In case you guys didn’t already know this, or in fact you even care… Heidi Montag has confirmed to US Weekly that she did in fact have plastic surgery! Shocker! I would never have guessed. I thought the body went through random, big changes like that in your 20’s. Maybe I’m wrong.

The 21-year-old aspiring singer opens about her decision to go under the knife, enlarging from a 32-A to a 32-C, and the painful body-­image problems that spurred her to make a change.

Tell Us why you had the surgeries.
“I’ve always been very insecure about my body. My whole life, I looked at my chest and was like, OK, they’re going to grow. This is my year! And it never happened. I was less than an A-cup. I wore pushup bras, which cut into my skin. If I was with a guy and there was a girl next to me with big boobs, I would be like, Oh, my God, he’s looking at her! On the beach, if I was standing next to a girl with big boobs, I’d be like, I hate her! I hated my nose too. I have my dad’s nose, which is huge. It took up so much of my face, when I looked down, I could see my nose. I couldn’t get away from it!”

Were you ever teased about your appearance?
“People would say, “You have such a big nose!” And they’d make fun of me for being so flat, and say mean boy things, like, “If you nailed two nails in a board, they would be bigger than you are.” I was tormented. And when I was older, I’d want to be intimate, but I’d feel insecure. My boyfriends always had bigger chests than I did!”

A lot of people believe Spencer pressured you into surgery, since he’s made his love of Playboy bunnies known.
“He had nothing to do with it. If anything, he said, ‘maybe you should think about it a lot longer’.”

Take Us back to April 2, the day of ­surgery.
“I woke up, and it was like Christmas: I was a nervous wreck, but I was just so excited at the same time. Spencer said, “I’m so proud of you.” It was like he was wishing me well off to school: “Love you! Bye!” But surgery is a very big deal. Right before I went in, I was like, What if I don’t wake up? Oh, this is scary. Then I thought, I don’t care. If I don’t wake up, it’s worth it. I just wanted it so badly.”

Wow… you mean to tell me she didn’t care if she woke up because she wanted boobs so bad…that is really sad.

Heidi Montag says what the cameras capture on The Hills is just part of the story – and that costar Lauren “LC” Conrad is not the innocent, good girl that her image on the MTV show would have viewers believe.

“I just have to accept that Lauren will never be seen in a bad light,” Montag, 21, tells the October issue of CosmoGirl!.

“They don’t show the footage of how Lauren was sort of obsessed with [fiancé Spencer Pratt], or how she called my mom in Colorado and told her I was involved in an abusive relationship, or how she would scream at me in the middle of the club if I wanted to leave … to go see Spencer,” adds Montag.

The feud between Montag and Conrad, also 21, is nothing new. It escalated after rumors spread that Conrad had made a sex tape with ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler – rumors pinned on Montag and Pratt.

As for how her own actions are portrayed on the show, Montag tells the magazine that “some of it is true but some of it is a character that they have created” – which is okay with her, because Montag is grateful to be on The Hills at all.

“Every character plays a unique role and makes his or her own contribution,” she says. “Even though Lauren and I aren’t getting along, I’m still happy to be on this show with her.”

Although MTV denies it, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are reportedly planning to end their wedding engagement — but the few fans the couple might have shouldn’t worry, as it’s apparently only a rouse to remain in the media spotlight once The Hills goes on hiatus next spring.

“They’re going to stage a huge breakup, and Heidi is going to pack up all her stuff and move out of their apartment,” said a friend of the couple told OK! Weekly in the magazine’s September 10 issue. “[Heidi] is going to say that she wants to focus on her career and doesn’t have time to plan a wedding and will accuse him of cheating on her.”

To keep the cash rolling in, OK! reported Pratt has told friends both he and Montag will attempt to sell their sides of the split to celebrity magazines before rekindling their relationship.

“They are going to get the press, then go to Cabo for a reunion weekend,” the friend told OK!.

While Pratt and Montag were unable to comment on their elaborate scheme due to a gag order on The Hills third-season cast, which stems from all the feuding between the couple and Lauren “L.C.” Conrad, an MTV representative told OK! “this story is completely untrue.”

However Pratt’s former friend Brody Jenner (a relationship that was also a casualty of the Montag vs. Conrad feud) said the plan isn’t entirely unfathomable.

“I wouldn’t put it past Spencer,” he told OK!.

Lauren Conrad’s well-documented feud with fellow Hills star and former-BFF, Heidi Montag, is still going strong, but Conrad says she misses some things about her old pal.

“I miss her personality – because she is not the same person anymore,” Conrad said Wednesday on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show. “I was best friends with her for two years and now I feel like I don’t even know the same person anymore.”

The fight originated after rumors spread that Conrad had made a sex tape with her ex-boyfriend, Jason Wahler – rumors which she believes Montag, 20, and her fiancé Spencer Pratt started. Conrad, 21, denies she ever made such a tape.

And their famous fights on TV are real, she says. “I wouldn’t fight for the camera,” she said. “If anything I would try not to.”

Asked if she thinks the duo will pull a Paris and Nicole and eventually make up, Conrad answered: “I mean I don’t think so, you never know though. Probably not. I can see us getting to not hating each other but I don’t think we would ever go back to being best friends.”

Usmagazine.com has learned exclusively that Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are engaged!

Pratt, 23, popped the question to Montag, 20, Tuesday night at the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, says a source who adds: “She said ‘yes.’ She’s over the moon!”

The Hills stars, whose controversial courtship was chronicled last season on the hit MTV reality series, have been dating for just eight months.

Pratt purchased the diamond-encrusted platinum band with a pink stone on Monday at Ice at Brentwood Gardens before presenting Montag with his bended-knee proposal, according to a source. An eyewitness at the store tells Us, “She was trying on tons of them and they looked really happy!”

Montag was formerly a close friend and roommate of her Hills co-star Lauren Conrad, 21, until Pratt earlier this year urged Montag to move out of Conrad’s apartment and in with him. The couple has not yet set a wedding date.

Just three weeks after her breast augmentation and rhinoplasty, Heidi Montag, 20, turned heads with beau Spencer Pratt April 22 on a Malibu beach.

“She looked awesome!” says an onlooker. “She seemed really happy.”

Sources say that Beverly Hills-based doc Frank Ryan did both surgeries. Montag always wanted C-cups, a pal tells Us.

“Whatever women need to do to feel sexy, they should do,” says Montag.

Though Montag has not confirmed she had surgery, she does admit she has plenty of reasons to be in good spirits.

“I’m in a great place in my life right now,” she says.

Pratt adds: “I would never tell her what to do with her body.”
