New momma Jamie Lynn Spears has begun planning her wedding with fiance Casey Aldridge — nuptials that will take place before the year is out, OK! magazine reports.

The couple, who recently became parents to an adorable baby girl, Maddie, will exchange “I do’s” in characteristically down-home fashion, likely at Jamie Lynn’s new three-acre property in Libery, Miss., sometime in late fall, according to the mag.

“She loves everything about the area where she lives. She’s not going to get married at some luxury resort in the Caribbean or a hotel in Beverly Hills,” a friend of the “Zoey 101″ actress tells OK!. “Her own backyard with just the people who matter most is more Jamie Lynn’s style.”

Ready to walk down the aisle in style, the 17-year-old mom is “already down to her pre-pregnancy weight,” says her friend, adding: “She has the cutest figure!”

According to the mag, baby Maddie will be a focal point of the wedding, perhaps even taking in the nuptials from “a basket decorated with flowers and carried into the ceremony by the bride and groom’s mothers.” And speaking of family, sis’ Britney will be Jamie Lynn’s maid of honor, while Casey’s sister Ashlee will serve as one of the bridesmaids.

Jamie Lynn gave birth to daughter Maddie Briann, her first child with fiance Casey Aldridge, on June 19 and is now living in domestic bliss in their new home in Liberty, Miss. “I love taking care of her,” the Zoey 101 star tells OK!. “It is so much fun. I just want to hug her and kiss her, and I’m happy all the time.”

Maddie’s middle name Briann is an ode to Casey’s cousin Brian, who died in a car accident a week before her birth, and Jamie Lynn’s brother Bryan. As for her first name, dad gets all the credit. “Maddie is a name that Casey thought of, and I really liked it,” Jamie Lynn says.

Found on the shelf in the nursery is a tiara that reads “Mother to Be.” That’s no longer the case now! “The first time I saw her, it was surreal,” Jamie Lynn says of the birth. “You can’t even imagine that moment.”

The nursery is still picture perfect because Maddie currently sleeps in a bassinet in the master bedroom. “I picked everything out for the nursery,” Jamie Lynn explains. “Casey put the crib together. He took a day to hang up all the pictures.”

“They’d told me it would be an eight- to 12-hour labor, and I was ready to have the baby in three to four hours,” Jamie Lynn tells OK!. “I had a perfect pregnancy and a perfect delivery. I was very blessed.”

While the former Zoey 101 star and her fiancé have not yet set a date for their wedding, the couple remains closer than ever. Jamie Lynn, who tells OK! that while her labor was induced, she gave birth naturally and without complications, says that Casey was the one person she wanted in the delivery room with her.

“Once I got in there, my doctor was just so calm and so good it was not bad at all,” she says. “I was just talking to Casey. And you know what’s so weird? I was asking him if he was okay. He was like, ‘Yeah.’ We were both so excited.”

A baby nursery is set up for little Maddie at the other end of the house, but for now her proud parents like having her next to them at night, so she sleeps in a bassinet in the same room as Jamie Lynn and Casey.

“She is very good,” says Jamie Lynn. “She’ll feed every two or three hours. When she wakes up in the middle of the night, I’ll feed her and she goes right back to sleep. There’s no screaming and crying.”

The proud mama continues, “We get up in the morning, and she gets her little bath. Then I get my bath. We have a routine, and I love routines. I’ve worked one out with her, and we’re happy going about our little life.”

Jamie Lynn Spears may be only 17, but longtime Spears family friend Alli Sims is confident in the new mom’s parenting abilities.

“She’ll be a wonderful mom” to newborn Maddie Briann, said Sims, 26, at the opening of Beverly Hills boutique Shizue on Thursday. “I’m really excited for her.”

As for the family, Sims said, “You know, I haven’t talked to ‘em, but I know she’ll have so much fun, and the baby will bring her so much happiness.”

Sims had similar praise for aunt Britney Spears, saying, “She’ll be so much fun!” and predicts Brit will buy baby Maddie “lots of pink, fun, girly stuff.”

While Sims says she plans to visit Jamie Lynn “very soon,” she’s also busy working on a debut album: “I’m going to spend August in Nashville writing and recording.”

“More than anything, I just want this baby to have a normal life,” Jamie Lynn, 17, told OK! exclusively.

And she stayed true to her word when, in the pre-dawn hours of June 21, just two days after her birth, Maddie Briann Aldridge got her first taste of celebrity. Barely 48 hours old, Maddie and her mom, Jamie Lynn were the stars of a finely choreographed dance meant to fool the paparazzi and allow the pair to get home safely without the kind of mad crush that greeted big sis Britney when she tearfully returned to L.A. from Louisiana 12 hours earlier.

State troopers, private security detail and Jamie Lynn look-alikes were all used to sneak mom and baby out of Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb, Miss., and back to their new home in Liberty.

The ruse was pulled off successfully with the help of Maddie’s grandma Lynne Spears and proud papa Casey Aldridge, 18, who drove Jamie Lynn’s SUV with decoys hidden behind a large white sheet in the backseat.

Maddie’s birth on June 19 was, thankfully, more low-key. Reports that Jamie Lynn had delivered via C-section were completely false. Her labor began on June 18 — two days before her expected due date — and at 9:33 the next morning, Maddie had made her grand entrance.

Barely more than a child herself, Jamie Lynn has proven to be exceptionally mature in dealing with her pregnancy and motherhood. Her priority is to give Maddie an upbringing that is more Kentwood than Hollywood.

Though Britney, 26, is well on her way to getting her life and career back on track, Jamie Lynn has seen the impact that fame has had on her super-famous sister, including two broken marriages, three stints in rehab and a brutal child-custody battle.

“We want to give the baby the most normal life she could ever have,” Jamie Lynn tells OK!.

Jamie Lynn Spears left hospital on Saturday with a cunning plan to outsmart the waiting paparazzi – using a decoy to give her a snapper-free exit.

The 17-year-old gave birth to her first child, Maddie Briann, on Thursday at Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in MCComb, Mississippi.
And according to America’s OK magazine, when the Zoey 101 star was due to be discharged, she reportedly hired a look-a-like to be driven back to her parents’ home in Kentwood, Louisiana.

The decoy joined new dad Casey Aldridge, and Spears’ parents Lynn and Jamie, while the actress slipped out the back entrance, with her daughter, to a car and a police escort waiting to take her to Serenity, Mississippi, where she shares a home with her fiance Aldridge.

The teen star stunned the Spears family when she announced her pregnancy news last year, at the age of 16. The couple had reportedly been delaying their wedding until after the birth of their first child.
