Yesterday, reps for chic L.A. baby boutique Petit Tresor were confirming reports that Jamie Lynn Spears, who shocked the world last December with the exclusive news of her pregnancy, had reached out to Bristol Palin, the pregnant 17-year-old daughter of Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, by sending Bristol a care package of embroidered burp cloths from the store.

However, it looks like all may not be what it seems.

“It is not true,” a rep for the new mom tells OK! about the rumor that Jamie Lynn, who gave birth to baby girl Maddie Briann on June 19, had her mom Lynne Spears use her credit card to send the gift basket to Bristol along with a card that read, “Dear Bristol: Hang in there!!!!XOXO”

A nasty fight has erupted between Jamie Lynn Spears and her cheating fiancé, Casey Aldridge.

In the Sept. 15 issue of Star, we reveal that Britney’s little sister, who’s devastated by Casey’s unfaithfulness yet again, is gearing up for the fight of her life — for custody of their 2-month-old daughter Maddie. This latest chapter in the teen couple’s troubled saga could spell major heartache for Jamie Lynn as Star has learned that Casey is ready to gear up for a courtroom brawl to keep Maddie — and the one-time TV star’s money — close at hand.

“He’s not a spiteful person,” a friend of his tells Star. But he feels he’s entitled to a chunk of Jamie Lynn’s millions. “He plays to win. He doesn’t really want full custody of Maddie, but he knows it might be his best weapon against Jamie Lynn.”

But don’t think Jamie Lynn will go down without a fight. Sources say the 17-year-old may talk to her own attorneys and might be willing to cut off Casey’s money supply and sell their house in Liberty, Miss., reveals the insider. “She was giving him tens of thousands of dollars for electronics, video games and the truck that she bought him — in fact, he spent $8,000 last month alone on gas and sporting equipment.”

For months, rumors have circulated that Casey Aldridge has cheated on Jamie Lynn — but no one has come forward to confirm them, until now. In an exclusive interview with In Touch, 28-year-old Kelli Dawson reveals that she and Casey, 19, were romantically involved — and were still sleeping together when Jamie Lynn, now 17, was six months pregnant with his child. No fleeting hookup, Casey and Kelli’s relationship was both real and lasting — and it grew in intensity, even as Jamie Lynn announced she was pregnant. And, Kelli says, they still meet up on a regular basis. “I see him all the time, at least once a week,” she shares.

The pair first met in November 2006, at the home of her sister, Kim Toller. At the time, Casey was already dating Jamie Lynn, but the sexual chemistry between Casey and Kelli was instant. “We were both really attracted to each other,” Kelli reveals. “He totally instigated it and pursued me. His friends would tell me that he liked me, that he thought I was pretty.” The couple saw each other a few times and “kissed randomly,” but it wasn’t really “hot and heavy,” Kelli admits, until the spring of 2007. Though Casey and Jamie Lynn were still involved, Kelli insists, “You never knew if they were broken up or not, because it changed from day to day!”

The pair didn’t bother to hide their relationship. “Kelli and Casey have been a couple on and off for a few years,” confirms Jason Alexander, Britney Spears’ first husband and a native of nearby Kentwood, La. “They were a really tight couple, but I think it was hard for Kelli, having Jamie Lynn in the picture.”

Kelli says she and Casey stopped sleeping together a few months before Jamie Lynn gave birth to their daughter, Maddie. “It just didn’t feel right,” she explains. “He had to deal with the baby coming, and it had to stop.” She says the last time the couple had sex together was in March but “even after we stopped having sex, we would still kiss occasionally.”

New momma Jamie Lynn Spears has begun planning her wedding with fiance Casey Aldridge — nuptials that will take place before the year is out, OK! magazine reports.

The couple, who recently became parents to an adorable baby girl, Maddie, will exchange “I do’s” in characteristically down-home fashion, likely at Jamie Lynn’s new three-acre property in Libery, Miss., sometime in late fall, according to the mag.

“She loves everything about the area where she lives. She’s not going to get married at some luxury resort in the Caribbean or a hotel in Beverly Hills,” a friend of the “Zoey 101″ actress tells OK!. “Her own backyard with just the people who matter most is more Jamie Lynn’s style.”

Ready to walk down the aisle in style, the 17-year-old mom is “already down to her pre-pregnancy weight,” says her friend, adding: “She has the cutest figure!”

According to the mag, baby Maddie will be a focal point of the wedding, perhaps even taking in the nuptials from “a basket decorated with flowers and carried into the ceremony by the bride and groom’s mothers.” And speaking of family, sis’ Britney will be Jamie Lynn’s maid of honor, while Casey’s sister Ashlee will serve as one of the bridesmaids.

Jamie Lynn gave birth to daughter Maddie Briann, her first child with fiance Casey Aldridge, on June 19 and is now living in domestic bliss in their new home in Liberty, Miss. “I love taking care of her,” the Zoey 101 star tells OK!. “It is so much fun. I just want to hug her and kiss her, and I’m happy all the time.”

Maddie’s middle name Briann is an ode to Casey’s cousin Brian, who died in a car accident a week before her birth, and Jamie Lynn’s brother Bryan. As for her first name, dad gets all the credit. “Maddie is a name that Casey thought of, and I really liked it,” Jamie Lynn says.

Found on the shelf in the nursery is a tiara that reads “Mother to Be.” That’s no longer the case now! “The first time I saw her, it was surreal,” Jamie Lynn says of the birth. “You can’t even imagine that moment.”

The nursery is still picture perfect because Maddie currently sleeps in a bassinet in the master bedroom. “I picked everything out for the nursery,” Jamie Lynn explains. “Casey put the crib together. He took a day to hang up all the pictures.”

Jamie Lynn Spears tells OK! that being away from the shining lights of Hollywood is making it all easier to learn the ins and outs of first-time motherhood. “Around here, everyone has the same focus,” Jamie Lynn tells OK!. “The focus is family, and that’s a good way to live.”

The 17-year-old actress opens up to OK! about everything — from taking parenting classes to life inside the new home she shares with Maddie and boyfriend Casey Aldridge, to her first experience with labor pains.

“They’d told me it would be an eight- to 12-hour labor, and I was ready to have the baby in three to four hours,” Jamie Lynn tells OK!. “I had a perfect pregnancy and a perfect delivery. I was very blessed.”

While the former Zoey 101 star and her fiancé have not yet set a date for their wedding, the couple remains closer than ever. Jamie Lynn, who tells OK! that while her labor was induced, she gave birth naturally and without complications, says that Casey was the one person she wanted in the delivery room with her.

“Once I got in there, my doctor was just so calm and so good it was not bad at all,” she says. “I was just talking to Casey. And you know what’s so weird? I was asking him if he was okay. He was like, ‘Yeah.’ We were both so excited.”

A baby nursery is set up for little Maddie at the other end of the house, but for now her proud parents like having her next to them at night, so she sleeps in a bassinet in the same room as Jamie Lynn and Casey.

“She is very good,” says Jamie Lynn. “She’ll feed every two or three hours. When she wakes up in the middle of the night, I’ll feed her and she goes right back to sleep. There’s no screaming and crying.”

The proud mama continues, “We get up in the morning, and she gets her little bath. Then I get my bath. We have a routine, and I love routines. I’ve worked one out with her, and we’re happy going about our little life.”
