Heather Mills loves the freedom she is now enjoying since her divorce from Paul McCartney.
The former model – who secured a £24.3 million pay out when she legally separated from the former Beatle in March 2008 – says her life has changed for the better since the high-profile split.
When asked how she is feeling, Heather replied: “I’m really having a great time, totally. Great freedom!”
Earlier this year, Heather – who has a five-year-old daughter, Beatrice, with Paul – claims she gets asked out “all the time”.
The 41-year-old blonde – who lost her left leg below the knee when she was hit by a police motorcycle in 1993 – insists her friends are always astonished by the amount of attention she receives from the opposite sex.
Heather, who is reportedly dating her former personal trainer Jamie Walker, said: “I’ve got so many stunning girlfriends who can’t get a boyfriend. But when I go out, I get asked out all the time, and my girlfriends – who are better looking than me – say, ‘How the hell does that happen?!’ Maybe it’s because I’m comfortable with myself.”

Heather Mills has announced she is on the lookout for a new man – four months after her divorce from Paul McCartney was finalized.
The 40-year-old split from the Beatles legend in 2006 and their separation was made legal in May.
And Mills now feels she is ready to move on from her failed marriage, insisting she is ready to start looking for love.
She says, “I have been single for two and a half years, so yeah, I’m ready to start dating again. So, I have lots of men hitting on me? Always! It’s very flattering. I’m not looking for any particular type of man. I don’t have an ideal. I’m open to different types of people and I’m now in a position to feel ready to move on and build a relationship.”
McCartney is currently dating American heiress Nancy Shevell.

Heather Mills is suing her former publicist for more than $460,000 for breach of confidence after the ex-employee slammed the one-time glamour model in a revealing newspaper interview.
Paul McCartney’s ex-wife launched a High Court action in London against Michele Elyzabeth earlier this month following the representative’s claims that Mills was obsessed with money and fame.
In the first installment of the interview, published in Britain’s News of the World on September 7th, Elyzabeth told the tabloid, “Heather is a calculating, pathological liar and the biggest b**ch on the planet.”
Mills filed the suit the day after the newspaper hit the streets, claiming breach of confidence and falsehood over allegations about her failed marriage to McCartney.
Elyzabeth worked for Mills for four years until earlier this year. Mills alleges she sacked the publicist after losing faith in her judgement, but Elyzabeth claims she resigned because Mills was impossible to work for.
The case is expected to be heard within eight weeks, reports Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper.

Heather Mills came close to launching her own fragrance – but the deal was scrapped when her then-husband Paul McCartney found out about the plans.
Mills’ ex-publicist Michele Elyzabeth claims to have set up the agreement in 2005, while Mills was still married to the former Beatle.
And the contract would have seen the former glamour model create a perfume called Voice with U.S. fashion label Tommy Bahama.
The company reportedly requested that both stars featured in the advertisements and Mills is said to have given the company one of their wedding photos to use in the promos. However, Elyzabeth claims she was forced to terminate the deal – after McCartney refused to let the idea go ahead.
She says, “The company suggested using a photo of them both, Heather reckoned that would work and emailed them one of her wedding pictures. But when the ad came back (for approval) I got this phone call from Heather saying the project had to be scrapped immediately. Heather told me that when she showed Paul the adverts he hit the roof. She told me he shouted at her, ‘Are you f**king mad?’ Tommy Bahama weren’t interested in Heather alone. The deal fell through because she wasn’t a big enough star.”

Heather Mills has shot down rumors she is writing a semi-autobiographical novel, insisting her focus is on mending her broken heart following the break-up of her marriage.
Mills was said to have been planning to draw on her life experiences to write a novel about a model who marries a global superstar.
But the 40-year-old, who received a $50 million settlement from McCartney in March, claims there is no such book in the pipeline.
She tells People.com, “These book rumors are nonsense. I am trying to move on, spend time with my daughter and get on with my charitable work. It’s been a terrible period for everyone.”
And Mills was also quick to deny tabloid reports she was recently dropped from the line-up of Donald Trump’s reality show Celebrity Apprentice because she had demanded a place in the final round.
She adds: “These rumors are rubbish. Donald asked me to go on the show months ago and I was flattered, but I declined immediately because I have commitments to my daughter, Beatrice, in the U.K., which wouldn’t have allowed me three months to appear on the show. We never got close to the contract stage.”

Heather Mills has reportedly been dropped from the line-up of Donald Trumps’ hit reality TV show Celebrity Apprentice.
The business tycoon confirmed in June that Mills was bidding for a role on the series, a spin-off of TV hit The Apprentice, which sees celebrities work under the guidance of mentor Trump.
But producers decided against recruiting the 41-year-old after she allegedly demanded a clause in her contract that guaranteed her a place in the show’s final.
A source tells Britain’s The Sun newspaper, “The network were originally very keen on getting her involved. But her demands were ludicrous and it soon became clear that getting her involved would be a headache. It was the final straw when she said she wouldn’t take part unless she was a dead cert for the final…She was politely informed that NBC wouldn’t be following up their interest in her appearing.”
The second series of the show is set to begin recording this month and is scheduled for a premiere in the U.S. in January.

Heather Mills is planning to write a fictional novel – about a former model who marries a pop star.
Despite the storyline closely mirroring her real life relationship with the former Beatle, insiders claim Mills plans to alter the names of the characters involved and release it as fiction.
The move would help the 40-year-old side-step a court order, imposed after her $44.9 million divorce settlement from the rocker, banning her from discussing their marriage in public.
A source tells British magazine Hello, “Heather has written the treatment for a novel about a model and campaigner who marries the most famous rock star in the world. She will be marketing the book as a work of fiction.”
Mills was recently accused by her former publicist of fabricating rumors about McCartney in a bid to discredit him ahead of the couple’s March 2008 divorce.
