Heather Mills needs to learn when to shut it.

heather-mills.jpg

Heather Mills has launched another scathing attack on estranged husband Paul McCartney – branding him a “skinflint”. Mills, 39, accused the former Beatle of being “tight” with his estimated $1.65 billion fortune and insists he is refusing to divorce her unless she stops her media blitz.

She says, “This is a man that hangs on to his money. He wouldn’t be so rich if he didn’t. Who needs that kind of money? He wants me to be gagged and they won’t give me a divorce until I’m gagged. If I wanted to speak before this I would have spoken by now.”

Mills criticized McCartney in a string of TV interviews across the globe last week.

Heather Mills says she thinks about suicide.

heather_mills.jpg

Heather Mills wasn’t able to contain herself when she broke down sobbing at GMTV in Britain on Wednesday. Mills was talking about her divorce battle with Paul McCartney and her various battles with the tabloids. Mills stated that she had “had it” with the British press that make up stories for their benefit. Recently, it had been reported that fireworks set off by Heather Mills at her home had sent her neighbors dog into cardiac arrest causing the dogs death.

Everything they write is complete rubbish,” the ex-model, 39, told the morning news program. “They’ve called me a ‘whore’, a ‘gold-digger,’ a ‘fantasist,’ a ‘liar’ and the most unbelievably hurtful things. … I’ve been so close to suicide.”

Heather is quick to point out that she has been offered nothing in her divorce settlement.

“I’ve been offered nothing, okay? Nothing!” she said, claiming to be nearly $3 million “in debt in lawyers fees. And that’s as much as I can say now, or I go to jail for telling the truth. So I’m gagged at the moment, because I’m not allowed to say a word while the media are fed this spin by a certain corner.”

Mills also tell the press that since her split with Paul, she has received many death threats.

“A certain part of the tabloid media created such a hate campaign against me, that they put my life and my daughter’s life at risk,” she said. “That’s why I considered killing myself because I thought, if I’m dead, she’s safe and she can be with her father. And that’s the truth. I’m sick of it.”

Mills plans on  starting a petition to improve the accuracy of the press and what they report.

Who would like $100 million dollars? I’m raising my hand right now.

e_paulmccartneyheather_325.jpg

As everyone knows, Heather Mills and Paul McCartney are in a bitter divorce and Heather wants all of Paul’s money. Apparently, Heather has turned down Paul’s $100 million dollar offer because Paul is insisting that a gag order be issued so that she is prevented from speaking of their failed relationship.

“Heather actually said she would take half the money [Paul was offering] if Paul didn’t include the gag, but he wasn’t having it,” the source says, adding that McCartney had heard of Mills’ plans to pen a tell-all and “didn’t want their dirty laundry being aired.”

If you ask me, something fishy is going on. I think Heather married Paul for his money all along, but this kind of seals the deal for me. What do you think? I also am very curious to know what is going on behind Sir Paul McCartney’s doors that he needs a gag order and is willing to pay $100 million dollars to prevent someone from talking! Must be juicy!

Heather Mills’ $144 million dollar divorce settlement!

 heather-and-paul.jpg

It’s official! Heather Mills is to get a total of $144 million out of her ex-husband, Paul McCartney. She will receive  a lump sum of $31 million, and then an additional $8 million each year until their daughter, Beatrice, turns 18. Beatrice is currently 4-years-old.

“The agreement is being seen as a happy outcome, financially at least, for both parties. Sir Paul is paying a smaller lump sum than Miss Mills feels she deserves. But she will still end up with a very large total for someone whose marriage broke up after only four years.”

That’s an insane amount of money. I hope she does something good with it, like donate it to charity or something, since she claims to be such a charitable person.

It was bound to happen – sooner or later.

Heather Mills took a spill on last night’s Dancing With the Stars. I don’t watch that crap – but it’s all over the web this morning.

Apparently Heather lost her balance at the end of her performance, and she slipped and fell. I guess the judges cut her some slack in the end, by going easy on her.

Here’s the video – in case you missed it!

Heather Mills shows us her court notes. Oops.

309560114_37fd8355a7.jpg

Heather Mills appears to have let slip further secrets of her £800 million divorce battle with Sir Paul McCartney.

She’s been photographed clutching a ring folder on which she has scribbled a series of notes relating to her legal fight. The notes suggest she is seeking a highly unusual court order – which lawyers say is mainly obtained in domestic violence cases – to keep Sir Paul out of the ‘matrimonial home’.

The notes, clearly in view to photographers as Ms Mills walked towards Victoria Station, are headed: “I’m seeking an order for occupation of the matrimonial home.” It is then followed by three, numbered bullet points. The first says: “Continued access till divorce,” while the second is illegible. The third refers to a “contempt of court” and beneath it is written “ex parte application”.

he final piece of the page on view contains the name “The Honourable Mrs Justice Baron”. This implies the judge set to hear the case is Mrs Justice Baron QC, a brilliant divorce barrister appointed to the High Court in 2004.

Before becoming a judge, Florence Baron acted in a number of high-profile divorce cases, representing among others Victoria Spencer in her divorce from Princess Diana’s brother Earl Spencer.

It is not the first time Ms Mills has revealed details of the case. It was discovered she was being represented by Mishcon de Reya, the firm that represented Princess Diana in her divorce case, when a folder with the firm’s name emblazoned upon it was photographed on her knee. A leading family lawyer said today an occupation order was rare and usually only made in cases where domestic violence was a major issue. It is likely the order refers to her current home in Hove rather than the house in Peasmarsh, East Sussex, where McCartney lives.

What Heather scribbled down:

1: “I am seeking an order for occupation of the matrimonial home” An occupation order under part IV of the Family law Act 1996 is rare and usually obtained where domestic violence is an issue in divorce cases.

2: Continued access till divorce Likely to refer to her right to visit McCartney’s current properties until divorce. It is not thought to refer to their daughter Beatrice.

3: Largely illegible

4: “Contempt of court. Ex parte application” Contempt of court may refer to the leaking of highly explosive court papers, in which she alleged he had being abusive towards her.

5: The Honourable Mrs Justice Baron This refers to Dame Florence Baron QC, appointed a High Court judge in 2004. “An absolutely brilliant barrister and reckoned an absolutely first rate judge,” said a lawyer. Has she been appointed to the case?
