Beyonce takes a ride on her jet ski whilst wearing a dress. She is in the Caribbean with husband Jay-Z. The couple were seen lounging around together on a yacht in the Caribbean sun. Beyonce also had a go on the inflated water trampoline.

Beyonce wasn’t in any hurry to tie the knot to Jay-Z.
“I was 18 when we first met, 19 when we first started dating,” she says in the December/January issue of Seventeen (on newsstands Nov. 18).
“I really don’t believe that you will love the same thing when you’re 20 as you do at 30,” she adds. “So that was my rule: Before the age of 25, I would never get married.”
Beyonce, 27, continues: “I feel like you have to get to know yourself, know what you want, spend some time by yourself and be proud of who you are before you can share that with someone else.”
Jay-Z, 38, and Beyonce said “I Do” in a secret ceremony at his NYC apartment last April.
So what kind of advice does Jay-Z offer her?
“I guess probably that we’re all human,” she says. “I don’t care if you’re picture-perfect on every magazine cover, and you’re the most handsome, successful, coolest guy – you still get sad, and you still get your feelings hurt, and you still get confused and vulnerable and nervous and scared.
“You have to find a person you can make it through the tough times with,” she adds.
Beyonce – who named her new double album I Am…Sasha Fierce after her alter ego – admits she’s hard on herself despite Jay-Z’s words of encouragement.
“I feel like I’m my own competition,” she said. “I don’t try to compete with other people. I just try to better myself.”
Beyonce also studies videos of herself.
“I go and watch everything that I’ve done. I have my YouTube days, when I watch every performance, and I listen to my music, and I watch my videos to figure out what I need to do, what I need to fix, and how to become a better singer,” she says.

Beyonce Knowles insisted on keeping her April (08) wedding to rap superstar Jay-Z low key – because she didn’t want all the attention on her.
The usually guarded newlywed has previously refused to even acknowledge the fact that she’s now Mrs. Shawn Carter – but she has opened up about their secret nuptials and their love for one another in the new issue of Essence magazine.
Knowles revealed she shunned a big, white wedding because she’s not a “traditional woman”, adding: “It’s been my day so many days already.”
And the Crazy In Love hitmaker claims she never wanted an engagement ring, saying “People put too much emphasis on that. It’s just material and it’s just silly to me.”
Another thing Knowles was always sure about was their commitment to one another – and she’s adamant it was destiny that they would wed.
She explains, “We’ve been together for a long time. We always knew it would happen.”
The couple filed their wedding license on 18 April (08) in Scarsdale, New York.

Jay-Z will help re-open Los Angeles landmark the Hollywood Palladium with a big band show on October 15th.
The rapper will be backed by a 12-piece band, according to reports.
The Hollywood Palladium closed last spring for major renovations.
Frank Sinatra helped launch the venue when it first opened its doors in 1940. He was a member of the club’s first act, the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra.
Jay-Z says, “I’m honored to play such an iconic venue. Just as Frank ushered in a golden era, I hope this opening will mark the
beginning of a resurgence in generation-defining live music.”
The venue has played host to superstars like the Rolling Stones, James Brown, Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Police and rap icons Public Enemy.

Jay-Z is reportedly looking to sell his 40/40 sports bar in Las Vegas because the club has allegedly failed to make any profit since its grand opening late last year.
The rapper launched the Sin City venture, part of his 40/40 chain, in December.
But according to website MediaTakeOut.com, the club’s investors are losing patience with the lack of money rolling in, and want to pull out from the deal altogether.
The star’s 40/40 chain has been hit with a bout of bad publicity in recent months, with staff at the New York branch accusing the managers of pay discrepancies.
