Lynne and Jamie Spears are in Los Angeles to look after their eldest daughter, Britney, but Jamie Lynn made other plans in their absence. According to sources, she took the opportunity to throw a party for friends in their Kentwood home, Serenity, for the Superbowl.

At least five college aged students with Delta Delta Delta and Ole Miss decals on their Jeep turned up to join in the festivities. “They were all laughing. They looked really happy and excited to be at the house, like they hadn’t seen Jamie Lynn in a while,” said one witness.

Earlier in the day, Jamie Lynn drove Casey Aldridge to a Walmart in McComb, Mississippi, bypassing a closer on in Amite, Louisiana. Why? The one in McComb sells alcohol on Sundays!

Jamie Lynn Spears and her mother Lynne are at odds with each other. So much, that the younger Spears has got her sights set on moving in with her father, Jamie Spears, in Los Angeles.

Apparently, mother and daughter aren’t sticking together anymore during her unplanned pregnancy. According to sources, Jamie Lynn is going to leave their home in Kentwood, Louisiana. Lynne has reportedly said that Jamie Lynn’s boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, is off limits.

Of course she says that the other reason she wants to move out west is because she wants to be closer to film projects that she’d like to start after the birth of her baby.

But Casey is the main reason.

“Jamie Lynn loves Casey and wants to marry him, but her mom is dead set against it,” an Enquirer source said. “Jamie Lynn knows that once she’s out from under her mom’s thumb in Kentwood, she and Casey will be together.”

Lynne also worries that once her little girl’s in Los Angeles, she’ll fall under another negative influence — Britney!! “Jamie Lynn knows Britney smoked and drank during her pregnancy — and because Britney’s boys turned out fine, Jamie Lynn thinks her baby will be fine too,” the source confided.

Jamie Lynn Spears might be eager to get out from under the grasp and control of her mother, Lynne. It’s being reported now that she plans to marry Casey Aldridge just to escape her troubled family.

Inside sources say that she has already booked her wedding day and they insist that her main motivation is escaping Lynne’s control over her as they live in Kentwood, Louisiana.

Beforehand, she plans to live with father, Jamie, in Los Angeles and is already reaching out to show business people seeking work. She wants to be able to film projects after she gives birth.

It’s being rumored that the wedding date has been set and will be shortly after she turns seventeen, which is April 4th.

Allison Janney has a movie recommendation for the Spears family: her new comedy Juno.

“I think Mrs. Spears should take both her daughters to see it. I think they’d both love that movie,” Janney said recently.

In the Oscar-nominated Juno, Janney plays mom to a pregnant 16-year-old played by Ellen Page.

Some have drawn comparisons between the comedy and Jamie Lynn Spears’ life since the Zoey 101 star announced last December that she is expecting at 16.

“Juno has a great dialogue for parents and kids because it really doesn’t politicize the issue,” Janney adds. “It’s not pro-life, it’s not pro-choice; it’s pro-individual… It’s [about] having a supportive family who listens.”

Since announcing her pregnancy, Jamie Lynn — who has been spotted with a GED book — has been “on hiatus,” her publicist told the Associated Press on Monday, even as the fourth season of her hit Nickelodeon show Zoey 101 begins.

Jamie Lynn Spears is calling out In Touch Weekly for an article they did on her stating that she was rushed to the hospital and was suffering a miscarriage:

“Contrary to rumors, Jamie Lynn Spears has not been rushed to the hospital nor has she suffered a miscarriage,” the the rep tells OK! magazine. “She is healthy and at home with her mother.”

Jamie Lynn’s rep previously was on the attack after the publication said that her and Casey Aldridge broke up and he wanted a paternity test.

The pregnancy scandal revolving around Britney Spears’ teenage sister, Jamie-Lynn, is being used as part of a campaign to urge pet owners to spay and neuter dogs and cats.

Animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals are hoping pet lovers get the link between a hard-hitting new Internet video and the younger Spears sister.

In the film, which has been posted on PETA’s website, a 16 year-old girl is encouraged to become sexually active. When the horrified girl asks, “What if I get pregnant?” the parents urge her to “pop out all the kids you can.”

The ad concludes, “Parents shouldn’t act this way. Neither should people with dogs and cats. Always spay or neuter.”

PETA President Ingrid E. Newkirk insists the ad was filmed before Spears announced she was pregnant last month, but she hopes people make the connection.

She says, “Just as Lynne Spears is under scrutiny because of her underage daughter’s pregnancy, people who fail to spay and neuter their animals should also be feeling the heat. No one should be bringing more animals into the world when millions of deserving, wonderful dogs and cats are dying for good homes.”

And to make sure those close to pregnant Spears get the message, PETA bosses have arranged to air the ad on Jamie-Lynn’s local ABC affiliate in her native Louisiana, TV network WGNO.

Pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears has been dumped by boyfriend Casey Aldridge because he doubts he is the father, it has been claimed.

Aldridge is insisting that TV star Jamie Lynn, 16, has a paternity test to prove he is the child’s father, according to U.S reports.

Jamie Lynn, 16, has yet to confirm Aldridge as the father and insiders say the pair’s relationship has been shaky for months.

Casey’s doubts have been revealed by a pal of Jamie Lynn’s troubled sister Britney Spears.

“He wants a paternity test,” Britney told the Spears family friend, according to In Touch Weekly.

“Casey doesn’t want to be with her until he’s sure that he’s the father.”

Rumours have swirled that Jamie Lynn is in fact pregnant by an older TV producer.

Jamie was seen earlier this week attending a parenting class, in preparation of her impending birth, at an Adult Education Centre in Kentwood, Louisiana
