When I first saw these new pictures of Jenna Jameson at LAX – my reaction was – sadness! She looks so sickly, it’s so sad! She used to be so pretty – and then too much plastic surgery, and not enough food, and she just looks really unhealthy.

She and Tito are still together, so that’s good (I guess).

UFC stud Tito Ortiz celebrated his 37th birthday with baby mama Jenna Jameson by his side at XS in Steve Wynn’s Encore on Sunday night. While preparing for the celebration, Ortiz tweeted, “Getting ready, this is going to be the best night of my life.”

The on-again-off-again-on-again couple, who are the parents of twins Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette, arrived at the hotspot after midnight and were seated at a private table overlooking the dance floor. Ortiz was dressed to the nines in a black pinstripe vest, black slacks, a black dress shirt and a white tie, while the blonde bombshell and former porn star wore skin-tight black pants, a shear top and fingerless leather gloves.

The pair, looking happier than ever, enjoyed champagne at their table decorated with black-and-silver balloons. DJ Pizzo kept the party going until the early hours of the morning. Before XS, Ortiz, Jameson and 18 of their friends dined at the new Old Homestead Steakhouse in Caesars Palace, feasting on Osetra caviar, shellfish platters, Dover sole, porterhouse steaks and side dishes.

“I really don’t think I need to say, ‘Mommy was a porn star,’” Jenna Jameson says of explaining her former profession to Jesse and Journey, her twin boys with Ultimate Fighting Championship star Tito Ortiz. “I feel like they’re going to know me and think, Mommy loved us so much that she quit everything and made us her job. And that’s what I did. The moment I decided to have children, I quit. I won’t even do a Maxim cover.”

Back in April, Jenna Jameson accused Tito of domestic violence after an explosive argument. It was quickly reported that Jenna was lying to authorities, and a month later the charges were dropped against Tito. The D.A. cited there was not enough evidence to convict Tito.

Guess Tito’s gotten over the whole Jenna-accusing-him-of-hitting-her story. Must be wuv.

TMZ has learned that the Orange County District Attorney has rejected the case against Tito Ortiz, who was arrested last month for felony domestic violence.

The D.A. said there’s not enough proof to prove Tito attacked girlfriend Jenna Jameson.  Could it be because Jenna wasn’t telling the truth from the beginning? Sources say she changed her story many times over the course of the investigation.

Tito’s lawyer released the following statement: “We’re pleased the prosecutors recognized this as a misunderstanding.  Tito and Jenna are happily working on their relationship.”

Looking happy to be back together Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz spend a day at the beach with their one year old twins, Jesse and Journey Jett. The happy family played in the water and built sand castles together.

In this exclusive video, Jenna Jameson breaks down as she tells Us Weekly about her violent Apr. 26 fight with beau, Ultimate Fighting Championship Tito Ortiz, that led to his arrest on suspicion of domestic abuse.

She tells Us Weekly their argument erupted when he accused her of being “high” on pills.

When she declared “I’m not on drugs!” he didn’t believe her and flew into a rage. “I was standing in the bathroom – naked, by the way – and he said, ‘It’s over!’ grabbed my arm and pushed me aside,” she recalls.

The 36-year-old Jameson — who has 13-month-old twin boys with Ortiz, 35 — melts down when asked about their future (Ortiz has retreated to Costa Rica while a police protection order keeps him away from her for a week; she has declined to cooperate with a police investigation).

Unable to control her tears, Jameson tells Us Weekly: “It’s just so hard to trust … anybody in my life.”

PS: I like how she throws in the fact that she was naked – by the way. Who cares!?

The ongoing saga that is Jenna Jameson’s life continues. Around midnight last night, Jameson and son Journey were rushed to the hospital in an ambulance after he started projectile vomiting, reports TMZ.

Jameson was alone with one-year-old Journey when he became ill shortly after 11PM. She believed calling 911 for an ambulance was the appropriate action given the circumstances. Journey is one of Jameson’s two boys fathered by Tito Ortiz. She met the former UFC champion and mixed martial artist on MySpace and subsequently divorced her former husband, one-time pornographic studio owner Jay Grdina. Jameson gave birth to twin boys Jesse and Journey in March 2009.

Jameson told TMZ that Journey was released a few hours after being hydrated by hospital staff. Doctors believe the boy is most likely suffering from the stomach flu.
