This video is 10 MINUTES LONG! It has to be the worst music video I’ve ever seen! I know it’s supposed to be a joke, but man - it’s not funny in the slightest. I don’t find myself even cracking a smile once. Does she know how stupid she looks in this video? I don’t know who directed this video, but I wouldn’t want my name attached to this.
I just want to slap her!
Heidi Montag has debuted her new music video (above) for “Overdosin.’”
The Hills star, 21, plays an ’80s aerobics instructor as she dances around in lycra, legwarmers and a sweatband.
The pop song, released last week, “is about when you fall in love with someone,” she recently told Ryan Seacrest. “[About] how I feel about Spencer and my relationship.”
When Seacrest asked if a wedding could possibly inspire her next single, she joked, “I’m waiting for the ring to make that song.”
Look for more from Montag and Pratt ahead, who have volunteered to take over the MTV reality hit next season if Lauren Conrad decides to step down.
“I think that maybe Lauren is tired of [being on the show], but we’re just beginning,” she told Seacrest. “We’re not even remotely sick of it.”
Speak Up!: What did you think?

Even if you watched the season-four premiere of The Hills on Monday, there’s a lot you didn’t see.
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt stopped by the Hollywood Party Girl show yesterday to give some scoop on the upcoming season.
Let’s start with Lauren’s date with Doug Reinhardt. Not only did she also date him before in high school, but Heidi said L.C. liked him back when the frenemies were still roommates.
“He was her obsession,” Heidi dished, while Spencer added it was “cold” that his sister, Stephanie, went out with Doug.
As for Heidi’s sister, Holly, who appears this season…
Turns out, she actually used to live with both Lauren and Heidi in their old apartment—she just didn’t appear on camera.
Heidi said she’s OK with her sis and L.C. being friends, although she and Spencer both think it’s crazy that while she befriends their siblings, Lauren still hates them.
As for Audrina, Heidi said she’s still close with her and thinks she’s “coming back around to her side.”
If the tension in their house on last night’s episode was any indication, we’re inclined to believe her.

Spencer Pratt has been caught lying about his girlfriend Heidi Montag’s purity - he insists she’s still a virgin.
Pratt was promoting the new season of the reality TV phenomenon on Los Angeles Ryan Seacrest’s morning show, when he cooed about Montag’s no-sex-before-marriage promise.
He told the radio host, “She’s still a virgin… We don’t sin over here,” adding that he and Montag place pillows between them in bed at night - to help them fight temptation.
The reality TV star went on to state his girlfriend is so religious, she’s considering recording a Christian album for a quickie interview.
But website HollyScoop.com have unearthed footage from the first season of The Hills, when Montag has a heart-to-heart chat with Pratt after taking a pregnancy test.
The website asks, “Last we checked, if you’re a virgin, you wouldn’t need to take a pregnancy test.”

Jenny McCarthy wore the dress to the half time show of WWE promoting her non profit for Autism charity at the Washington Covention Center on July 28th. Heidi Montag appeared in the dress at ‘The Hills’ Season 4 premiere party held at Paradise Cove in Malibu, last night.
Who wore it best?

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag may have called off their engagement, but the reality-star lovebirds are still talking babies.
They’re looking to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt for inspiration. “I think I’d rather adopt than have kids,” Pratt said when I caught up with the two this morning. “There are so many kids that need homes.”
A few minutes later, Pratt, 25, clarified that he doesn’t just want to adopt. “I wanna do both,” he explained. “We’ll pull an Angelina and Brad and have a whole clan.”
Montag, 21, cooed, “We’d be so lucky to have a clan like that.”
And yes, that clan could include a child from Africa…
“I used to want to be a missionary [in Africa],” Montag says. “That’s something I’ve always really wanted to do. Go to the U.N. for World Hunger and really, you know, not just go there for a safari, but go there to actually help.”
Speidi sure has a lot of plans.
First up is getting through another season of The Hills. Season four premieres tonight on MTV. Their archnemesis, Lauren Conrad, told me last week she thinks this may be the end of the reality series. Montag predicts, “If this isn’t the last one, I’ll bet there will only be one more.”
Although they’re not attending the Republican National Convention next month, they’re still hoping to do some campaigning for John McCain before Election Day. And speaking of McCain, whatever happened to their much-publicized plan—with the help of the presidential hopeful’s team—to visit the troops in Iraq?
“I don’t know what’s going on,” Pratt says. “I think they’re so focused on the campaign, they kinda lost the momentum.”
Well, that’ll at least give Montag more time to work on her clothing line and music and acting careers. She just dropped her second single, “Overdosin’.”
“It’s about, you know, my love with Spencer and just overdosing and being so happy in love and enjoying the moment,” Montag says.
As for acting, Montag points out that she was offered a big gig way before Conrad recently announced she’ll be appearing on ABC Family’s Greek and Audrina Patridge would be doing the same on the new Fox sitcom Do Not Disturb.
“I actually got cast for a part in Rules of Engagement,” Montag says. “I couldn’t do it because of the Hills schedule. But yeah, they wrote a part for me, and they wanted it to be a recurring role…I went there, and I auditioned. They wanted to hire me and everything.”
Pratt says he’d love to make an appearance on any one of his three favorites, The Unit, 24 or It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
“It’s all a blessing,” Montag says. “We live life to the fullest everyday and just thank God for every little everything.”
