Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been denying divorce reports since August, but if this latest news is true, looks like they celebrity couple will be splitting once and for all.

According to In Touch Weekly, Jada Pinkett Smith recently met with celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser. Wasser has represented the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Kim Kardashian and Vanessa Bryant.

According to sources, Smith has “finally begun to take steps to dissolve their marriage,” even reportedly turning down a role in Keanu Reeves directorial debut to spend time with her kids during this “difficult time.”

The magazine first reported that Will and Jada had separated in August after 13 years of marriage. The pair issued a statement in response to the allegations: “Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact.”

The star couple have two kids, Jaden and Willow — whose careers were reportedly at the root of theSmiths’ marital problems – and Will Smith has one son from a previous marriage.

It certainly felt like the rumors could be true when they first came out in August. I generally subscribe to the “where there’s smoke – there’s fire” theory as well. And the two haven’t been spotted together in a while, that I’ve seen anyway.

Of course I hope it’s not true. Would be so awful if they couldn’t make it work after being together for 13 years!

Jada’s having a rough couple weeks! First – rumors that her marriage was in trouble, then plagued by talk of an affair with her ‘HawthoRNe’ costar Marc Anthony. NOW comes word that her TNT show has been canceled.

TNT, which this summer renewed Franklin & Bash but not Men of a Certain Age, has decided the fate of another of its series. And this one comes with a frowny face.

“TNT has decided not to order a fourth season of HawthoRNe,” reads a statement from the cabler. “TNT truly appreciates the tremendous dedication of everyone involved in HawthoRNe. The series gave TNT the opportunity to work with many outstanding people, including Jada Pinkett Smith and the rest of the show’s talented cast, crew, producers and writers. We wish everyone involved with HawthoRNe nothing but the best.”

HawthoRNe, which aired its Season 3 closer on Aug. 16, this summer averaged 3.3 million viewers — placing it behind sister shows such as Memphis Beat (4.3 million), Leverage (4.8 mil) and Franklin & Bash (3.9 mil).

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were laughing together during a romantic brunch at the beach in Malibu … and TMZ has the photos to prove it!

Sources at Bob Morris’ Beach Cafe tell us the two rolled in for omelettes and coffee this morning and left around 11 AM. No kids, no fighting … just breakfast.

We’re told the two seemed “happy and normal” — and the pictures of Jada laughing seems to back that up.

Will Smith just RIPPED APART reports he’s splitting from wife Jada Pinkett — saying all the rumors are outright ridiculous.

While out shopping with Jada in Malibu this morning, Will was asked to comment on the “ridiculous” rumors — and Will responds, “You just did.”

Also worth noting — around the 49-second mark, Jada appears to call Will “baby.”

Reports ran rampant yesterday after InTouch Weekly reported that superstar couple Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith were separating. The couple released a statement saying that all is well on the homefront, and now they might be involving their legal team to take care of the false report.

“Will and Jada are not splitting and they’ve already got their legal team involved. Like any other A-list couple they’re used to inaccurate reports sometimes, but when it comes to their marriage, they don’t appreciate anyone demeaning it.”

According to the source, the power couple has discussed the report with their legal team and will privately decide how to proceed.

“They’re good sports and they’re laughing about it, but they have to talk about it with their legal council to protect themselves,” the source said.

Although Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have publicly stated that their “marriage is intact”, In Touch is sticking to their story. Will and Jada’s marriage is in trouble.

According to ITW, Will had been growing suspicious of wife Jada Pinkett and her ‘HawthorRNe’ costar Marc Anthony . He feared Jada had grown “uncomfortably close” to the singer, who at the time was still married to Jennifer Lopez. “Will expressed worry to some close to him that there was more than just on-set chemistry between Jada and Marc,” the insider tells In Touch.

So when Jada told Will she needed space and moved from their Malibu mansion into their Hidden Hills estate — and began spending more time traveling without the family — Will grew increasingly paranoid. In early August, he decided to confront his gnawing doubts about Jada and made a surprise visit to his wife. And, sadly, his suspicions were seemingly confirmed. “He left crying,” the insider confides to In Touch. “He was very upset. He said Marc was with Jada.”

TMZ is also reporting that Will and Jada are in trouble. They claim that a split is still a huge possibility.

Man, I will be so surprised if Jada did have a relationship with Marc. I just find him so gross, and not attractive AT ALL. I can’t imagine a world where someone leaves Will Smith for the weasley looking Marc Anthony. It makes no sense!

Through their publicist, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have released a statement regarding the In Touch Weekly report this morning that they were separating.

A rep for Jada Pinkett Smith is opening up exclusively to ET about rumors that Jada and husband Will Smith have split up.

Pinkett Smith’s publicist, Karynne Tencer tells ET, “Everything about the Marc Anthony story is completely false, but we are not commenting on whether they are separating or not.”

I have no idea what Marc Anthony story she’s talking about. Jada and Marc star in ‘Hawthorne’ together on TNT, and the pair have an onscreen romance. Maybe there was some rumor about them having an offscreen romance.

My question to that is: How the heck do you go from Will Smith to Marc Anthony? Just sayin…
