Angelina Jolie has refused to rule out starring in action films when she is older, hailing Harrison Ford as a perfect example of an ageing action hero.
The Hollywood star loves the physical side of filming for movies like Mr. and Mrs Smith and Wanted, and hopes to be able to continue pursuing such roles when she is more mature.
She tells MTV.com, “I think there’s always going to be a side of me.
“Harrison (Ford) is doing it, and he’s doing it well. (So) it looks like I’ve got some more time.”
Ford, 65, recently starred in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull – the fourth installment of the adventure franchise – performing the majority of his stunts all by himself.

Harrison Ford is out to save the tiger with a little help from the World Bank.
The Indiana Jones star joined World Bank head Robert Zoellick at a National Zoo press conference in Washington, D.C. on Monday, held to promote conservationism.
The World Bank is teaming up with a number of celebrities in a bid to highlight the desperate plight of the endangered tiger.
Ford, who is famous for his support of environmental causes and efforts to protect wildlife migratory patterns, said, “I’m here to celebrate the World Bank’s plan to form a global alliance of conservation partners, to work with the tiger range nations in order to secure a future for these magnificent creatures.”
Bo Derek and actor Robert Duvall joined Ford at the World Bank’s initiative for tigers.
Duvall told reporters he has always been a huge tiger fan, stating the big cats are, “the single most beautiful animal in the world.”
The new initiative will focus on 13 countries where tiger poaching threatens remaining populations in a bid to convince governments and legal officials to step up efforts to outlaw the killing of big cats.

Indiana Jones star Harrison Ford has proposed to long-term girlfriend Calista Flockhart of Ally McBeal fame.
Twice divorced Ford popped the question on April Fool’s Day leaving Calista, 43, in some doubt as to its seriousness.
But it seems the 64-year-old actor, whose other credits include Star Wars and Air Force One, was not jesting and the pair, who have been dating for five years, will get hitched as soon as the promotional work for the fourth installment of the Indiana Jones series is complete.
Ford already has two sons from his first wife Mary Marquardt as well as two from his second marriage to screenwriter Melissa Mathison.
He has been raising Calista’s seven-year-old son as his own since the pair met in 2002.
The news comes as Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull made back more than half its entire production budget – around £75 million – in its first weekend at the box office.
It is the third biggest opening of all time.

Harrison Ford has vowed he will never reprise his role as Han Solo – the character which shot him to global superstardom in Star Wars.
The 65-year-old actor is currently basking in the success of his latest movie Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull – which has become a major box office hit 17 years after his first appearance as the intrepid archeologist.
But although Ford is grateful for the career boost afforded to him by Star Wars when he was a struggling actor, he would never consider returning to the sc-fi franchise as the character is too dull.
He says, “Han Solo isn’t interesting to me. It’s a very narrow sort of utility in the story and it was great for my career and it was fun to play at the time but I wouldn’t go back there again. Those pants!
“There are characters that it seems to me are worth re-exploring given that the story advances your understanding of the character, deepens your relationship to that character and takes you into an area that’s new and unexpected.
“Some characters are decidedly one off kind of characters. Some characters don’t outlive the movie.”
