Tito Ortiz and baby mama/former porn star Jenna Jameson are withdrawing allegations that led to Tito’s felony domestic violence arrest earlier this week.

Jenna, who accused Tito of injuring her during an argument, now tells TMZ, “What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in.”  Translation — he didn’t hurt me.

As for Tito, we’re told he’s now backing off what he strongly insinuated … that Jenna is an OxyContin addict.  We’re told Tito’s position now is that he found two OxyContin pills and may have jumped to conclusions.  Jenna says the pills were very old.  And, as we first reported, Jenna tested negative for drugs this week.

Tito’s lawyer, Chip Matthews, tells TMZ the whole thing was “a big misunderstanding.”

One more thing … Sources say Tito stands to lose $15 million if he’s prosecuted for domestic violence — the money accounts for his UFC contract as well as other businesses.

Tests show that former adult film star Jenna Jameson is drug free, despite what boyfriend Tito Ortiz said to the media, TMZ reports.

Ortiz held a press conference after being arrested on domestic violence charges, claiming that Jenna was addicted to OxyContin.

Jameson told TMZ, “I am definitely not addicted to OxyContin or any drug.”

“The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances,” her lawyer said.

“Statements made by anyone to the contrary are completely impeached by the results from this prestigious testing facility,” the attorney added.

The tests were performed by American Toxicology Inc. The lab screened for ten drugs, including cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine and oxycodone, which is the main component of OxyContin.

A lawyer for Tito Ortiz, who was arrested for allegedly abusing his girlfriend, former adult film star Jenna Jameson, called a press conference yesterday to tell his client’s side of the story, EOnline.com reports.

“Jenna has been fighting a battle with OxyContin addiction for the past year. For Tito and her family, this has been an uphill battle. Unfortunately … she had a relapse,” the mixed martial arts fighter’s attorney said. “Tito was trying to help her, she has threatened suicide before. Tito has done everything in his power to protect her privacy and the privacy of their children.”

“When you’re dealing with people on OxyContin they don’t always have the best sense of balance. Jenna and Tito have two children together, they planned on spending the rest of their lives together. They want nothing more than to work together on this,” Ortiz’s lawyer continued.

Tito also spoke. “It means the world to me, my friends and family for their support,” he said. “My parents have been through an addiction and I see it in the mirror again. I am not going to let my family go through that. I speak from my heart, I hold everything dear to my heart that Jenna will be OK.”

Jenna fired back at the father of her children, saying that his allegations are “completely false,” according to TMZ.

Jameson’s father called 911 yesterday, after Ortiz allegedly struck his daughter. She had “visible injuries” to her arm after the incident.

Ortiz has since been released on $25,000 bail.

What!? Oh no! Hope Jenna’s okay! Here’s the breaking news from TMZ:

TMZ has learned Tito Ortiz was just arrested for felony domestic violence at the home he shares with Jenna Jameson.

We’re told when cops arrived at the couple’s home in Huntington Beach, CA — Jenna Jameson had “visible injuries.”

We’re told someone called 911 today at 9:53 AM and reported a “disturbance.”

Tito is currently in custody and on his way to a Huntington Beach jail in Orange County, CA.

Tito and Jenna are not married — but they have twin boys together.

Apparently there was an episode of TMZ TV where one of their reporters referred to new mother, Jenna Jameson as “wide”. She had just given birth! What do they want? A supermodel sized figure two weeks after having twins?

Ok… I felt like I really needed to blog about this.
Here we go… I was sitting on the couch, and I just laid Journey down to sleep and began feeding Jesse, when I heard my name said very loudly on TV. Well, to be honest… it’s been quite awhile since I have heard my name on TV other than replays of my True Hollywood Story. Well I hit “guide” on my remote and realized I was watching TMZ. UGH.. What are they going to say? What COULD they say… Paparrazzi have been leaving me alone since I moved to Huntington Beach… at least more than I thought they would. I figured they would bust my balls since I was pregnant with twins and all. Anyway, I waited out the commercial and one of the girls on the show says,
” We got Jenna Jameson and Tito ortiz”… Harvey Levin (The Host” of TMZ) says “How does she look?” (I’m thinking , holy crap… the paps got me when I wasnt ready… please let me look kinda cute…LOL
The conversation continues on TMZ between Harvey and the girl reporter-
Girl- She looks good, but her hips look WIDE…
Harvey- She just had TWINS!!!!
Then everything from that point on got jumbled for me… I was pretty heated about the thought of this random chick saying I looked WIDE… Seriously… this is the ultimate example of girl on girl HATING. I mean, I had twins 4 months ago!!!! Its crazy to me that a fellow woman would feel the need to bash my hips… when most women would relate to the fact that I spent the past year building two perfect little humans. Does the circumference of my hips really matter? Should that even be discussed? It truly makes me sick to my stomach that this woman felt the need to pick my body apart when just barely 18 months ago TMZ was BASHING me for being TOO skinny! This is why women have such massive body issues… people like her…. all I have to say to her is… you should be ashamed…!
I do want to say thanks to Harvey for actually defending me…
I have worked very hard to be healthy… and that is all that matters, not the size of my booty!

Adult film star Jenna Jameson is a mommy, her rep confirms to Usmagazine.com. Jameson and her boyfriend of two years, Tito Ortiz welcomed twin boys Monday morning. “They’re in very good health,” her rep tells Us.

“She’s been taking it easy and even had to be in a wheelchair during one of Tito’s events in Las Vegas,” a source told Us when Jameson was just shy of eight months pregnant. “She’s very excited to be a mom.” Back in May, Jameson told Us, “We’re trying for a baby, so hopefully in the next couple of months!” By the end of August, she confirmed her pregnancy to Us exclusively, saying, “I’m so happy!” Upon finding out she was pregnant, Jameson, 34, admitted that she and Ortiz, a mixed martial arts fighter, were in a state of shock. “I’m just staying super healthy,” she said. “I’ve moved down to the beach with Tito — I love being by the beach.” Being able to give birth to two healthy babies is joyful for Jameson, a devout Catholic. She discovered she was two months pregnant in November 2004 after being diagnosed with malignant melanoma. A day later, she miscarried due to the stress of cancer. “It was all in God’s plan,” she told Us two years ago.

Will the she and Ortiz, 34, get married now that they have children? Jameson — who split from adult film studio owner Jay Grdina in 2006 and from porn star Brad Armstrong in 2001 — said they have no plans to walk down the aisle. “I think I’m gonna stay unmarried and just go for the babies!” she told Us. “I’m following in Angelina’s footsteps!”
